Die Neuerung betrifft einen Hobbock aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, dessen Verschlußdeckel in der Verschlußlage durch einen Spannringverschluß gesichert ist, wobei der Deckel mit einem waagerechten Oberrandflansch über einen ringförmigen Dichtungsvorsprung gegen den gleich -gerichteten Randflansch des Hobbockmantgls anliegt, und ein sich an den Oberrandflansch des Deckels anschließender Innenrand gegen den Hobbockmantel anliegt.
Bei den bekannten Hobbocks werden mehrere Gebinde im gefüllten Zustand aufeinander gestapelt, wobei der Deckelboden eines aufgestapelten Hobbocks auf den Deckeloberboden des unteren Hobbocks aufsteht. Unter Stapellast mehrerer aufeinander gestellten Hobbocks wird die Unterkante des Deckelinnenrandes nach außen gedruckt und verformt hierbei den Hobbockmantel unterhalb des Randflansches nach außen, so daß der Randflansch selbst nach innen einfällt. In gleicher Weise verhält sich der Deckelrandflansch. Diese Ausweichbewegungen lockern den Dichiungssitz und lösen den Verband aus dem Spannverschluß heraus, so daß letzterer abfallen kann. Neben der undichtigkeit bricht die Stapelfestigkeit zusammen, so daß die Stapelsäule umstürzen kann.
Es handelt sich um die Aufgabe, Hobbock-Deckel und -Mantel so zu gestalten, daß unter Stapellast die Dichtungsfunktion verstärkt und Ausweichbewegungen der an der Dichtung beteiligten Bereiche ausgeschaltet werden.
Diese Aufgaben werden neuerungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Oberrandflansch 2 des Deckels 1 über den Innenrand verbreitert ist und n&ch einer Innenabkröpfung 14 in den Deckelboden 4 übergeht, wobei die Abkröpfvng 14 in einen über den Deckelboden vorstehenden Stützring 5 ausläuft und Deckelinmnrand 3, Stützring 5 und Deckelbcden 4 über Radialstege 6 zu einem Kasten- träger miteinander verbunden sind, und daß das rechtwinklig nach unten abgekröpfte Oberrandende 7 in eine entsprechende Ringausnehmung des Randflansches des Hobbocks 9 einhakt.
Eine solche Maßnahme hat den Vorteil, daß durch den Kastenträger im Deckelrandbereich auch bei hoher Stapellast Verformungen ausgeschaltet sind.
Der Hakeneingriff des Randendes des Deckels in den Randflansch des Hobbocks hält den Verband formschlüssig zusammen, so daß die Stapellast allein über den Dichtungsvorsprung auf den Öffnungsrand des Hobbocks übertragen wird.
Zur Erleichterung der Deckelabnahme ist in Ausgestaltung der Neuerung die Abkröpfung zur Bildung einer Abhebetasche mindestens in einem Bereich unterbrochen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Neuerung beispielsweise dargestellt.

Der nach unten konisch verlaufende Mantel des Hobbocks 9 geht in seiner öffnung in den waagerechten Randflansch 8 über. Der Deckel 1 liegt mit einem waagerechten Oberrandflansch 2 über einen ringförmigen Dichtungsvorsprung 16 gegen den Randflansch 8 des Hobbockmantels an. In den Ober randflansch 2 des Deckels 1 schließt sich der nach unten gerichtete Innenrand 3 an, der im aufgesetzten Deckelzustand gegen die Innenfläche
des Hobbockmantels anliegt. Der Oberrandflansch 2 ist nach innen verbreitert und geht nach einer Innenabkröpfung 14 (Fig* 2) in den Deckelboden 4 über. Die Abkröpfung 14 läuft in einen über den Deckelboden vorstehenden Stützring 5 aus. Deckelinnenrand 3, Stützring 5 und Deckelboden 4 sind durch gleichmäßig über den Deckelumfang verteilte Radialstege 6 zu einem Kastenträger miteinander verbunden. Das rechtwinklig nach unten abgekröpfte Oberrandende 7 hakt in eine entsprechende Ringausnehmung des Randflansches 8 ein.
Zur Bildung einer Abhebetasche 13 (Fig. 3) ist die Abkröpfung 14 an einer Stelle des Deckelumfanges unterbrochen.
Wie aus den Figuren 1 und 5 ersichtlich, ist der Hobbock 9 mit Fallgriffen Io ausgerüstet. Hierzu sind an zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegenden Bereichen des Hobbockmantels Doppelkonsolen 11 einstückig angeformt, in deren seitlich offenen Schiebeschlitzen 12 die Fallgriffe Io gelagert sind.
In Fig. 1 ist ein Fallgriff Io strichpunktiert in abgesenkter und gegen den Hobbockmantel anliegender Lage dargestellt. Fig. 5 zeigt die Seitenansicht auf eine Doppelkonsole 11. Der besseren Übersicht wegen wurde auf die Darstellung des Fallgriffes verzichtet. Der Abstand der Konsolen zum Öffnungsrand des Hobbocks ist so gewählt, daß der obere Bügelschenkel der Fallgriffe Io im hochgeschwenkten Zustand in der Öffnungsebene des Hobbocks liegt. In dieser Einstellung liegen die inneren Führungsschenkel der Fallgriffe Io gegen die obere Begrenzung der Schiebeschlitze 12 an.

Claims (2)

Schutzanspruch
1. Hobbock aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, dessen Verschlußdeckel in der Verschlußlage durch einen Spannringverschluß gesichert ist, wobei der Deckel mit einem waagerechten Oberrandflansch über einen ringförmigen Dichtungsvorsprung gegen den gleichgerichteten Randflansch des Hobbockmantels anliegt, und ein sich an den Oberrandflansch des Deckels anschließenden Innenrand gegen den Hobbockmantel anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberrandflansch (2) des Deckels (1) über den Innenrand·(3) verbreitert ist und nach einer Innenabkröpfung (14) in den Deckelboden (4) übergeht, wobei die Abkröpfung (14) in einen über den Deckeiboäen vorstehenden Stützring (5) ausläuft und Deckelinnenrand (3),Stützring (5) und Deckelboden (4) über Radialstege (6) zu einem Kastenträger miteinander verbunden sind, und daß das rechtwinklig nach unten abgekröpfte Oberrandende (7) in eine entsprechende Ringausnehmung des Randflansches (8) des Hobbocks {9) einhakt ι
2. Hobbock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkröpfung (14) zur Bildung einer Abhebetasche (13) mindestens in einem Bereich unterbrochen ist.
