Description
In mining and tunnel construction it is: known for the purpose of keeping refrigerated ducts that run through ducts Mine weather to hang the ducts with cloths and put them in water channels attached to the ducts to immerse. In addition, attempts have been made in salt mining to exploit the dry, worn-out mine weather by injecting water into the latter and to transfer the evaporation cold produced through thin walls to the fresh weather intended. These suggestions have not found their way into practice. As not to the state of In terms of technology, it should also be pointed out that voc was struck to cool pit weather to use cool fresh air and to use a cross-flow cooler as a means through which the to cooling weather. There was also a method for cooling fresh weather with the aid of a partial flow and with evaporation of liquid in the partial flow used for cooling proposed in which a part of the already cooled fresh weather flow or a fresh weather external flow or a part of such is used for cooling.
The subject of the main patent 1000 765 is an insulating foldable duct made of a thin foldable duct body, which is formed from an inner jacket and an inflatable outer jacket.
The invention consists in the jacket of an insulating pleated duct according to the main patent with a roughened, moisture-retaining layer and a foldable water hose with rows of holes in the area to provide the roughening as a wetting device, whereby the insulating pleated duct to a cooling duct is, because the mine weather passing on the mantle roughened the moisture-retaining on the thin Layer of applied moisture evaporate and the evaporation cold through take the thin coat to the Luttenwetter.
vorzugsweise für den BergbauThe roughening is advantageously produced by fluffing and, in conjunction with the wetting device, attached to the inner jacket of the duct body so that weather and moisture flowing into the space between the jackets evaporate on the surface of the inner jacket, as well as transferring the evaporation cold to the duct weather. In this way, cold is thus generated directly on the surface of the thin inner jacket and transferred to the line material in the inner jacket, whereby the duct becomes a frigid duct. In this case, however, it appears expedient to enable the air conduction between the inner and outer sheaths via several duct sections by coupling the outer sheath separately at the coupling points at a distance from the inner sheath, whereby insulating and cooling pleated ducts are removed from the inner sheath,

Fig. 1 einen Luttenkörper mit auf dem Außenmantel angebrachter, aufgerauhter, feuchtigkeitshaltender Schicht im Querschnitt (Kühllutte),1 shows a duct body with a roughened, moisture-retaining structure attached to the outer jacket Layer in cross section (cooling duct),
Fig. 2 einen Luttenkörper mit auf dem Innenmantel aufgebrachter Beflusung aus Gewebefasern im Querschnitt (Kältelutte) und2 shows a duct body with a fluff made of fabric fibers applied to the inner jacket Cross section (cold pipe) and
Fig. 3 einen Luttenkörper mit Verteilerkopf und langem Rückleitungskanal der abgezweigten Wetter im Querschnitt.3 shows a duct body with a distributor head and a long return duct of the branched off weather in cross section.
Fig. 1 shows a foldable tube 1 made of a flexible fabric, e.g. B. a plastic film, with an externally glued, larger diameter inflatable cover tube 6, which is roughened for example by tissue fibers 2 or cellulose fluff or other roughening and is moistened by the also foldable wetting device 4 from a water hose with a row of holes. As a result, evaporation cold is generated by passing weather on the outer jacket 6 of the duct body, which, because it arises directly on the thin outer jacket, is transferred to the duct weather and at least cool compared to the consumption weather flowing past. The holders 7 externally glued to the outer jacket are used to hang up the duct. A hose part can also carry glued or welded wire spirals 5 as DuTch knife holders, which do not impair the accordion-like folding of the duct for transport.
