Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchte mit einem Leuchtkörper und mit einem diesen umgebenden lichtdurchlässigen Gehäuse aus Glas, Kunststoff oder dergleichen.The invention relates to a lamp with a lamp body and with a translucent housing surrounding it made of glass, plastic or the like.
Bekannte Leuchten dieser Art haben eine vorbestimmte Leuchtstärke, die allenfalls in der Helligkeit in Stufen oder stufenlos verändert werden kann. Hierdurch besteht der Nachteil, daß derartige Leuchten z.B. im Sanitärbereich ihre gewünschte Funktion z.B. beim Schminken oder Rasieren meist nicht erfüllen können. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, werden zum Teil Leuchten mit unterschiedlichen Leuchteigenschaften vorgesehen, die bei Bedarf dann jeweils eingeschaltet werden. Dies erfordert eine relativ hohe Investition für die aufwendige Installation und die Mehrzahl von Leuchten.Known lights of this type have a predetermined luminous intensity, the brightness of which can at best be changed in stages or continuously. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Lösung der Aufgabe dadurch, daß das lichtdurchlässige Gehäuse aus Glas oder Kunstoff um den Leuchtkörper drehbar an dem Lampenhalter gelagert ist und daß die einzelnen Gehäusewandabschnitte eine voneinander unterschiedliche Lichtdurchlässigkeit aufweisen. Die Leuchte 1 weist einen Lampenhalter 6 auf, der aus einem plattenförmigen Wandhalter 19 besteht, an dessen Endabschnitten jeweils rechtwinklig ein Halteflansch 20, 21 angeformt ist. An den Halteflanschen 20, 21 ist einander zugewandt jeweils ein Leuchtkörpersockel 14, 15 ausgebildet. Zwischen den Leuchtkorpersockeln 14, 15 ist als Leuchtkörper 3 eine stabförmige Leuchte 5 angeordnet. Diese ist von dem lichtdurchlässigen Gehäuse 4 umgeben, das zwischen den Halteflanschen 20, 21 angeordnet und um den Leuchtkörpersockel 14, 15 drehbar ist. Wie in Figur 2 dargestellt ist das Gehäuse 4 im Querschnitt dreieckförmig ausgebildet.
