Description

Um bei Pumpen bzw. Flüssigkeitsgetrieben die Flüssigkeit anzusaugen, war es erforderlich, daß der Kolben mit der Kurbelwelle bzw. mit der Taumelscheibe mittels einer Kugellagerung fest verbunden war, damit der Kolben die hin und her gehende Bewegung des Kurbeltriebes mitmachte. Diese Ausführung war außerordentlich teuer. Vor allen Dingen wurde durch die Strömungsverhältnisse in dem Pumpenkörper sehr oft eine die Kugel haltende Verschraubung gelöst, so d.aß sie nach längerer Zeitdauer herausfiel und in der Kolbenbohrung Schäden verursachte, trotzdem diese Verschraubung gesichert war. Weiter kram es vor, daß sich bei schlecht gereinigtem 01 zwischen Zylinderbohrung und Kolben ein Fremdkörper festsetzte, wodurch derKolben gehemmt wurde bzw. sich im Zylinder festfraß. Durch dieses Festfressen wurde die Kolbenstange mit der Kugel aus der Lagerung gerissen.
