Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivate, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und herbizide Mittel, die diese Derivate als aktive Bestandteile enthalten.
- In der Vergangenheit wurde eine Reihe herbizider Verbindungen mit einer (Azinylureylen)sulfonylgruppe, wie einer {[(Pyrimidin-2-yl- oder 1,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)aminocarbonyl]- aminosulfonylygruppe, beschrieben. Beispielsweise finden sich folgende Literaturstellen, bezogen auf Atome, an die eine (Azinylureylen)sulfonylgruppe gebunden ist:

- Verbindungen mit einer (Azinylureylen)sulfonylgruppe, wie der {[(Pyrimidin-2-yl- oder 1,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)aminocarbonyl]aminosulfonyl}gruppe, am Stickstoffatom des stickstoffenthaltenden heterocyclischen Rings sind unter herbiziden Verbindungen, die in den obigen Patentpublikationen beschrieben werden, bekannt (GB 2 110 689), aber Verbindungen mit einer (Azinylureylen)sulfonylgruppe, die an das Stickstoffatom des Pyrrolrings über ein anderes Stickstoffatom gebunden ist, sind nicht bekannt.
- Es besteht seit langem ein starker Bedarf für Herbizide, die eine verläßliche herbizide Aktivität zeigen, selbst bei solchen niedrigen Anwendungsdosismengen, die den Vorteil haben, daß die Menge, die in der Umwelt vorhanden ist, verringert ist, für Herbizide, die eine Selektivität zwischen Nutzpflanzen und Unkräutern zeigen, unabhängig von den Variationen in den Umweltbedingungen, für Herbizide, die die Nutzpflanzen für die zweite Ernte der Nutzpflanze bei Doppelernte nicht beschädigen, usw. Die vorliegende Erfindung erfüllt diese Forderungen.
- Die genannten Erfinder haben gefunden, daß Verbindungen mit einer (Azinylureylen)sulfonylgruppe, die an ein Stickstoffatom des Pyrrolrings über ein anderes Stickstoffatom gebunden ist, eine ausgezeichnete herbizide Aktivität aufweisen. Dies hat zu der Vervollständigung der vorliegenden Erfindung geführt.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, neue Verbindungen, die eine ausgezeichnete herbizide Aktivität besitzen, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung, neue herbizide Mittel, die ein oder mehrere solcher Derivate als aktive Bestandteile enthalten, und Zwischenprodukte dafür zur Verfügung zu stellen.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die folgenden konstruktiven Merkmale.
- Die Erfindung betrifft gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivate, dargestellt durch die Formel (I):

- Die Erfindung betrifft gemäß einer zweiten Ausführungsform ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der obigen N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivate, dargestellt durch die Formel (I), das die Umsetzung von einem N-Aminopyrrolderivat der Formel (II) mit einem (Azinylureylen)sulfonylhalogenid der Formel (III) gemäß der folgenden Reaktionsgleichung umfaßt:
- worin R² bis R&sup6;, X¹, X² und Z die gleichen Bedeutungen wie oben gegeben besitzen und X³ ein Halogenatom bedeutet.
- Die Erfindung betrifft gemäß einer dritten Ausführungsform ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivaten, dargestellt durch die Formel (I-b), das die Umsetzung eines N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivats der Formel (I-a) mit einer Verbindung, dargestellt durch die Formel (VI), in Anwesenheit einer Base zum Ersatz des Wasserstoffatoms an der N-Aminogruppe durch R¹ gemäß der folgenden Reaktionsgleichung umfaßt:
- worin R² bis R&sup5;, X¹, X² und Z die gleichen Bedeutungen wie oben gegeben besitzen, R¹ eine C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Alkylgruppe, eine C&sub1;- C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppe, eine C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinylgruppe oder eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, bedeutet und Y¹ ein Halogenatom oder OSO&sub2;OR¹ bedeutet.
- Die Erfindung betrifft gemäß einer vierten Ausführungsform ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivaten der Formel (I-d), welches die Einführung eines Substituenten in den Pyrrolring eines N- (substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivats der Formel (I-c) durch elektrophile Substitutionsreaktion des Wasserstoffatoms gemäß der folgenden Reaktionsgleichung umfaßt:

- Die Erfindung betrifft gemäß einer siebten Ausführungsform ein herbizides Mittel, das eine herbizid wirksame Menge eines N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivats der Formel (I) als aktiven Bestandteil enthält.
- In den obigen Definitionen für X¹, X² und Z in dem Pyrimidinring und dem Triazinring ist es bevorzugt, daß X¹ und X² unabhängig ein Halogenatom, eine C&sub1;-C&sub2;-Alkylgruppe, eine C&sub1;-C&sub2;-Fluoralkylgruppe, eine C&sub1;-C&sub2;-Fluoralkoxygruppe, eine C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkoxyalkylgruppe oder NR&sup7;R&sup8;, worin R&sup7; und R&sup8; unabhängig ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C&sub1;-C&sub2;-Alkylgruppe bedeuten, bedeuten.
- Bei der obigen Definition bedeutet der Ausdruck Fluoralkylgruppe oder Fluoralkoxygruppe eine Halogenalkylgruppe oder eine Halogenalkoxygruppe, worin Halogenatome Fluoratome sind.
- In der folgenden Beschreibung besitzen R¹ bis R&sup6;, X¹, X², X³, Z, Y¹, R²c bis R&sup5;c, R²d bis R&sup5;d, R²p bis R&sup6;p und R²q bis R&sup5;q in den Formeln je die gleiche Bedeutung wie oben definiert.
- Als nächstes werden die Chemikalien, die für eine Reihe von erfindungsgemäßen Reaktionen verwendet werden, beispielhaft erläutert.
- Beispiele für das Verdünnungsmittel umfassen die folgenden Verbindungen.
- Wasser, organische Säuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure und ähnliche, Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Petrolether, Pentan, Hexan, Heptan und ähnliche, halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und ähnliche, Alkohole, wie Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropanol, t-Butanol und ähnliche, Ether, wie Diethylether, Dimethoxyethan, Diisopropylether, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan und ähnliche. Andere Beispiele sind Acetonitril, Aceton, Ethylacetat, Essigsäureanhydrid, Pyridin, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, 1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinon und Dimethylsulfoxid usw.
- Die Reaktionen können in Anwesenheit einer Base oder einer Säure zusätzlich zu dem oben beschriebenen Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt werden. Beispiele für die Base umfassen die folgenden Verbindungen.
- Carbonate von Alkalimetallen, wie Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat und ähnliche, Carbonate von Erdalkalimetallen, wie Magnesiumcarbonat, Calciumcarbonat, Bariumcarbonat und ähnliche, Hydroxide von Alkalimetallen, wie Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid und ähnliche, Hydroxide von Erdalkalimetallen, wie Magnesiumhydroxid, Calciumhydroxid und ähnliche, Alkalimetalle, wie Lithium, Natrium, Kalium und ähnliche, Erdalkalimetalle, wie Magnesium und ähnliche, Alkalimetallalkoxide, wie Natriummethoxid, Natriumethoxid, Kalium-t-butoxid und ähnliche, Alkalimetallhydride, wie Natriumhydrid, Kaliumhydrid und ähnliche, Erdalkalimetallhydride, wie Calciumhydrid und ähnliche, metallorganische Verbindungen von Alkalimetallen, wie Methyllithium, Ethyllithium, n-Butyllithium, Phenyllithium und ähnliche, organische Grignard-Reagentien, wie Methylmagnesiumiodid, Ethylmagnesiumbromid, n-Butylmagnesiumbromid und ähnliche, organische Kupferverbindungen, hergestellt aus einer metallorganischen Verbindung eines Alkalimetalls oder eines Grignard-Reagenses und einem Kupfer(I)-salz, Alkalimetallamide, wie Lithiumdiisopropylamid und ähnliche, Ammoniumhydroxide, wobei das Stickstoffatom davon unsubstituiert ist oder mit Alkylgruppen oder Aralkylgruppen substituiert ist, wie wäßriges Ammoniak, Benzyltrimethylammoniumhydroxid, Tetramethylammoniumhydroxid und ähnliche, und organische Amine, wie Methylamin, Ethylamin, n-Propylamin, Benzylamin, Ethanolamin, Dimethylamin, Benzylmethylamin, Dibenzylamid, Triethylamin, Triethanolamin, Pyridin und ähnliche.
- Beispiele für die Säure umfassen anorganische Säuren, wie Chlorwasserstoffsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Iodwasserstoffsäure, Perchlorsäure, Schwefelsäure und ähnliche, organische Säuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Buttersäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure und ähnliche, und Lewis-Säuren, wie Bortrifluorid, Aluminiumchlorid, Zinkchlorid und ähnliche.
- Spezifische Beispiele von erfindungsgemäßen Derivaten der obigen Formel (I) umfassen solche, die in den Tabellen 1 bis 4 erläutert werden. - Die N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivate der obigen Formel (I) können durch Umsetzung eines Aminoazinderivats der Formel (IV) mit einem Halogensulfonylisocyanat der Formel (V) unter Bildung eines (Azinylureylen)sulfonylisocyanats der Formel (III), gefolgt von seiner Umsetzung mit einem N-Aminopyrrolderivat der Formel (II), bevorzugt ohne Isolierung des Zwischenprodukts gemäß dem folgenden Reaktionsschema hergestellt werden.
- Die Reaktionsstufen des obigen Reaktionsschemas werden bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von -78ºC bis zum Siedepunkt des Lösungsmittels und bevorzugt von 0ºC bis 40ºC in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel, beispielsweise Kohlenwasserstoffen, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Cyclohexan etc., chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, wie Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und Chlorbenzol, Ethern, wie Diethylether, Dimethoxyethan, Diethylenglykol, Dimethylether, Tetrahydrofuran und Dioxan, und aprotischen polaren Lösungsmitteln, wie Acetonitril und Nitromethan, durchgeführt.
- Bei diesen Reaktionen ist es bevorzugt, ein organisches tertiäres Amin, vorzugsweise Pyridin oder Triethylamin, oder eine anorganische Base, wie Carbonate von Alkalimetallen, als Säureakzeptor zu verwenden.
- Sofern erforderlich, kann die Verbindung der Formel (II) in überschüssiger Menge verwendet werden, so daß sie gleichzeitig als Hilfsbase wirkt.
- Bei der Verbindung der Formel (I) werden bevorzugte Gruppen von X¹ und X² im folgenden als beispielhaft angegeben.
- Wasserstoffatom, Chloratom und Fluoratom, Methylgruppe, Ethylgruppe und i-Propylgruppe, Ethoxygruppe, i- Propoxygruppe, Methoxygruppe und sek.-Butoxygruppe, Thiomethoxygruppe und Thio-i-propoxygruppe, Trifluormethylgruppe, Fluormethylgruppe, Difluormethylgruppe und 2,2,2- Trifluorethylgruppe, 1,1,2,2-Tetrafluorethoxygruppe, 2,2,2-Trifluorethoxygruppe, 2-Fluorethoxygruppe, Difluormethoxygruppe, 2-Brom-1,1,2-trifluorethoxygruppe, 1,1,2,3,3,3-Hexafluorpropoxygruppe und 2-Chlor-1,1,2- trifluorethoxygruppe, Difluorthiomethoxygruppe, Dimethoxymethylgruppe und Methoxymethylgruppe, Thiomethoxymethylgruppe, Dimethylaminogruppe, Ethyl(methyl)aminogruppe, Me thoxy(methyl)aminogruppe, Aminogruppe und Methylaminogruppe.
- Die N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivate der obigen Formel (I-b) können auch durch Umsetzung eines N- (substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivats der obigen Formel (I- a) mit einer Verbindung der Formel (VI) in Anwesenheit einer Base unter Substitution des Wasserstoffatoms der N- Aminogruppe am Pyrrolring der Verbindung der Formel (I-a) mit der Gruppe R¹, wie in dem obigen Reaktionsschema dargestellt, hergestellt werden.
- Die Reaktion für den Ersatz des Wasserstoffatoms der N- Aminogruppe des Pyrrolrings der Verbindung, die durch die Formel (I-a) dargestellt wird, durch die Gruppe R¹ erfolgt bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 0ºC bis zum Siedepunkt des Lösungsmittels in Anwesenheit einer anorganischen Base, wie Natriumhydrid oder Kaliumcarbonat, in einem Lösungsmittel, wie Dioxan oder Dimethylformamid. Als Substitutionsreagens kann eine Verbindung der Formel (VI), die die Gruppe R¹ als elektrophiles Kation bildet, verwendet werden.
- Beispiele solcher Verbindungen der Formel (VI) umfassen Methyliodid, Ethyliodid, i-Propyliodid, n-Butylbromid, Dimethylsulfat, 2,2,2-Trifluorethyliodid, 3-Methoxypropylbromid, Crotylbromid, Propargylchlorid, 1,1,3-Trichlorpropen, Benzylbromid, 4-Chlorbenzylbromid und 4-Methylbenzylbromid etc.
- Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch zu einer wäßrigen Lösung aus verdünnter Chlorwasserstoffsäure gegeben, und das so gebildete Präzipitat wird abfiltriert. Das Präzipitat wird an Luft getrocknet und dann durch Säulenchromatographie oder durch Waschen gereinigt, wobei das N-(substituiertes Amino)pyrrolderivat der Formel (I-b), worin das Wasserstoffatom der N-Aminogruppe am Pyrrolring durch die Gruppe R¹ ersetzt wird, erhalten wird.
- Verbindungen der Formel (I-d), die die folgenden Substituenten enthalten, können ebenfalls durch elektrophile Substitution des Wasserstoffs von R² bis R&sup5; am Pyrrolring in den Verbindungen, die durch die Formel (I-c) dargestellt werden, hergestellt werden.
- Halogenatome, wie ein Bromatom und Chloratom und ähnliche, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen, wie Methyl und Ethyl und dergleichen, C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppen, wie 2,2,2-Trifluorethyl, und dergleichen, C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkylgruppen, wie 3-Methoxypropyl und ähnliche, C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppen, wie Crotyl und ähnliche, C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenylgruppen, wie 3,3-Dichlorallyl und dergleichen, C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinylgruppen, wie Propargyl und dergleichen, Phenylgruppen, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein können, wie Phenyl, 4-Methylphenyl, 4-Chlorphenyl und ähnliche, C&sub7;-C&sub9;- Aralkylgruppen, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein können, wie Benzyl, 4- Methylbenzyl, 4-Chlorbenzyl und ähnliche, (C&sub1;-C&sub4;- Alkyl)carbonylgruppen, wie Acetyl, Propionyl und ähnliche, (C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkyl)carbonylgruppen, wie Methoxyacetyl, Ethoxyacetyl und ähnliche, (C&sub3;-C&sub6;-Cycloalkyl)carbonylgruppen, wie Cyclopropancarbonyl und ähnliche, (C&sub1;-C&sub4;- Halogenalkyl)carbonylgruppen, wie Trifluoracetyl, 4- Chlorbutyryl und ähnliche, (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyl)carbonyl, wie Crotonyl und ähnliche, Benzoylgruppen, die durch 1 bis 3 Halogenatome und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein können, wie Benzoyl, 4-Chlorbenzoyl, 4-Methylbenzoyl und ähnliche, (C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkyl)carbonylgruppen, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein können, wie Phenylacetyl, 4-Chlorphenylacetyl, 4- Methylphenylacetyl und ähnliche, Carbamoylgruppen, N-(C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkyl)aminocarbonylgruppen, wie N-Methylaminocarbonyl, N-Ethylaminocarbonyl und ähnliche, N,N-[(Di-(C&sub1;- C&sub4;)alkyl)amino]carbonylgruppen, wie Dimethylcarbamoyl, Diethylcarbamoyl und ähnliche, Carboxylgruppen, (C&sub1;-C&sub4;- Alkoxy)carbonylgruppen, wie Methoxycarbonyl und ähnliche, (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxy)carbonylgruppen, wie (2,2,2-Trifluorethoxy)carbonyl, und ähnliche, (C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkoxy)carbonylgruppen, wie (2-Methoxyethoxy)carbonyl und ähnliche, (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyloxy)carbonylgruppen, wie Crotyloxycarbonyl und ähnliche, (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenyloxy)carbonylgruppen, wie (3,3-Dichlorallyloxy)carbonyl und ähnliche, und (C&sub3;-C&sub5;- Alkinyloxy)carbonylgruppen, wie Propargyloxycarbonyl und ähnliche. - In den Verbindungen der Formel (I) ist es möglich, ein Wasserstoffatom am Stickstoffatom der Ureylengruppe durch ein geeignetes Kation unter Salzbildung zu ersetzen. Beispiele von Salzen umfassen allgemein Metallsalze, insbesondere Alkalimetallsalze und Erdalkalimetallsalze, und, sofern erforderlich, Ammoniumsalze und Salze mit organischen Aminen.
- Die Salze können bevorzugt bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 20 bis 100ºC in einem Lösungsmittel, wie Wasser, Alkohol oder Aceton, hergestellt werden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (IV) können durch Cyclisierung eines geeigneten Guanidinderivats mit einem substituierten 1,3-Diketon hergestellt werden. (The Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds, Bd. XVI (1962) und Supplement I (1970)).
- Die obige Verbindung kann ebenfalls aus einem N- Cyanoamidinderivat oder einem N-Cyanoimidatderivat synthetisiert werden. (Vergleiche J. Org. Chem., 28, 1812-1821 (1963)).
- Weiter können die obigen Verbindungen aus Cyanursäurechlorid synthetisiert werden. (L. Rapaport: The Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds (1959)).
- In der Verbindung der Formel (IV) ist es möglich, das Halogenatom von X¹ oder X² durch eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxygruppe, C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkylthiogruppe, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxygruppe, C&sub1;-C&sub4;- Halogenalkylthiogruppe oder NR&sup7;R&sup8; durch Umsetzung mit einem Alkohol, Thioalkohol oder Amin in einem Verdünnungsmittel bei basischen Bedingungen zu ersetzen. (Vergleiche J. Chem. Soc., 1946, 81-85. Britische Patentschrift 571014 (1945): Chem. Abstr., 40, 7238 (1946)).
- Die Verbindungen (IV), worin X¹ oder X² C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy, C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkylthio, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxy, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkylthio usw. bedeuten, können ebenfalls durch Alkylierung der Hydroxylgruppe oder der Mercaptogruppe, die in 4-Stellung oder 6-Stellung des Pyrimidinrings oder 1,3,5-Triazinrings gebunden ist, in einem Verdünnungsmittel bei basischen Bedingungen hergestellt werden. (Vergleiche EP-A-70804).
- Die Verbindung der Formel (II) kann wie folgt synthetisiert werden.
- Ein N-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimidderivat kann durch Umsetzung der Aminogruppe eines N-Aminophthalimids mit einer γ- Dioxoverbindung der Formel (VII-e1) oder einem cyclisierten Produkt der γ-Dioxoverbindung der Formel (VII-e2) in Dioxan oder Essigsäure, enthaltend einen sauren Katalysator, unter Erhitzen unter Rühren hergestellt werden. (Vergleiche Chem. Ber., 102, 3268-76 (1969)).

- Diese cyclische Kondensationsreaktion ist besonders zur Synthese von Verbindungen (IX-e) geeignet, worin R²e bis R&sup5;e am Pyrrolring je ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, eine C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppe, eine C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;- C&sub5;-Halogenalkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinylgruppe, eine Phenylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;- Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;- Aralkylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, bedeuten.
- Die Verbindungen, die durch die Formel [IX, R²q bis R&sup5;q durch R² bis R&sup5; in der Verbindung (IX-q)] ersetzt werden, worin R² bis R&sup5; nicht Wasserstoff bedeuten, können wie folgt synthetisiert werden. Die Verbindungen der Formel (IX-g) können durch elektrophile Substitution des Wasserstoffatoms am Pyrrolring einer Verbindung, dargestellt durch die Formel (IX-f), gemäß dem folgenden Reaktionsschema, ähnlich zur Reaktion, bei der eine Verbindung (I- d) aus einer Verbindung (I-c) gebildet wird, hergestellt werden

- Im Hinblick auf die elektrophilen Reaktionen des Pyrrolrings kann die Alkylierung und Acylierung gemäß einer Friedel-Crafts-Reaktion durchgeführt werden.
- Die Alkylierung und Acylierung erfolgt unter Verwendung als Reagens eines Alkylierungsmittels, wie eines halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffs oder Schwefelsäureesters, oder eines Acylierungsmittels, wie eines organischen Säurehalogenids oder eines Säureanhydrids, durch Umsetzung mit einer Lewis-Säure unter Bildung eines Kations, wobei der Pyrrolring einer elektrophilen Reaktion unterworfen wird, wobei ein Ersatz des Wasserstoffatoms erfolgt. (J. Org. Chem., 48, 3214-3219 (1983)).
- Es ist bevorzugt, die Reaktion in einem Alkylhalogenid, wie 1,2-Dichlorethan, bei 0 bis 50ºC während 30 Minuten bis mehrere Stunden durchzuführen, wobei die gewünschte Verbindung erhalten wird.
- Die Carbamoylgruppe, die N-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl)aminocarbonylgruppen, die N,N-[(Di-C&sub1;-C&sub4;-alkyl)amino]carbonylgruppe, die Carboxylgruppe, die (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy)carbonylgruppe, die (C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxy)carbonylgruppe, die (C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkoxy)- carbonylgruppe, die (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe, die (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe oder die (C&sub3;-C&sub5;- Alkinyloxy)carbonylgruppe am Pyrrolring der Verbindung, die durch die Formel (IX-g) dargestellt wird, kann von Ammoniak, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylamin, (Di-C&sub1;-C&sub4;-alkyl)amin, Wasser, C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkanol, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkanol, C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkanol, C&sub3;- C&sub5;-Alkenol, C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenol oder C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinol durch Umsetzung mit einer Chlorcarbonylgruppe stammen.
- Die Einführung der Chlorcarbonylgruppe kann gemäß Friedel- Crafts-Reaktion unter Verwendung von Oxalylchlorid als Reagens erfolgen. (Vergleiche J. Org. Synth., 44, 69 (1964), J. Org. Chem., 48, 3214-3219 (1983)).
- Die Halogenierungsreaktion kann unter Verwendung eines Halogenierungsmittels, wie Chlor, Brom, Iod, N-Chlorsuccinimid, N-Bromsuccinimid, Sulfurylchlorid oder ähnlichen, in einem Verdünnungsmittel bei -10 bis -40ºC während einiger Stunden durchgeführt werden. (J. Org. Chem. 40, 3161-3169 (1975), ibid, 46, 2221-2225 (1981)).
- Verbindungen der Formeln (I-c) und (IX-f) können ebenfalls als Ausgangsmaterialien für die Durchführung der Halogenierung, Alkylierung und Acylierung durch elektrophilen Ersatz des Wasserstoffatoms am Pyrrolring verwendet werden.
- Es ist daher möglich, das Ausgangsmaterial unter Beachtung der Ausbeute, der Leichtigkeit der Nachbehandlung usw. auszuwählen.
- Metallsalze von Erdalkalimetallen können als Katalysator bei der oben beschriebenen elektrophilen Substitutionsreaktion des Wasserstoffatoms an dem Pyrrolring verwendet werden.
- N-Aminopyrrolderivate der Formel (II) werden aus Verbindungen der Formel (IX) erhalten. Beispielsweise kann eine Verbindung der Formel [II-a, R&sup6; bedeutet ein Wasserstoffatom in der Formel (II)] durch Umsetzung der Verbindung der Formel (IX) mit Hydrazinhydrat in einem niedrigen Alkohol hergestellt werden. (Vergleiche Chem. Ber., 102, 3268-76 (1969)].
- Eine Verbindung der Formel (II), worin R&sup6; nicht ein Wasserstoffatom bedeutet, kann durch Alkylierung von einem der Wasserstoffatome der Aminogruppe in einer Verbindung, dargestellt durch die Formel (II-a), hergestellt werden. Die Alkylierungsreaktion wird unter Verwendung des gleichen Alkylierungsmittels (Verbindung der Formel (VI)), Verdünnungsmittels und der gleichen Reaktionsbedingungen, wie für die Alkylierung der oben beschriebenen Verbindung (I-a), durchgeführt.
- Spezifische Beispiele von Verbindungen, die durch die Formel (II) dargestellt werden und die als oben beschriebene Zwischenprodukte verwendet werden, sind in Tabelle 5 angegeben. Tabelle 5
- Beispiele von Verbindungen, die durch die Formel (IX) dargestellt werden, die als Zwischenprodukte für die Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel (II) verwendet werden, umfassen diejenigen, die in der Tabelle 6 beschrieben sind. Tabelle 6
- Die erfindungsgemäßen N-(substituiertes Amio)pyrrolderivate der obigen Formel (I) zeigen bestimmte herbizide Wirkungen in niedriger Dosis und besitzt Selektivität bei Nutzpflanzen und Unkräutern. Dementsprechend ist ein herbizides Mittel, das eine dieser Verbindungen als aktiven Bestandteil enthält, geeignet beispielsweise zur Bekämpfung von einkeimblättrigen und zweikeimblättrigen Unkräutern in wichtigen Nutzpflanzen, wie Weizen, Reis, Mais, Sojabohnen, Baumwolle, Rüben, Kartoffeln und Tomaten, vor oder nach der Keimung.
- Beispiele von zweikeimblättrigen Unkräutern, die durch die erfindungsgemäßen herbiziden Mittel verhindert werden können, umfassen Unkräuter, die zu Amaranthus, Bidens, Stellaria, Abutilon, Convolvulus, Matricaria, Galium, Lindernia und ähnlichen gehören.
- Beispiele für einkeimblättrige Unkräuter umfassen Unkräuter, die zu Echinochloa, Setaria, Digitaria, Avena, Cyperus, Alisma, Monochoria und ähnlichen gehören.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen herbiziden Mittel können auf Flächen, wie auf landwirtschaftlichen Flächen, einschließlich von Landwirtschaften mit Reisfeldern und Obstgärten, wie auch auf nicht-landwirtschaftlichen Flächen, einschließlich von öffentlichen Flächen und Industriegebieten, angewendet werden.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können so, wie sie sind, verwendet werden, aber sie werden im allgemeinen in verschiedenen Herstellungsformen, wie als Zerstäubungsmittel, benetzbare Pulver, Granulat, Emulsion usw., zusammen mit einem Herstellungadjuvans verwendet.
- In diesem Fall wird das Mittel so hergestellt, daß eine oder mehrere erfindungsgemäße Verbindungen in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 95 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 90 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 2 bis 70 Gew.-% vorhanden ist bzw. sind.
- Beispiele von Trägern, Verdünnungsmitteln und grenzflächenaktiven Mitteln, die als Herstellungsadjuvantien verwendet werden können, umfassen Talk, Kaolin, Bentonit, Diatomeenerde, Weißruß, Ton und ähnliche. Als flüssige Verdünnungsmittel können Wasser, Xylol, Toluol, Chlorbenzol, Cyclohexan, Cyclohexanon, Dimethylsulfoxid, Dimethylformamid, Alkohole und ähnliche als Beispiele angegeben werden.
- Grenzflächenaktive Mittel werden bevorzugt in Abhängigkeit von ihren Wirkungen verwendet. Beispiele für grenzflächenaktive Mittel sind Polyoxyethylenalkylarylether, Polyoxyethylensorbitanmonolaurat etc., Beispiele für Dispersionsmittel sind Ligninsulfonate, Dibutylnapthalinsulfonat etc., und Beispiele für Benetzungsmittel sind Alkylsulfonate, Alkylphenylsulfonate, etc.
- Die oben beschriebenen Präparate können grob in die unterteilt werden, die als solche verwendet werden, und in die, die unter Verdünnung mit einem Verdünnungsmittel, wie Wasser, verwendet werden. Im letzteren Fall liegt die Konzentration der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,001 bis 1,0%.
- Die Menge an erfindungsgemäßer Verbindung, die verwendet wird, liegt im Bereich von 0,01 kg bis 10 kg, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 5 kg pro 1 ha.
- Da die Konzentrationen und Mengen, die verwendet werden, von der Art der Herstellung, der Gebrauchsdauer, den Gebrauchswegen, den Orten der Verwendung, den gewünschten Nutzpflanzen und anderen Faktoren abhängen, können diese Werte selbstverständlich trotz der obigen Bereiche variiert werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können zu sammen mit anderen aktiven Bestandteilen, wie Fungiziden, Bakteriziden, Mitiziden und Herbiziden, verwendet werden.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird anhand der Synthesebeispiele von erfindungsgemäßen N-(substituierten Amino)pyrrolderivaten, Herstellungsbeispielen und Testbeispielen davon erläutert. Die vorliegende Erfindung ist nicht auf diese Synthesebeispiele, Herstellungsbeispiele und Testbeispiele beschränkt.
- Chlorsulfonylisocyanat (0,94 g, 6,5 · 1,02 mM) wird in 10 ml Dichlormethan bei -70ºC gelöst, und anschließend wird tropfenweise eine Lösung von 2-Amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin (1,0 g, 6,5 mM) in 20 ml Dichlormethan zugegeben. Danach wird die Temperatur des Reaktionsgemisches auf fast 0ºC im Verlauf von 1 Stunde erhöht, wobei [(4,6- Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)ureylen]sulfonylchlorid gebildet wird.
- Nach dem erneuten Abkühlen auf -70ºC wird eine Lösung von 1-Aminopyrrol (II-1, 1,0 g, 6,5 · 2,0 mM) in 10 ml Dichlormethan tropfenweise zugegeben.
- Das Gemisch wird dann 20 Stunden gerührt, während die Temperatur auf Raumtemperatur erhöht wird. Danach wird das Lösungsmittel in dem Reaktionsgemisch bei Raumtemperatur abdestilliert, und Wasser wird zu dem entstehenden Rückstand gegeben. Der ausgefallene Niederschlag wird abfiltriert und mit Wasser gewaschen. Das entstehende Produkt wird aus einem Gemisch aus DMF/Wasser umkristallisiert, wobei das gewünschte Produkt erhalten wird (I-53). - N-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-N'-{[(1H-pyrrol-1- yl)amino]sulfonyl}harnstoff (I-53; 0,2 g; 0,58 mM), synthetisiert bei Raumtemperatur gemäß Synthesebeispiel 1, wird in 10 ml getrocknetem DMF gelöst. Schließlich wird 60%iges Natriumhydrid (0,023 g, 0,58 mM) zugegeben. Nach Zugabe einer Lösung aus Methyliodid (0,3 g, 0,58 g · 3,64 mM) in trockenem DMF wird das Gemisch bei Raumtemperatur 3 Stunden gerührt.
- Das Reaktionsgemisch wird in Eiswasser gegeben, welches schwach mit verdünnter Chlorwasserstoffsäure angesäuert ist. Der ausgefallene Niederschlag wird abfiltriert und mit Wasser abgewaschen. Das Rohprodukt wird durch Säulenchromatographie an Silicagel gereinigt, wobei die gewünschte Verbindung (I-126) erhalten wird.

- Chlorsulfonylisocyanat (0,26 g, 1,776 · 1,05 mM) wurde in 5 ml Dichlormethan bei -70ºC gelöst, anschließend wurde tropfenweise eine Lösung von 2-Amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin (0,273 g, 1,77 mM) in 10 ml Dichlormethan zugegeben.
- Danach wurde die Temperatur des Reaktionsgemisches auf fast 0ºC im Verlauf von 1 Stunde erhöht. Nach erneutem Abkühlen des Reaktionsgemisches auf -70ºC wurde eine Lösung von 2-Acetyl-1-aminopyrrol (II-16, 0,44 g, 1, 77 · 2,0 mM) in 5 ml Dichlormethan tropfenweise zugegeben.
- Das Gemisch wurde dann 20 Stunden gerührt, wobei die Temperatur auf Raumtemperatur erhöht wurde. Danach wurde das Lösungsmittel im Reaktionsgemisch abdestilliert und Wasser zu dem entstehenden Rückstand gegeben. Der Niederschlag wurde abfiltriert und mit Wasser gewaschen.
- Das Rohprodukt wurde aus einem Gemisch aus DMF/Wasser umkristallisiert, wobei die gewünschte Verbindung erhalten wurde.

- Zu einer Lösung aus Essigsäureanhydrid (0,53 g, 4,7 · 1,1 mM) in 6 ml Dichlorethylen wurde ein Bortrifluorid- Diethylether-Komplex (1,46 g, 4,7 · 2,2 mM) bei Raumtemperatur gegeben, und das Gemisch wurde 10 Minuten gerührt.
- Zu dem entstehenden Gemisch wurde tropfenweise eine Lösung von N-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimid (IX-1,1 g, 4,7 mM) in 15 ml Dichlorethylen gegeben, und anschließend wurde 90 Minuten gerührt.
- Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde in Eiswasser gegossen und nach Zugabe von Ethylacetat gerührt. Nachdem die unlöslichen Materialien abfiltriert waren, wurde die organische Phase im Filtrat abgetrennt und mit einer gesättigten Salzlösung gewaschen und anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Rohprodukt (1,18 g), das durch Entfernung des Lösungsmittels durch Destillation erhalten wurde, wurde in Acetonitril gelöst und durch Säulenchromatographie an Silicagel (Eluierungsmittel: n-Hexan und anschließend Ethylacetat/n-Hexan = 1/5) gereinigt.

- N-(2-Acetyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimid (IX-16, 1,64 g, 6,45 mM) wurde in 30 ml Ethanol gelöst. Zu der entstehenden Lösung wurde 80%iges Hydrazinmonohydrat (0,42 g, 6,45 · 1,05 mM) gegeben, und dann wurde bei Raumtemperatur 10 Minuten gerührt, und dann weitere 30 Minuten unter Erwärmen am Rückfluß erhitzt.
- Nach dem Abkühlen des Reaktionsgemisches werden die unlöslichen Materialien durch Filtration entfernt, und das Filtrat wird konzentriert. Zu dem Rückstand werden Ethylacetat und Wasser gegeben, und anschließend wird gut gerührt. Eine organische Phase wird dann abgetrennt und über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Die getrocknete organische Phase wird zur Trockene kondensiert und durch Säulenchromatographie an Silicagel gereinigt, wobei das gewünschte Produkt in semifester Form erhalten wird.

- Bortrifluorid-Diethylether-Komplex (10 g, 23,6 · 3 mM) wird in 80 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan bei 25ºC gelöst, und anschließend wird tropfenweise Cyclopropancarbonylchlorid (7,4 g, 23,6 · 3 mM) zugegeben. Nachdem eine Suspension von N-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimid (IX-1, 5 g, 23,6 mM) in 40 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan zugegeben wurde, wurde das Gemisch bei 25ºC 18 Stunden gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde in Eiswasser gegossen, und die unlöslichen Materialien werden abfiltriert.
- Die 1,2-Dichlorethanphase des Filtrats wird abgetrennt und mit einer gesättigten Salzlösung gewaschen und anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Trocknen wird sie konzentriert, und der entstehende Rück stand wird durch Säulenchromatographie an Silicagel gereinigt.

- Eine Suspension aus wasserfreiem Aluminiumchlorid (12,6 g, 18,8 · 5 mM) in 80 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan wurde mit Eis auf 0 bis 5ºC gekühlt, und Oxalylchlorid (12 g, 18,8 · 5 mM) wurde tropfenweise zu der Suspension gegeben. Nach dem Rühren bei 0 bis 5ºC während 20 Minuten wurde eine Suspension von N-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimid (IX-1, 4,0 g, 18,8 mM) in 30 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan dazugegeben. Danach wurde das Gemisch 50 Minuten gerührt, wobei langsam die Temperatur auf Raumtemperatur erhöht wurde. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde in Eiswasser gegossen, und das unlösliche Material wurde abfiltriert. Das Filtrat wurde konzentriert, und der Rückstand wurde erneut in 30 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan gelöst. Zu der Lösung wurde nach und nach eine Suspension aus Dimethylaminhydrochlorid (3 g, 18,8 · 2 mM) und Triethylamin (7,82 g, 18,8 · 4,1 mM) in 1,2-Dichlorethan gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde dann bei Raumtemperatur 2 Stunden gerührt, und anschließend wurde das Reaktionsgemisch in Eiswasser gegossen. Nach der Neutralisation mit verdünnter Chlorwasserstoffsäure wurde die 1,2-Dichlorethanphase abgetrennt. Die entstehende organische Phase wurde mit gesättigter Salzlösung gewaschen, über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und anschließend konzentriert. Der entstehende Rückstand wurde durch Säulenchromatographie an Silicagel gereinigt.

- Eine Suspension aus wasserfreiem Aluminiumchlorid (3,1 g, 4,7 · 5 mM) in 20 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan wurde mit Eis auf 0 bis 5ºC gekühlt, und Oxalylchlorid (3 g, 4,7 · 5mM) wurde tropfenweise zu der Suspension gegeben. Nach dem Rühren bei 0 bis 5ºC während 20 Minuten wurde eine Suspension aus N-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimid (IX-I, 1,0 g, 4,7 mM) in 1,2- Dichlorethan dazugegeben. Danach wurde das Gemisch 50 Minuten gerührt, wobei die Temperatur langsam auf Raumtemperatur erhöht wurde. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde in Eiswasser gegossen, und das unlösliche Material wurde abfil triert. Zu dem Filtrat wurde Ethylacetat mit gutem Rühren zum Abtrennen einer organischen Phase gegeben. Die organische Phase wurde über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, und das Lösungsmittel wurde durch Destillation entfernt, wobei die Verbindung (IX-61) erhalten wurde.
- Die Verbindung (IX-61) wurde in Methanol 1 Stunde am Rückfluß erhitzt, und das Lösungsmittel wurde dann abdestilliert. Der entstehende Rückstand wurde durch Säulenchromatographie an Silicagel gereingt, wobei die Verbindung (IX- 29) erhalten wurde.

- N-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phthalimid (IX-1, 10 g, 61,6 mM) wurde in 80 ml Methanol gelöst. Zu der entstehenden Lösung wurde 80%iges Hydrazinmonohydrat (61,6 · 1,1 mM) gegeben, und das Gemisch wurde bei Raumtemperatur 10 Minuten gerührt. Es wird dann weiter 30 Minuten unter Wärmen am Rückfluß erhitzt.
- Nach dem Abkühlen des Reaktionsgemisches wurden 1,4 ml Essigsäure unter Rühren zugegeben. Danach wurden die unlöslichen Materialien abfiltriert, und das Filtrat wurde konzentriert. Zu dem entstehenden Rückstand wurde eine 5%ige wäßrige Natriumhydroxidlösung zur Änderung der Alkalinität gegeben. Nachdem das Gemisch mit Ethylether extrahiert war, wurde der entstehende Extrakt mit einer gesättigten Salzlösung gewaschen und über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abfiltriert, wobei die Verbindung (II-1) durch Filtration erhalten wurde.

- Im folgenden werden Zubereitungsbeispiele und Testbeispiele beschrieben. Es soll beachtet werden, daß die Träger (Verdünnungsmittel), Adjuvantien, ihre Mischverhältnisse und die wirksamen Komponenten innerhalb großer Bereiche variiert werden können. In diesen Beispielen sind alle "Teile" durch das Gewicht ausgedrückt.
- Verbindung (I-455) 50 Teile

- Die obigen Bestandteile werden vermischt und zu einem benetzbaren Pulver vermahlen. Für die Anwendung wird es mit Wasser verdünnt.

- Die obigen Bestandteile werden innigst zu einer Emulsion vermischt. Für die Anwendung wird sie mit Wasser verdünnt.

- Ligninsulfonsäure 7 Teile
- Die obigen Bestandteile werden innigst vermischt. Nach der Zugabe von Wasser wird das Gemisch verknetet und dann in Granulate durch Extrudieren in einem Granulator verformt.
- Zwei Blätter aus Filterpapier werden je übereinander in jede Petri-Schale mit einem Durchmesser von 9 cm gelegt. Eine Wassersuspension von jeder Testverbindung (Konzentration des aktiven Bestandteils: 50 ppm) wurde getrennt in einer Menge von 6 ml in jede Schale gegossen. Samen von Amaranthus retroflexus, Bidens pilosa, Solanum nigrum, Matricaria chamomilla, Setaria viridis, Echinochloa oryzicola und Cyperus iria wurden in Mengen von 10 Samen pro Schale in die Petri-Schalen gegeben. Die Samen konnten dann in einem Gewächshaus bei 28ºC keimen. Vierzehn Tage nach dem Einbringen in die Schalen wurde der Grad der Keimung und die Wachstumsinhibierung visuell beobachtet. Die Beobachtungsergebnisse wurden gemäß dem folgenden 3-Stufen-System bewertet. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 7 angegeben.

- Herbizide Lösungen von jeder Testverbindung, die durch Auflösen vorbestimmter Konzentrationen an benetzbarem Pulver der Testverbindung, wie sie in den obigen Formulierungsbeispielen beschrieben wurde, hergestellt wurden, wurden in einer Dosis von 1000 g/ha über die Blatt-Teile von Amaranthus retroflexus, Bidenes pilosa, Sinapis arvensis, Stellaria media, Cassia obtusifolia, Solanum nigrum, Abutilon theophrasti, Convolvulus arvensis, Matricaria chamomilla, Galium aparine, Veronica hederaeforia, Setaria viridis, Echinochloa frumentaceum, Avena fatua, Digitaria adscendens (die individuell bis zu 1 bis 2 Blattstufen wachsen konnten) gesprüht. Vierzehn Tage nach dem Sprühen der Testverbindung wurde die herbizide Aktivität gemäß dem oben beschriebenen 3-Stufen-System bewertet. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 8 angegeben.

9. Verfahren zur Herstellung der obigen N-
(substituierten Amino)pyrrolderivate, dargestellt durch
die Formel (I), umfassend die Umsetzung eines N-Amino-
pyrrolderivats der Formel (II) mit einem
(Azinylureylen)sulfonylhalogenid der Formel (III):
worin R² bis R&sup6;, X¹, X² und Z jeweils die oben gegebenen
Bedeutungen besitzen, und X³ ein Halogenatom bedeutet.
10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines N-(substituierten
Amino)pyrrolderivats, dargestellt durch die Formel (I-b),
durch Umsetzung eines N-(substituierten
Amino)pyrrolderivats der Formel (I-a) mit einer
Verbindung, dargestellt durch die Formel (VI), in Anwesenheit
einer Base zur Substitution eines Wasserstoffatoms auf der
N-Aminogruppe durch R¹:
worin R² bis R&sup5;, X¹, X² und Z jeweils die gleichen
Bedeutungen wie oben gegeben besitzen, und R¹ eine C&sub1;-C&sub5;-
Alkylgruppe, eine C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppe, eine (C&sub2;-C&sub5;-
Alkoxyalkylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-
Halogenalkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinylgruppe oder eine
C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder
C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, bedeutet und
Y¹ ein Halogenatom oder OSO&sub2;OR¹ bedeutet.
11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines N-(substituierten
Amino)pyrrolderivats der Formel (I-d) durch Einführung
eines Substituenten in den Pyrrolring des N-(substituierten
Amino)pyrrolderivats der Formel (I-c) durch elektrophile
Substitutionsreaktion des Wasserstoffatoms:
worin R&sup6;, X¹, X² und Z jeweils die oben gegebenen
Bedeutungen besitzen,
einer von R²c bis R&sup5;c ein Wasserstoffatom bedeutet
und die anderen davon unabhängig ein Wasserstoffatom, ein
Halogenatom, eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, eine
C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppe, eine C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkylgruppe, eine
C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-
Alkinylgruppe, eine Phenylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3
Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein
kann, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3
Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann,
eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl) carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkyl)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub3;-C&sub6;-Cycloalkyl)carbonylgruppe,
eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkyl) carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyl)carbonylgruppe, eine Benzoylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3
Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein
kann, eine (C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkyl) carbonylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3
Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein
kann, eine Carbamoylgruppe, eine
N-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl)aminocarbonylgruppe, eine
N,N-[(Di-C&sub1;-C&sub4;-alkyl)amino]carbonylgruppe, eine Carboxylgruppe, eine
(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxy) carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub2;-
C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe
oder eine (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinyloxy)carbonylgruppe bedeuten;
einer von R²d bis R&sup5;d ein Substituent für das
Wasserstoffatom ist, der ein Halogenatom, eine
C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, eine C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppe, eine
C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppe, eine
C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinylgruppe, eine
Phenylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder
C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkylgruppe,
die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen
substituiert sein kann, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl)carbonylgruppe,
eine (C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkyl) carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub6;-Cycloalkyl)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkyl)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyl)carbonylgruppe, eine
Benzoylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, eine
(C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkyl)carbonylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen
und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, eine
Carbamoylgruppe, N-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl)aminocarbonylgruppen, eine
N,N-[(Di-C&sub1;-C&sub4;-alkyl) amino] carbonylgruppe, eine
Carboxylgruppe, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub3;-
C&sub5;-Halogenalkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe oder eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinyloxy)carbonylgruppe bedeutet;
und die anderen von R²d bis R&sup5;d unabhängig ein
Wasserstoffatom, ein Halogenatom, eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, eine
C&sub1;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkylgruppe, eine C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkylgruppe, eine
C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenylgruppe, eine C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenylgruppe, eine
C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinylgruppe, eine Phenylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3
Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein
kann, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Aralkylgruppe, die mit 1 bis 3
Halogenatomen und/oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein
kann, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl) carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkyl)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub6;-Cycloalkyl)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkyl)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub3;-

substituiert sein kann, eine Carbamoylgruppe, eine N-(C&sub1;-
C&sub4;-Alkyl)aminocarbonylgruppe, eine N,N-[(Di-C&sub1;-C&sub4;-alkyl)-
amino]carbonylgruppe, eine Carboxylgruppe, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Halogenalkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine (C&sub2;-C&sub5;-Alkoxyalkkoxy)carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkenyloxy) carbonylgruppe, eine
(C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Halogenalkenyloxy)carbonylgruppe oder eine (C&sub3;-C&sub5;-Alkinyloxy)-
carbonylgruppe bedeuten.
12. Herbizides Mittel, umfassend eine herbizid wirksame
Menge eines N-(substituierten Amino)pyrrolderivats nach
Anspruch 1.
