Dazu sind, vereinfacht gesagt, Ringe in Löcher eingehängt, die entlang einer Längsseite der zu verheftenden Blätter ausgestanzt sind. Diese Art der Bindung findet man bevorzugt bei gebundenen Druckereierzeugnissen, die viel benutzt und oft auf- und zugeschlagen werden und bei denen bspw. eine Klebebindung nicht lange halten würde (z.B. Nachteilig dabei ist, daß eine solche Einstecktasche nach innen, d.h. in Richtung der Ringe der Ringbindung längsseitig offen ist, so daß mit Schließen des Deckels ihr Inhalt in Richtung der Ringbindung herausrutschen kann. Darüberhinaus sind bei der Herstellung zwei Arbeitsgänge anzusetzen, da die Tasche durch Umschlagen von an einem der Vorder- bzw. Rückblätter vorgesehenen Laschen und deren Klebung am jeweils anderen der Vorderbzw. Rückblätter hergestellt wird.Another area of application is hobby and craft books. Rückblatt zu verbindenden Bereiche des ersten Vorder- bzw. Rückblattes liegen in derselben Ebene wie dieses und werden in dieser Lage auch zur Verbindung mit dem zweiten Vorder- bzw. Am Übergang von der diagonalen Kante 23 zur waagrechten Kante 24 beginnt eine vertikale Nutlinie 25, die parallel zur Nutlinie 15 läuft.
