Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rondelle zur Befestigung von Tunnelabdichtungen, bestehend aus mindestens zwei Teilen, wobei zwischen beiden Teilen eine Sollbruchstelle vorgesehen ist und einer der Teile zur Befestigung am Gebirgsausbruch bzw. an einer Spritzbetonschicht und aer andere Teil zur Verschweißung mit der Tunnel abdichtung vorgesehen ist.The invention relates to a rondelle for fastening tunnel seals, consisting of at least two parts, wherein a predetermined breaking point is provided between the two parts and one of the parts is intended for fastening to the rock excavation or to a shotcrete layer and the other part is intended for welding to the tunnel seal.
Die Befestigung erfolgt üblicherweise mit Bolzen, die 'in die Spritzbetonschicht bzw. den Gebirgsausbruch geschlagen oder geschossen werden. Es können auch Dübel zur Befestigung verwendet werden. Dadurch wird die Tunnel abdichtung drucklos gehalten, so daß eine optimale Dichtsituation entsteht. Als Drainagevliese werden.offenporige Glasfaservliese bzw. Kunststoff-Faservliese' verwendet. Nach Setzen der Rondellen wird die Tunnelabdichtung an der Rondelle verschweißt. Die Tunnelabdichtungen setzen sich üblicherweise aus Kunststoffabdichtungsbahnen zusammen, ' die nacheinander in Umfangsrichtung des Tunnels verlegt werden und an den Stoßstellen miteinander verschweißt werden. Die Abdichtungsbahnen bestehen z. B. aus einem Äthylencopolymer-Bitumengemisch oder aus PVC. Die Rondellen sind aus einem verschweißbaren Material hergestellt. Dazu ist keine Identität des Rondellenmaterials mit dem für die Kunststoffabdichtungsbahn verwendeten Material gemisch Voraussetzung. Vielmehr reicht in der Pegel eine Oberschneidung in wesent- ?ichen Bestandteilen, z. B.
