Description

The invention relates to wedge tips for construction hammers of the kind with which the Pothole using a main wedge tip and working with it the additional wedges is made. From one known wedge tip training of this type. in which the tip of a separately made additional parts: against the main wedge tip supports and its wedge line after extended backwards, thereby creating a larger one To achieve wedge effect and performance. the subject of the invention differs through this. that around the shaft of the wedge Pointed iron wedge-shaped bulges are attached in a spiral arrangement. Through this measure, a Known wedge point designs in appearance corrected the disadvantage that occurred when working with the demolition hammers made noticeable by disturbing that the Chisel chisels often in the one to be broken off Settled coal and only with great force effort from its trapped position read was. Through the all around the shaft lying beads preserve the contact surface between the coal and the shaft an irregular moderate_. their direction continuously changing speaking changing course while the spiral arrangement and wedge-tip like training of this ZVülste the conquering due to the increased felling resistance is much easier. In the drawing the invention is on an example Fig. Z in a view of an invention according to designed chisel tip and through Fig. A in: a cross section after the Line II-II of Fig.r illustrates. To the in the usual way in a conical shaped tip a tapering shaft b of the Wedge tips are arranged in a spiral wedge-point-like bulges c an- brought. Through the spiral: arrangement and the wedge-shaped design of these The driving resistance of the chisel chisels according to the invention deposed that he was only slightly larger than that of a healing tip with a smooth cylindrical shank, while the solution resistance is considerably lower and the like to break loose the coal is greater than this.
