Description
The innovation relates to a plate-shaped laying unit according to the preamble of claim 1.
In such a panel-shaped installation unit with a finished visible surface, the individual panel sections are held together exclusively by the permanently elastic adhesive connection. This sits in a butt joint that is widened like a throat on the underside and requires a relatively large amount of expensive permanently elastic adhesive, which ensures the articulated connection. The slats of the individual panel sections are held together by metal wires that run transversely to the slats and are pressed into grooves on the underside of the slats. Two wires are provided for each panel section, each of which runs transversely to the front sides of the slats at a short distance from them. On the one hand, the wires ensure that the individual slats can deform independently of one another transversely in their longitudinal direction in the panel plane, which is particularly important for slats in the form of wooden strips, which can shrink over time during the drying process. This independent deformability of the individual slats is important so that the panel sections do not deform as a whole. On the other hand, the wires should prevent the slats from bending across the panel plane as far as possible, since it is a panel-shaped installation unit with a finished visible surface that would otherwise have to be reworked. In practice, however, it has been shown that the wires cannot prevent such bending across the panel plane, which is particularly true for the area between the individual wires.

An arrangement of closely spaced wires could provide some relief here, but is extremely labor- and material-intensive and therefore expensive.
The present innovation is therefore based on the task of designing a panel-shaped installation unit of the type mentioned in such a way that a stable butt joint and a perfect fixation of the slats transverse to the panel plane can be achieved with simple and inexpensive means despite reduced use of permanently elastic adhesive, while at the same time a low transverse deformability of the individual slats in the panel plane is ensured.
To solve the problem, a plate-shaped laying unit of the type mentioned in the generic term of claim 1 is characterized by the features listed in the characterizing part of this claim. On the one hand, the continuous perforated track provides support for the butt joint, meaning that significantly less permanently elastic adhesive has to be used on the butt joint in order to achieve a sufficiently stable joint. On the other hand, unlike the known wires, the perforated track ensures that the individual slats are held and fixed in all areas except for the holes. The high tear resistance and the very small elasticity of the perforated track ensure that the individual slats cannot deform in the transverse direction to the plate plane, so that the finished visible surface is always maintained and does not have to be reworked. On the other hand, the perforated track and/or the adhesive layer »between this and the support surface ensures sufficient transverse deformability of the lamellae in the plane of the panel so that minor shrinkage
The holes in the perforated track ensure that when the panel-shaped installation unit is glued to a substrate, such as prefinished parquet on a floor, the adhesive can pass through the holes and form a close bond with the underside of the slats. This is important so that the perforated track itself and/or the adhesive layer between it and the slats is not a weak point for the glued installation unit. When, for example, a prefinished parquet board is laid, it must be absolutely ensured that the slats or wooden strips in the area of the holes in the perforated track have been glued directly to the floor, and not only indirectly via the adhesive layer and the perforated track. Since the perforated track is thin, the adhesive can pass unhindered through the holes to the back of the slats. With a thick perforated track, a stable connection would not be reliably achievable. Such a panel-shaped installation unit can be manufactured simply and inexpensively. It is extremely easy to handle and greatly improves the result of use. The finished visible surface remains perfectly intact, so that any reworking is unnecessary and annoying slat overhangs are eliminated.
The embodiments of claims 2 to 4 have proven to be useful in practice. In particular, it is sufficient if the thickness of a suitable perforated track is only about 0.2 mm, i.e. very small.

According to the further development of claim 6, the joint function at the butt joint is taken over by the de.tf perforated track and the permanently elastic adhesive connection, so that the latter can be designed in a material and cost-saving manner.

According to the development of claim 8, this can be arranged in an extension of the butt joint adjacent to the perforated track. Since the joint parts are immediately adjacent, a perfect, minor joint function of the type required, for example, in a prefabricated parquet board to compensate for unevenness is guaranteed.
The developments of claims 9 to 11 have proven themselves in a practical embodiment. Higher requirements, i.e. greater tear resistance and less elasticity, are possible and expedient, but not absolutely necessary.
With the further developments of claims 12 to 14 it can be achieved that the perforated track retains sufficient residual stability even with a large proportion of holes. The measure in claim 13 ensures that the individual slats are reliably held and are not covered by holes that are too large.

The development of claim 16 is useful because then the joint parts in the area of the butt joints are not weakened by holes. This ensures a firm connection of the plate sections held together.
The development of claim 17 includes a practical, known laying unit, for example a prefabricated parquet board, which is easy to handle and lay.
The development of claim 18 can be useful for special cases, for example if a particularly high level of strength is desired through a metallic perforated track and costs are not particularly important.
Es zeigen:The innovation is explained in more detail below using examples of implementation shown in drawings. They show:

The laying unit 10 can be constructed in a variety of ways. For example, three or four panel sections can be arranged in a row. In addition, the holes in the perforated track can be square or shaped in another way. It is always important that the perforated track, due to its sufficiently high tear resistance and very low elasticity, supports the joint function in the area of the butt joint on the one hand and ensures that the slats are held securely in place to avoid deformations across the panel plane on the other. The permanently elastic adhesive can be introduced into the lower or middle area of the largely blunt butt joint in an extremely simple manner after the perforated track has been glued on by folding the adjacent panel sections open around the common butt joint, which exposes the butt joint for the application of the adhesive. The panel sections are then folded back into the common panel plane.
