Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen rauchbaren Gegenstand, wie Zigarette, Zigarillo, Zigarre od. dgl., mit von einem Zigarettenpapier oder einem Tabakblatt umschlossenen Tabak und ggfs. endwärtigen Filterhülsen od. dgl..The present invention relates to a smokable article, such as a cigarette, cigarillo, cigar or the like, with tobacco enclosed in a cigarette paper or a tobacco leaf and optionally end filter tubes or the like.
Beim Rauchen, insbesondere von Zigaretten, kommt der Augenblick, wo eine Zigarette od. dgl. zuende geraucht ist und sie ausgedrückt werden soll. Gerade beim Ausdrucken einer Zigarette stellen sich häufig kleinere Probleme ein, welche den vorigen Genuß einer Zigarette oftmals beeinträchtigen. Die Poblematik beim Ausdrucken besteht vor allem darin, daß sich beim Ausdrücken zumeist die Glut umbiegt, so daß man diesen Vorgang mehrmals unterbrechen und wieder aufnehmen muß. Durch dieses wiederholte Ansetzen zum Ausdrücken spreizt sich aber die Glut auch besenartig aus, wobei kleinere Brandherde entstehen, so daß dadurch Tabakreste weiterglimmen können.When smoking, especially cigarettes, there comes a moment when a cigarette or similar item has been smoked and it needs to be put out. Die Folge ist eine unerwünschte Rauchbildung im Aschenbecher, welche außerdem von einem unangenehmen Geruchsbildung begleitet wird. Ein weiteres Problem beim Ausdrücken einer Zigarette besteht darin, daß sich beim Ausdrücken verstärkt Rauch bildet, welcher der Zigarette entlang aufsteigt und über die die Zigarette haltenden Finger streicht. Dieser Restrauch ist jedoch besonders mit Schadstoffen angereichert, insbesondere mit teerhaltigen Stoffen. Die Folge ist die Ablagerung von entsprechenden Teerstoffen an den Fingern, wodurch eine unerwünschte Einfärbung entsteht. Diese insbesondere gelblich, bräunliche Einfärbung auf den Fingern ist nicht nur unschön, für manche sogar in gewissem Sinne abstoßend, sondern sie ist auch nur sehr schwer und nur mit entsprechend aggressiven Waschmitteln wieder entfernbar.The result is unwanted smoke in the ashtray, which is also accompanied by an unpleasant smell. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe führt, daß dem rauchbaren Gegenstand, insbesondere der Filterhülse, eine verschiebbare Hülse als Brandlöscher aufgesetzt ist.This problem is solved by attaching a movable sleeve to the smokable object, in particular the filter sleeve, as a fire extinguisher.
Dabei wird beispielsweise einer Zigarette, insbesondere einer Filterzigarette eine Hülse zugeordnet, welche gleichzeitig als Mundstück dienen kann und die Filterhülse umschließt. Ist die Zigarette abgeraucht, so daß sie ausgedrückt werden soll, wird die Zigarette an dieser Hülse festgehalten und mit der Glut insbesondere in einen Aschenbecher oder gegen irgendeinen anderen entsprechenden Untergrund getippt· Die Zigarette sollte dabei etwa senkrecht zu diesem Untergrund gehalten werden. Beim Ausdrücken der Zigarette löst sich jetzt die Hülse und verschiebt sich zum Brand der Zigarette hin, bis sie über die Glut gleitet und mit dem Ringkragen auf dem Aschenbecherboden bzw. auf irgendeinem entsprechenden Untergrund aufstößt. Die Zigarettenglut ist eingeschlossen. Ebenso der Rauch, welcher sonst nach oben und über die Finger streicht. Durch einen entsprechenden Druck auf die Filterhülse der Zigarette in Richtung Glut, wird nun die Glut gelöscht, ohne daß sie ausspreizen kann. Der Ringkragen, welcher zuvor die Hülse klemmend an der Zigarette hielt und sich zum Filtermantel hin abstützte, dient nun als Verstärkungsring und bewirkt, daß die Hülse beim Ausdrücken der Glut nicht aufreißt und sie so fest eingeschlossen bleibt.When the cigarette has finished smoking and is ready to be put out, the cigarette is held by the tube and the embers are tapped into an ashtray or against some other suitable surface. Ebenso ist denkbar, daß ein Brandlöscher der o.g. Art beispielsweise an Mundstücken für Zigarillos oder Zigarren od. dgl. Raucherwaren angebracht ist. Dabei kann beispielsweise einem Kunststoffmundstück eine entsprechende Hülse zugeordnet sein, welche sich beim Ausdrücken an eingearbeiteten Schwächungslinien, oder Sollbruchstellen löst und somit ebenfalls zum Brand hin verschoben werden können. Mundstücke dieser Art lassen sich auch separat als Zubehör für Zigaretten, Zigarillos od. dgl. Ein erfindungsgemäßer Brandlöscher 1 besteht gemäß Figur 1 aus einer vorzugsweise zylindrischen Hülse 2, welche als Mundstück einer Zigarette 3 deren Filterhülse 4 umschließend angeordnet ist. Die Hülse 2 weist an einer, dem tabakführenden Teil der Zigarette 3 zugewandten Stirnkante 5 einen Ringkragen 6 auf, welcher dem Zigarettenpapier 7 dicht aufliegt und sich gegen eine Stirnkante 8 der Filterhülse 4 über einen Anschlag 12 (siehe Figur 2 und 3) abstützt. Untergrund aufstößt und die Glut 10 dabei vollständig umhüllt. Jetzt kann die Zigarette 3 ebenfalls in Richtung X gedrückt werden und zwar so stark, daß die Glut 10 dabei erlischt. Durch die Umhüllung der Hülse 2 kann weder Rauch nach oben bzw. nach außerhalb der Hülse 2 entweichen, noch kann sich die Glut 10 ausbreiten und sich dabei in Stücke zerlegen, welche eventuell weiterglimmen können.To stump out the cigarette, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the cigarette to be stubbed out is first placed vertically on the embers 10.
