Die üblichen Spülkästen für WC sind so ausgebildet, daß die gesamte Wassermenge beim Öffnen dos Verschlußventils in das WC-Becken abfließt. Bei kleinen Bedürfnissen würde bereits ein Teil der Wassermenge des Spülkastens für eine Spülung genügen, so daß dann ein unnötiger Wasserverbrauch eintritt.
