Der Verschluß besteht normalerweise aus einem Schraubverschluß, einer Halbkugel, oder einem Kegel, wobei diese mittels Hand octer mechanischer Vorrichtung, wie Preßluftzylinder oder Linearmotor von innen an die Dichtungsfläche gedrückt werden.
