Durch das - -Patent 822 440 ist ein Verfahren zur Heistellung von -Hochdruckschläuchen mit Schlaucharmaturen unter Schutz gestellt, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß ein unvulkanisierter Gummischlauch bestimmter Länge zusammen mit an den an beiden Schlauchenden aufgebrachten Schlaucharmaturen auf einen gemeinsamen Dorn aufgezogen in einer Heizform vulkanisiert wird. Die Innenseele des Schlauches wird dabei auf beiden Seiten derart verlängert, daß beim Vulkanisieren eine größere Oberfläche für die Bindung zwischen Gummi und Metall zur Verfügung steht. Da die Innenseele des Gummischlauches im Rohzustand umsponnen werden muß, besteht die Schwierigkeit, die in die Armaturen hineinragende Verlängerung der Schlauchseele von der Umspannung frei zu halten. Bei der Massenfabrikation von Bremsschläuchen kommt einer einfachen Lösung dieses Problems eine außerordentlich große wirtschaftliche Bedeutung zu.
