Description
Method for cooling fresh weather It is known for the purpose the cooling of mine weather in the Abivetterstrom to evaporate liquid and the the resulting evaporation cooling through heat exchange with the fresh weather flow transferred to. According to a known proposal of this type, water evaporation is used Cooled waste air flow outside of the line serving to guide the fresh weather flow passed by. Another suggestion is that in the waste air stream through water evaporation generated cold through thin walls to act on the fresh weather flow bring to. The well-known proposals have. but cannot prevail, because the weather stream is too hot and enriched with moisture, so that a noticeable cooling effect cannot be achieved according to these proposals. Even Another suggestion, according to which part of the fresh weather flow through water evaporation: g enriched with water vapor, thereby cooled and then with the rest of the Fresh weather flow should be brought into heat exchange, has not proven itself. The conditions resulting from such a way of working become an: explained below in the J-x diagram reproduced in picture r.
It is assumed that fresh weather of 32 ° C and 45% relative humidity (point A) is available. Starting from this state, the part of the fresh weather diverted as coolant reaches the state z2.5 ° C, rooo / o (point B) through moisture absorption. By exchanging heat with the rest of the heat exchanger, it can, assuming an infinitely large heat exchanger, cool down to the state of 22.5 ° C, 78 '/ o (point C), with the partial flow in the heat exchange being reduced to the state of 32 ° C, 58' / o (point D) heated. However, since the heat exchanger can only have finite dimensions, a temperature gradient of at least 3 ° must always be present when the process is carried out technically, i.e. the rest of the fresh weather quantity only cools to the state 25.5 ° C, 65% ( Point E), while the partial flow is heated to the state 29 °, 68 '/ o (point F). When this state is reached, 1.6 cal / kg have been withdrawn from the remaining fresh weather flow. The partial flow has absorbed the same amount of heat, ie: the partial flow must be half of the available fresh weather flow. The reduction of the available fresh weather flow by half means in almost all cases a considerably reduced flow rate and thus a renewed rapid warming of the fresh weather, so that the relatively small cooling is consumed again.
With the invention, the above-described with the known Proposals associated disadvantages eliminated. The invention consists in that a Part of the already cooled fresh weather flow or an external fresh weather flow or part of such is used for cooling with liquid evaporation. In contrast to the last-mentioned well-known proposal, according to which a. Part of the fresh weather amount (in front of the heat exchanger), cooled by water evaporation and then is only brought to heat exchange with the residual flow, according to the invention Partial flow (behind the heat exchanger) from the fresh weather flow that has already been cooled branched off, further cooled by water evaporation and then for cooling the main stream returned.
In. In. For example, m @ an @ can carry out the invention in an alignment operation proceed with blowing ventilation so that one part of the fresh weather flow returns in countercurrent to the Frischwetterlutte and here in this Partial stream of water, e.g. B. by means of mist nozzles or substances soaked in water or in another way, to evaporate. The evaporation cold arising in the partial flow causes a cooling of the main fresh weather flow in the temperature exchange Fresh weather flute, and at the same time the partial flow is heated up due to the absorption of heat a. As the partial flow heats up, its relative humidity drops, @so. .that it becomes receptive to water vapor again and again through water evaporation can be cooled.
The operation of the method according to the invention is as follows explained in more detail using the T-x diagram shown in Figure 2.
It should again be assumed that the incoming fresh weather has a temperature of 32 ° and a relative humidity of 45% (point A). If, according to the invention, part of the fresh weather flow is branched off before blowing out and returned to the outside of the fresh weather duct with simultaneous evaporation of water, this partial flow cools down to the state of 22.5 °, 100% (point B) with inclusion of 4, without changing its heat content g of water vapor per kilogram. Since the total flow and the partial flow are conducted in countercurrent and the partial flow is moistened repeatedly or continuously, the partial flow can ideally heat up to the state 32 °, 100% (point C outside the drawing) while heating up the entire fresh weather stream cools down to the state of 22.5 °, 78 '/ 0 (point D). Since, according to the invention, a part of this already @ cooled fresh weather flow is returned and humidified, this partial flow cools down to the state 19.7 °, ioo '/ o (point E), which in turn brings the total flow back to the state 19.70, 93 0 / 0 (point F) can cool down, etc.
In the ideal case (infinitely long ducts or infinitely large heat exchangers) So the fresh weather can cool down to the dew point 18.5 °, ioo% (point G) can be achieved while the partial flow is under constant absorption of water vapor heated to .the final state 32 °, ioo '/ o (point C).
If a temperature gradient of 3 ° between the main and partial flow is also taken into account here, as in the method explained in Figure 1, the relationships shown in Figure 3 result. The fresh weather flow cools down from 32 °, 45 '/ 0 (point A) to 22.8 °, 77' / 0 (point B) . A part is branched off and moistened. It reaches the state of 19.8 °, 100% (point C) and warms up to the state of 29 °, 100% (point C) by absorbing heat from the fresh weather stream with simultaneous multiple or permanent humidification.
The total fresh weather flow gives off 2.3 cal / kg to the partial flow, while the partial flow absorbs 9.2 cal / kg. The weather quantities must behave like 4: 1, d. That is, only a quarter of the fresh weather flow needs to be returned.
If, as an example, it is assumed that an alignment company 12o ms / min fresh weather of 32 °, 45% relative humidity are available, so can when using the proposal explained at the beginning of this, 60 ms / min is equal to 50% the total amount of weather can be made usable with 25.5 °, 65% relative humidity. Using the invention, the usable amount of weather goms / min is equal to 75% of the total amount of weather with 22.8 °, 77% relative humidity. So it is according to the invention a temperature 2.7 ° lower and a usable amount of weather 50% higher than achievable by the known method.
In addition to water, it is naturally also possible to carry out the process other liquids are used. The application of the procedure is natural also not limited to mining operations, but can be used wherever under Temperature conditions are worked to cool the work place the supply require a fresh weather stream. The method can also be used, for. B. for application come at Tunnels, for cooling. overheated engine rooms, z. B. in ships, or at other workplaces with unfavorable temperature conditions.
