Abstract

A piston (16) and rod (18) slide in a double acting cylinder with closed end (12) from which extends a bar (60) having a T-shaped cross-section with a cross piece (64) and stiffening web (66), the edges of which are rounded to engage and slide on the wall of a bore (22) in the piston rod (18), thus supporting the bar in a rigid manner.
