Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Steuervorrichtung an einer Spritz- Blaseinrichtung zur Herstellung von Kunststoffhohlkörpern, insbesondere Flaschen, wobei aus einem Vorformling mittels eines Druckmittels, eines Blaskerns und einer Blasform der endgültige Hohlkörper hergestellt und einer weiteren Stufe einer Fertigungslinie zugeführt wird.The invention relates to a control device on an injection-blow molding device for producing plastic hollow bodies, in particular bottles, whereby the final hollow body is produced from a preform by means of a pressure medium, a blow core and a blow mold and fed to a further stage of a production line.
Im Betrieb derartiger Spritzblaseinrichtungen kann niemals sichergestellt werden, daß nicht doch ein Hohlkörper gebildet wird, der Fehler aufweist. Es könnte sich hierbei um Dimensionsfehler handeln, es könnte sich aber auch im krassesten Fall darum handeln, daß der Hohlkörper nicht dicht ist und ein mehr oder weniger großes Loch hat, was beispielsweise durch das eindringende Druckmittel erzeugt sein könnte. Es kommt noch hinzu, daß derartige Blaseinrichtungen mit beweglichen Baisformen arbeiten, so daß die Überprüfung der Druckverhältnisse beim AufweitVorgang Schwierigkeiten mit sich bringt.When using such injection blow molding machines, it can never be guaranteed that a hollow body will not be formed that contains defects. Im Innern der Blasform befindet sich ein Hohlkörper, der mit Hilfe eines Blaskerns 12 über eine Zuleitung 13 mit Druckmittel versorgt wird, wie dies durch den oben angegebenen Pfeil zu erkennen ist. Normalerweise wird der in die Blasform eingeleitete Druck zwar gesteuert, jedoch nicht gemessen, insbesondere nicht nachdem der Hohlkörper seine endgültige Gestalt eingenommen hat und nach mehr oder weniger langer Abkühlzeit der Blasform entnommen werden kann.In the figure, the two parts of a two-part blow mold are shown at 10 and 11.
