An der hinteren Mitte des geteilten Unterkragens c sitzt ein Wäscheknopf 1, -der von außen in das hintere Knopfloch e des Bündchens a eingeknöpft wird. Durch die vier anderen Knopflöcher b bzw. e des Bündchens a werden vier Druckknopfpaare d, die an den inneren Seiten des geteilten Unterkragens c sitzen' hindurchgeknöpft.
