Claims (11)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE DE/EP 0 818 S23 T1
1. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung zum Demodulieren und Umwandeln eines digitalen Rundfunksignals, welches an einer Empfangsschaltung empfangen wird, in ein sichtbares und hörbares Analogsignal, welches in dem digitalen Rundfunksystem verwendet wird, das sowohl Video- als auch Audiosignale oder eines davon kodiert und zusätzliche Daten zur Steuerung und Informationsübertragung und ein Fehlerkorrektursymbol zum Verbessern von Übertragungsfehlern hinzufügt, mit:
einer ersten Erfassungseinrichtung zum Erfassen von Übertragungsfehlern des empfangenen digitalen Rundfunksignals;
einer Berechnungseinrichtung zum Berechnen der Fehlerauftrittshäufigkeit, nämlich der Fehlerrate aus den Erfassungsresultaten der ersten Erfassungseinrichtung;
einer Umwandlungseinrichtung zum Umwandeln der Fehlerrate in eine Empfangssignal quälitat; und
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen der Empfangssignal quälität auf einer Anzeigeeinri chtung.
2. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Umwandlungseinrichtung die Fehlerrate in das C/N-Verhältnis eines
Empfangssignals umwandelt.
3. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit:
einer AGC-Einrichtung zum Erzeugen einer AGC-Spannung gemäß dem Eingangspegel der Empfangsschaltung und zum automatischen Steuern des Eingangspegels zum Konstanthalten des Ausgangspegels;
einer zweiten Erfassungseinrichtung zum Erfassen des Eingangspegels basierend auf der AGC-Spannung von der AGC-Einrichtung; und
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen des Eingangspegels, der durch die zweite Erfassungseinrichtung erfaßt wird.
4. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 mit:
einer Beurteilungseinrichtung zum Beurteilen, daß eine hinreichende Signalqualität nicht länger erhältlich ist, basierend auf der Ausgabe der Umwandlungseinrichtung, wenn das empfangene digitale Rundfunksignal viele Übertragungsfehler enthält; und

einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen einer Warnung auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung, wenn die Beurteilungseinrichtung beurteilt, daß die Signalqualität nicht hinreichend ist.
5. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 mit:
einer Beurteilungseinrichtung zum Beurteilen, daß eine hinreichende Signalqualität nicht langer erhältlich ist, basierend auf der Ausgabe der Umwandlungseinrichtung, wenn das empfangene digitale Rundfunksignal viele Übertragungsfehler enthält;
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen einer Warnung auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung, wenn die Beurteilungseinrichtung beurteilt, daß die Signalqualität nicht hinreichend ist; und
einer Einrichtung zum Stummschalten von sowohl dem Video- als auch dem Audiosignal oder eines davon, wenn die Beurteilungseinrichtung beurteilt, daß die Signalqualität nicht hinreichend ist.
6. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 mit:
einer Beurteilungseinrichtung zum Beurteilen, daß eine hinreichende Signalqualität nicht langer erhältlich ist, basierend auf der Ausgabe der Umwandlungseinrichtung, wenn das empfangene digitale Rundfunksignale viele Übertragungsfehler enthält;
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen einer Warnung auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung, wenn die Beurteilungseinrichtung beurteilt, daß die Signalqualität nicht hinreichend ist; und
einer Einrichtung zum Beurteilen, ob der augenblickliche Modus ein antennenpeilender Einstellmodus ist oder nicht;
einer Einrichtung zum Ausgeben der Video- und Audiosignal ausgaben, wie sie in dem antennenpeilenden Einstellmodus sind, und zum Stummschalten von sowohl der Videosignal ausgabe als auch der Audiosignal ausgabe oder eines davon, wenn die Beurteilungseinrichtung beurteilt, daß der Signalpegel nicht hinreichend in irgendeinem Modus ist, der von dem antennenpeilenden Einstellmodus verschieden ist.
7. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 mit:
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen eines speziellen Funktionsschirms auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung in dem antennenpeilenden Einstellmodus; und
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen von sowohl der Signalqualität als auch dem Eingangspegel auf dem speziellen Funktionsschirm.
8. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 mit einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen des Eingabepegels nach dem Anzeigen der Signalqualität auf dem speziellen Funktionsschirm und Sichern desselben.
9. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit:
einer AGC-Einrichtung zum Erzeugen der AGC-Spannung gemäß dem Eingangspegel der Empfangsschaltung und zum automatischen Steuern des Eingangspegels zum Konstanthalten des Ausgangspegels;
einer zweiten Erfassungseinrichtung zum Erfassen des Eingangspegels basierend auf der AGC-Spannung von der AGC-Einrichtung;
einer Berechnungseinrichtung zum Berechnen einer ersten Signalqualität basierend auf der Fehlerrate in einer Domäne, wo die Fehlerrate meßbar ist, und zum Berechnen einer zweiten Empfangssignal quäl itat basierend auf dem Eingangspegel einer Domäne, wo die Fehlerrate nicht meßbar ist; und
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen der berechneten ersten und zweiten Empfangssignalqualität auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung.
10. Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 mit:
einer Berechnungseinrichtung zum Berechnen einer Korrelation zwischen der Fehlerrate und dem Eingangspegel in einer Domäne, wo die Fehlerrate meßbar ist; und
einer Korrektureinrichtung zum Korrigieren einer Diskontinuität
zwischen der Domäne, wo die Fehlerrate verwendet wird, und der Domäne, wo der Eingangspegel verwendet wird, gemäß der Korrelationsdifferenz zwischen der Fehlerrate und dem Eingangspegel bei der Anzeige der ersten und zweiten
Empfangssignal quälität.

Digitale Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung zum Demodulieren einer digitalen Rundfunksignals, welches an einer Empfangsschaltung empfangen wird, welche in dem digitalen Rundfunksystem benutzt wird, welche sowohl Video- als auch Audiosignale oder eines davon kodiert und zusätzliche Daten zur Steuerung und Informationsübertragung und ein Fehlerkorrektursymbol zum Verbessern von Übertragungsfehlern hinzufügt, mit:
einer ersten Erfassungseinrichtung zum Erfassen von Übertragungsfehlern des empfangenen Rundfunksignals;
einer Berechnungseinrichtung zum Berechnen der Fehlerauftrittshäufigkeit, nämlich einer Fehlerrate von den Erfassungsresultaten der ersten Erfassungseinrichtung;
eine Umwandlungseinrichtung zum Umwandeln der Fehlerrate in eine Empfangssignalqualität; und
einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen der Empfangssignalqualität auf einer Anzeigeeinrichtung.
