Description

  • Vorrichtung zum Heißverkleben der Längsnähte von Zellglasfolien- oder Kunststoff - Folien -Werkstücken Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Heißverklebell der Längsnähte von Zellglasfolien- oder Kunststoff-Fol ien-Werkstücken, insbesondere -Beuteln, bei welcher die Folien mit ihren Klebnähten durch ein oder mehrere Rollenpaare hindurchgeleitet werden. I)ie hekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art sind meist sehr umständlich im Aufbau und in der Handhabung und gewöhnlich in der Herstellung haltbarer Klebnähte unzureichend.
  • Zweck der Erfindung ist die Vereinfachung und Verbesserung der bekannten Vorrichtungen und die VerhesserunK der Haltewirkung der Klebnähte. Erreicht wird dies durch eine Vorrichtung der vorgenannten Art, welche im wesentlichen aus ortsfesten, drehbeweglich gelagerten Rollen und einem beweglichen Träger mit einer oder mehreren, den ortsfesten Rollen gegenüber- und hintereinanderliegend in einer geschlossenen Heizkammer lose drehbar oder drehbeweglich antreibbar angeordneten und durch Heizmittel in der Kammer mittelbar beheizten Rollen besteht. Die beheizten Rollen sind an ihrem Träger nachgiebig und in der Höhe einstellbar gelagert. Die Heizkammer kann mit einem wärmeisolierenden Mantel umgeben werden. Der Träger für die Heizkammer und die beheizten Rollen ist von der Verklebungsflächeabhebbar und zu dieser einstellbar angeordnet.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt.
  • Es zeigt Abb. I eine Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung in Seitenansicht, Abb. 2 die gleiche Vorrichtung im Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie VII-VII der Abb. 1.
  • Bei der gezeichneten Ausführungsform einer Vorrichtung zur Heißverklebung der Längsnähte von Schlauchbahnen, aus denen die Beutel als zu verarbeitende Werkstücke hergestellt werden sollen, wird die Schlauchbahn über Bleche I, 2 geleitet, von denen das obere Blech I mit lose drehbaren Rollen 3 versehen ist, welche durch Öffnungen des Bleches I nach oben hlndurchragen. Gegenüber diesen Rollen 3 sind an einem Träger 4 eine Reihe von Rollen 5 in einer Heizkammer 6 auf Wellen 7 angeordnet. Die Rollen 5 ragen durch den Boden' 8 der Heizkammer 6 hindurch, so daß sie mit ihrem Umfang nachgiebig auf den Rollen 3 zu liegen kommen.
  • Die Heizkammer 6 wird durch elektrische Heizwiderstände g oder durch.andere Mittel beheizt. Sie ist außerdem mit einer wärmeisolierenden Schicht 10 umgeben. Die Wellen 7 der Rollen 5 sind entweder lose drehbar in Lagern 1 1 gelagert oder können durch Seiltrieb oder Zahnradgetriebe zwangsläufig in Umdrehung versetzt werden.
  • Die Lager 1 1 sind mittels Federn o. dgl. in senkrechter Richtung nachgiebig im Träger 4 angebracht.
  • Der Träger 4 ist mittels zweier Gewindespindeln 12 und daraufsitzender Gegenmutter 13 senkrecht zu den Wellen 7 in der Höhe einstellbar an einem oder mehreren Hebeln 14 angebracht, welche um eine Achse 15 geschwenkt und bei I6 lösbar am Maschinengestell befestigt werden können.
  • Die Rollen 5 legen sich nachgiebig gegen die Rollen 3 oder auf die dazwischenliegende Schlauchbahn, aus welcher die Beutel als Werkstücke gefertigt werden sollen. Die genaue Einstellung der Rollen 5 zu den Rollen 7 kann mit Hilfe der Gewindespindeln 12 und der Gegenmuttern 13 an den schwenkharzen Hebeln 14 eingestellt werden. Bei irgendwelchen Störungen beim Bilden des Schlauches oder wenn die Maschine stillgesetzt werden soll, können die Schwenkhebel IA bei I6 gelöst und um ihre Achsen 15 nach oben geschwenkt werden, so daß die Schlauchbahnen über den Rollen 5 freigelegt und die Heizkammer 6 sowie die Rollen 5 von der Unterseite der Kammer 6 zugänglich gemacht werden.
  • Das dargestellte und beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel kann in Anpassung an die jeweiligen Fälle der Praxis zahlreiche Abänderungen erfahren, ohne daß der Bereich der Erfindung verlassen wird.
  • Es können zwischen den Rollen 3 und 5 noch entsprechende Heizschienen mit gerader oder gewölbter Ausführung verwendet werden. An Stelle einer Reihe von Preß- und Heizrollen können auch mehrere Reihen solcher Rollen oder Gleitstäbe parallel zueinander oder in versetzter Anordnung zueinander angeordnet werden.

PATENTANSPRÜCHE I.Vorrichtung zum Heißverkleben derLängsnähte von Zellglasfolien- oder Kunststoff-Folien-Werkstücken, insbesondere -Beuteln, bei welcher die Folien mit ihren Klebnähten durch ein oder mehrere Rollenpaare hindurchgeleitet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im wesentlichen aus ortsfesten, drehbeweglich gelagerten Rollen und einem beweglichen Träger mit einer oder mehreren, den ortsfesten drehbeweglichen Rollen gegenüber- und hintereinanderliegend in einer ger schlossenen Heizkammer lose drehbar oder drehbeweglich antreibbar angeordneten und durch Heizmittel in der Heizkammer mittelbar beheizzen Rollen besteht.
  2. 2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beheizten Rollen an ihrem Träger nachgiebig und in der Höhe einstellbar gelagert sind.
  3. 3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizkammer mit einem wärmeisolierenden Mantel umgeben ist.
  4. 4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger für die Heizkammer und die beheizten Rollen von der Verklebungsfläche abhell)ar und zu dieser einstellbar angeordnet ist.
