Description
- Diese Erfindung betrifft Additivzusammensetzungen und deren Verwendung zur Verbesserung der Eigenschaften von Öl- und Brennstoffölzusammensetzungen.
- Es ist bekannt, daß sich Paraffin bei tiefen Temperaturen aus Ölen und Brennstoffölen abscheidet und dadurch bestimmte Eigenschaften beeinträchtigt. Es ist auch bekannt, Additive zur Verbesserung dieser Eigenschaften zu verwenden, beispielsweise zur Verbesserung der Tieftemperatureigenschaften und um das Absetzen von Paraffin unter Einfluß der Schwerkraft beim Stehenlassen zu hemmen. Additive für das erstere werden mitunter als Kaltfließverbesserer bezeichnet und Additive für das letztere werden mitunter als Additive zur Verhinderung des Absetzens von Paraffin (Anti-paraffinabsetzadditive) bezeichnet.
- Beispiele für Patentanmeldungen, die solche Additive und deren Verwendung beschreiben, sind US-A-3 048 479, US-A- 4 211 534, US-A-4 375 973 und US-A-4 402 708, GB-A-1 263 152, GB-A-1 469 016, GB-A-1 468 588, GB-A-2 129 012, GB-A-2 923 645 und GB-A-1 209 676, JP-56 54 038, JP-56 54 037 und JP-55 40 640.
- EP-A-0 225 688 beschreibt die Verwendung von Itaconat- und citraconatpolymeren und -copolymeren zur Verbesserung der Kaltfließeigenschaften eines Öls (Rohöls oder Schmieröls) und von Brennstoffölen wie Rückstandöl, Mitteldestillatbrennstoffen und Düsenkraftstoff oder als Entparaffinierungshilfsmittel in Schmieröl, wobei die Polymere und Copolymere maßgeschneidert werden können, um zu dem betreffenden speziellen Öl oder Brennstoff:l zu passen. Es beschreibt Polymere und Copolymere mit durch Gelpermeationschromatographie gemessenem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewichten (Zahlenmittel) von 1000 bis 500 000 und gibt als Beispiele Polymere und Copolymere mit Molekulargewichten von 20 000 und höher an.
- Ein Problem bei der Verwendung von Polymeren, wie sie in EP A-0 225 688 eingeschlossen sind, in Ölen und Brennstoffölen liegt darin, daß sie die Kaltfließleistung von Fließverbessereradditiven verringern können. Die vorliegende Erfindung kann die se Verringerung durch Verwendung bestimmter Kammpolymere in Kombination überwinden, wie nachfolgend beschrieben und in den Beispielen illustriert wird.
- PCT/GB91/00622 (Veröffentlichungsnummer wo 91/16407) beschreibt die Verwendung von in EP-A-0 255 688 eingeschlossenen Polymeren mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) von 1000 bis 20 000 als Tieftemperaturfließverbesserer für Destillatbrennstoffe, wie in Kombination mit anderen Additiven, wobei Kanunpolymere und veresterte Copolymere aus Styrol und Maleinsäureanhydrid genannt sind, aber nicht speziell durch Beispiele angegeben sind.
- Gemäß einem ersten Aspekt liefert die Erfindung eine Additivzusammensetzung, die in Kombination (i) ein Polymer mit den Einheiten oderwobei x eine ganze Zahl und y 0 oder eine ganze Zahl ist und die Summe aus x und y in dem Polymer mindestens 2 beträgt und das Verhältnis der Einheiten (II) zu den Einheiten (I) zwischen 0 und 2 liegt und das Verhältnis der Einheiten (II) zu (III) zwischen 0 und 2 liegt, wobei
- R¹ und R² gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und jeweils eine C&sub1;&sub0;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe wiedergeben,
- R³ H, -OCOR, C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkyl, -COOR&sup6;, -OR&sup6;, eine Aryl- oder Aralkylgruppe oder Halogen wiedergibt,
- R&sup4; H oder Methyl wiedergibt,
- R&sup5; H, C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkyl oder -COOR&sup6; wiedergibt,
- R&sup6; C&sub1;- bis C&sub2;&sub2;-Alkyl wiedergibt,
- wobei gegebenenfalls jede der Gruppen R¹, R², R³, R&sup4;, R&sup5; und R&sup6; inert substituiert sein kann, und
- (ii) ein Copolymer aus den Monomeren (a) und (b) umfaßt, wobei
- (a) ein Ester ist, der ein Mono- oder Dialkylfumarat oder -maleat ist, in dem die Alkylgruppe 8 bis 23 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist, und
- (b) ein aromatisch substituiertes Olefin mit 8 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen pro Molekül ist, beispielsweise mit der Formel Ar-CH=CH&sub2;, wobei Ar der aromatische Substituent ist,
- mit der Maßgabe, daß (a) kein Maleat ist, wenn (b) Styrol ist.
- Gemäß einem zweiten Aspekt liefert die Erfindung die Verwendung einer Additivzusammensetzung gemäß dem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung als Fließverbesserer in einem Rohöl, Schmieröl oder Brennstofföl oder als Entparaffinierungshilfsmittel in einem Schmieröl.
- Gemäß einem dritten Aspekt liefert die Erfindung eine Rohöl-, Schmieröl- oder Brennstoffölzusammensetzung, die einen größeren Gewichtsanteil Rohöl, Schmieröl oder Brennstofföl und einen geringeren Gewichtsanteil einer Additivzusammensetzung gemäß dem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung umfaßt.
- Gemäß einem vierten Aspekt liefert die Erfindung ein Additivkonzentrat, das eine Mischung aus einer Additivzusammensetzung gemäß dem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung umfaßt, die in einem flüssigen Medium dispergiert ist, welches mit einem Rohöl, Schmieröl oder Brennstofföl verträglich ist.
- Gemäß einem fünften Aspekt liefert die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Fließeigenschaften eines Rohöls, Schmieröls oder Brennstofföls oder zur Unterstützung der Entparaffinierung eines Schmieröls, bei dem in das Öl eine Additivzusammensetzung gemäß dem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung eingebracht wird.
- Die individuellen Merkmale der Erfindung werden nun detaillierter beschrieben.
- Polymer (i) kann ein Homopolymer aus einem Dialkylitaconat oder Citraconat oder ein Copolymer aus einem Dialkylitaconat oder Citraconat mit einem aliphatischen Olefin, einem Vinylether, einem Vinylester einer Alkancarbonsäure, einem Alkylester einer ungesättigten Säure, einem aromatischen Olefin, einem Vinylhalogenid oder einem Dialkylfumarat oder -maleat sein, oder Polymer (i) kann ein Copolymer aus Dialkylitaconat oder Dialkylcitraconat mit einem aliphatischen Olefin, einem Vinylester oder einem alkylsubstituierten Vinylester einer C&sub2;- bis C&sub3;&sub1;-Alkaricarbonsäure sein.
- R¹ und R² sind jeweils vorzugsweise geradkettig, obwohl sie verzweigt sein können. Wenn sie verzweigt sind, ist die Verzweigung vorzugsweise eine einzige Methylgruppe in der 1- oder 2- Stellung. Beispiele für R¹ und R² sind Decyl, Dodecyl, Hexadecyl und Eicosyl. Jede von R¹ und R² kann eine einzelne C&sub1;&sub0;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;- Alkylgruppe oder eine Mischung von Alkylgruppen sein. Polymere, in denen R¹ und R² jeweils Mischungen von C&sub1;&sub2;- bis C&sub2;&sub0;-Alkylgruppen sind, sind als Fließverbesserer in Mitteldestillatbrennstoffölen besonders brauchbar. Polymere, in denen R¹ und R² jeweils C&sub1;&sub6; bis C&sub2;&sub2; sind, sind besonders brauchbar in schweren Brennstoffölen und Rohölen, und Polymere, in denen R¹ und R² jeweils C&sub1;&sub0; bis C&sub1;&sub8; sind, sind besonders brauchbar in Schmierölen. Solche besonders brauchbaren Polymere können Homopolymere oder Copolymere sein.
- Das Copolymer aus dem Dialkylitaconat oder Dialkylcitraconat schließt ein Comonomer mit der Formel
- R³- C=CH-R&sup5; ein, in der R³, R&sup4; und R&sup5; wie zuvor definiert sind. Ein solches Comonomer kann eine Mischung sein.
- Wenn ein solches Comonomer ein aliphatisches Olefin ist, sind R³ und R&sup5; Wasserstoff oder C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppen, vorzugsweise n-Alkylgruppen, die gleich oder unterschiedlich sind. Wenn R³, R&sup4; und R&sup5; jeweils Wasserstoff sind, ist das Olefin daher Ethylen, und wenn R³ Methyl ist und R&sup4; und R&sup5; Wasserstoff sind, ist das Olefin n-Propylen. Beispiele für andere geeignete Olefine sind Buten-l, Buten-2, Isobutylen, Penten-1, Hexen-1, Tetradecen-1, Hexadecen-1 und Octadecen-1 und Mischungen derselben.
- Andere solche Comonomere sind Vinylester oder alkylsubstituierte Vinylester von C&sub2;- bis C&sub3;&sub1;-Alkancarbonsäuren: In Vinylestern ist R&sup4; H und R&sup5; H, wenn R³ R&sup6;COO- ist, und in alkylsubstituierten Vinylestern ist R&sup4; Methyl und/oder R&sup5; C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;- Alkyl, wenn R³ R&sup6;COO- ist. Nicht substituierte Vinylester sind bevorzugt, wobei Beispiele Vinylacetat, Vinylpropionat, Vinylbutyrat, Vinyldecanoat, Vinylhexadecanoat und Vinylstearat sind.
- Eine weitere Klasse von Comonomeren sind die Alkylester von ungesättigten Säuren, d. h. wenn R³ R&sup6;OOC- ist und R&sup5; H oder C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkyl ist. Wenn R&sup4; und R&sup5; Wasserstoff sind, sind die Comonomere Alkylester von Acrylsäure. Wenn R&sup4; Methyl ist, sind die Comonomere Ester von Methacrylsäure oder C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-alkylsubstituierter Methacrylsäure. Beispiele für Alkylester von Acrylsäure sind Methylacrylat, n-Hexylacrylat, n-Decylacrylat, n-Hexadecylacrylat, n-Octadecylacrylat und 2-Methylhexadecylacrylat. Beispiele für Alkylester von Methacrylsäure sind Propylmethacrylat, n-Butylmethacrylat, n-Octylmethacrylat, n-Tetradecylmethacrylat, n-Hexadecylmethacrylat und n-Octdecylmethacrylat. Andere Beispiele sind die entsprechenden Ester, in denen R&sup5; Alkyl ist, z. B. Methyl, Ethyl, n-Hexyl, n-Decyl, n-Tetradecyl und n-Hexadecyl.
- Eine weitere Klasse von Comonomeren ist die, wenn sowohl R³ als auch R&sup5; R&sup6;OOC- ist, d. h. wenn sie C&sub1;- bis C&sub2;&sub2;-Dialkylfumarate oder -maleate sind, und die Alkylgruppen können n-Alkyl oder verzweigtes Alkyl sein, z. B. n-octyl, n-Decyl, n-Tetradecyl, n-Hexadecyl oder n-Octadecyl.
- Weitere Beispiele für Comonomere sind solche, bei denen R³ eine Arylgruppe ist. Wenn R&sup4; und R&sup5; Wasserstoff sind und R³ Phenyl ist, ist das Comonomer Styrol, und wenn eines von R&sup4; und R&sup5; Methyl ist und R³ Phenyl ist, ist das Comonomer ein Methylstyrol, z. B. α-Methylstyrol. Ein weiteres Beispiel, wenn R³ Aryl ist, ist Vinylnaphthalin. Weitere Beispiele, bei denen R³ Alkaryl ist, sind beispielsweise substituierte Styrole wie Vinyltoluol oder 4-Methylstyrol.
- Ein weiteres Comonomer ist jenes, bei dem R³ Halogen ist, z. B. Chlor, wie Vinylchlorid (d. h. R¹ und R² sind Wasserstoff).
- Wie gesagt können einige oder alle der Gruppen R¹, R², R³ R&sup4;, R&sup5; und R&sup6; inert substituiert sein, beispielsweise durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome wie Chlor oder Fluor. Beispielsweise kann das Comonomer Vinyltrichloracetat sein. Alternativ kann der inerte Substituent eine Alkylgruppe sein, z. B. Methyl.
- Wenn das Verhältnis der Einheiten (II) zu den Einheiten (I) und der Einheiten (II) zu den Einheiten (III) Null ist, ist das Polymer ein Itaconat- oder Citraconathomopolymer, und wenn das Verhältnis 2 ist, ist das Polymer ein Copolymer. Das Verhältnis liegt vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 1,5. Üblicherweise besteht das Copolymer nur aus den Einheiten (I) und (II) oder nur aus den Einheiten (II) oder (III), aber andere Einheiten sind nicht ausgeschlossen. Allerdings beträgt der Gewichtsprozentsatz der Einheiten (I) und (II) oder der Einheiten (II) und (III) in dem Copolymer wünschenswerterweise mindestens 60 %, vorzugsweise mindestens 70 %.
- Das Molekulargewicht des Polymers der Komponente (i), ob Homopolymer oder Copolymer, kann zwischen 1000 und 500 000 liegen, vorzugsweise zwischen 1000 und 20 000, insbesondere zwischen 1000 und 10 000, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 2 200 und 5 000, wobei die Molekulargewichte relativ zu Polystyrolstandards durch Gelpermeationschromatographie (GPC) gemessen werden und durchschnittliche Molekulargewichte (Zahlenmittel) sind.
- Die Homopolymere und Copolymere werden allgemein hergestellt, indem die Monomere allein oder in Lösung in einem Kohlenwasserstofflösungsmittel wie Heptan, Benzol, Cyclohexan oder Weißöl bei einer Temperatur, die allgemein im Bereich von 20ºC bis 150ºC liegt, und üblicherweise mit einem Katalysator vom Peroxid- oder Azotyp als Promoter wie Benzoylperoxid oder Azodusobutyronitril unter einer Bedeckung aus einem inerten Gas wie Stickstoff oder Kohlendioxid, um Sauerstoff auszuschließen, polymerisiert werden. Das Polymer kann unter Druck in einem Autoklaven oder durch Sieden unter Rückfluß hergestellt werden.
- Zur Herstellung von Copolymeren kann die Polymerisationsreaktionsmischung bis zu 2 Mol Comonomer (z. B. Vinylacetat) pro Mol Dialkylitaconat oder Dialkylcitraconat enthalten.
- Bei der Durchführung der Erfindung kann mehr als eine Komponente (i) verwendet werden.
- Das Verhältnis von Komponente (i) zu Komponente (ii) kann beispielsweise im Bereich von 10:1 bis 1:10 liegen (Gew.:Gew.).
- Monomer (a) ist vorzugsweise ein Dialkylester, z. B. Fumarat, aber Monoalkylester, z. B. Fumarate, sind geeignet. Die Alkylgruppe ist vorzugsweise geradkettig, obwohl gewünschtenfalls verzweigtkettige Alkylgruppen verwendet werden können. Beispiele für geeignete Alkylgruppen sind Decyl, Dodecyl, Tetradecyl, Hexadecyl, Octadecyl, Eicosyl, Behenyl oder Mischungen derselben. Vorzugsweise enthält die Alkylgruppe 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome wie 10 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatome, Wenn der Ester ein Dialkylester ist, wie ein Dialkylfumarat, können die beiden Alkylgruppen unterschiedlich sein.
- In (b) ist der aromatische Substituent vorzugsweise ein Phenylsubstituent, wobei besonders bevorzugte Monomere Styrol und α- und β-Alkylstyrole sind, wie α-Methylstyrol und β-Methylstyrol, die am Benzolring substituiert sein können, z. B. mit einer oder mehreren Alkylgruppen oder Halogenatomen. Solche Alkylsubstituenten können beispielsweise 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen.
- Die Molanteile von (b) zu (a) können beispielsweise zwischen 1:1,5 und 1,5:1 liegen, vorzugsweise zwischen 1:1,2 und 1,2:1, z. B. etwa 1:1. Das durchschnittliche Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) des Copolymers aus (a) und (b) kann zwischen 2 000 und 100 000 liegen, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 000 und 50 000, gemessen durch Gelpermeationschromatographie (GPC) relativ zu Polystyrolstandard.
- Bevorzugte Beispiele für die Komponente (ii) sind Styroll- Fumarat-Copolymere, wobei es bevorzugt ist, sie erfindungsgemäß in Kombination mit Polyitaconaten mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) zwischen 1000 und 20 000 als Komponente (i) zu verwenden.
- Bei der Durchführung dieser Erfindung kann mehr als eine Komponente (ii) verwendet werden.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Additivzusammensetzung kann in Kombination mit einem oder mehreren anderen Kaltfließverbesserern als Coadditive verwendet werden, wie solchen, die im Stand der Technik bekannt sind. Beispiele sind Kammpolymere, die von denen verschieden sind, die Komponente (i) oder Komponente (ii) bilden, Polyoxyalkylenester, -ether, -ester/ether, -amidlester und Mischungen derselben, Copolymere aus Ethylen und ungesättigtem Ester, polare Verbindungen, die entweder ionisch oder nicht ionisch sein können (wie in EP-A-0 225 688 beschrieben), Schwefelcarboxyverbindungen und Kohlenwasserstoffpolymere.
- Die anderen Kaltfließverbesserer werden nun nachfolgend detaillierter beschrieben: Kammpolymere Beispiele sind jene mit der allgemeinen Formel in der

- Ein weiteres Monomer kann nach Bedarf terpolymerisiert werden.
- Beispiele für geeignete Kammpolymere sind Fumarat/Vinylacetat-Copolymere, insbesondere solche, die in EP-A-0 153 176 und EP-A-0 153 177 beschrieben sind, veresterte Olefin/Maleinsäureanhydrid-Copolymere, Polymere und Copolymere von α-Olefinen/Maleinsäureanhydrid-Copolymeren, Polymere und Copolymere von α- Olefinen, veresterte Copolymere aus Styrol und Maleinsäureanhydrid, und Polymere aus Alkylestern von Itaconsäure oder Citraconsäure, wie jene, in denen die Alkylgruppen 16 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten und das Polymer ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) von 1000 bis 20 000 hat.
- Beispiele sind Polyoxyalkylenester, -ether, -ester/ether und Mischungen derselben, insbesondere solche, die mindestens eine, vorzugsweise mindestens zwei lineare gesättigte C&sub1;&sub0;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppen und eine Polyoxyalkylenglykolgruppe mit einem Molekulargewicht bis zu 5000, vorzugsweise 200 bis 5 000, ent halten, wobei die Alkylgruppe in dem Polyoxyalkylenglykol 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthält. Diese Materialien sind der Gegenstand von EP-A-0 061 895. Weitere solche Additive sind in US-A- 4 491 455 beschrieben.
- Die bevorzugten Ester, Ether oder Ester/Ether, die verwendet werden können, können in ihrer Struktur durch die Formel
- R-O(A)-O-R²
- abgebildet werden, in der R¹ und R²² gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und
- a) n-Alkyl
- b) n-Alkyl- C-
- c) n-Alkyl-O- C-(CH&sub2;)n-
- d) n-Alkyl-O- C-(CH&sub2;)n- Csein können, wobei n beispielsweise 1 bis 30 ist, die Alkylgruppe linear und gesättigt ist und 10 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und A das Polyoxyalkylensegment des Glykols wiedergibt, in dem die Alkylengruppe 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthält, wie Polyoxymethylen-, Polyoxyethylen- oder Polyoxytrimethylengruppen, die im wesentlichen linear sind, wobei ein gewisser Verzweigungsgrad mit niedrigeren Alkylseitenketten (wie in Polyoxypropylenglykol) toleriert werden kann, aber bevorzugt ist, daß das Glykol im wesentlichen linear ist. A kann auch Stickstoff enthalten.
- Geeignete Glykole sind allgemein die im wesentlichen linearen Polyethylenglykole (PEG) und Polypropylenglykole (PPG) mit einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 100 bis 5 000, vorzugsweise etwa 200 bis 2 000. Ester sind bevorzugt und Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen sind zur Umsetzung mit den Glykolen unter Bildung der Esteradditive brauchbar und es ist bevorzugt, eine C&sub1;&sub8;- bis C&sub2;&sub4;-Fettsäure zu verwenden, insbesondere Behensäure. Die Ester können auch durch Veresterung polyethoxylierter Fettsäuren oder polyethoxylierter Alkohole hergestellt werden.
- Polyoxyalkylendiester, -diether, -ether/ester und Mischungen derselben sind als Additive geeignet, wobei Diester zur Verwendung in engsiedenden Destillaten bevorzugt sind, wenn auch geringe Mengen an Monoethern und Monoestern (die oft in dem Herstellungsverfahren gebildet werden) vorhanden sein können. Es ist für die Leistung des Additivs von Bedeutung, daß eine größere Menge der Dialkylverbindung vorhanden ist. Insbesondere sind Stearin- oder Behensäurediester von Polyethylenglykol, Polypropylenglykol oder Polyethylen/Polypropylenglykolmischungen bevorzugt.
- Beispiele für andere Verbindungen in dieser allgemeinen Kategorie sind jene, die in den japanischen Patentveröffentlichungen 2-51 477 und 3-34 790 (beide von Sanyo) und EP-A-117 108 und EP-A-326 356 (beide von Nippon Oil and Fats) beschrieben sind.
- Beispiele sind ein oder mehrere öllösliche Copolymere aus Ethylen und einem ungesättigten Monomer mit der allgemeinen Formel in der R&sup6; Wasserstoff oder Methyl ist, R&sup5; eine -OOCR&sup8; Gruppe ist, wobei R&sup8; Wasserstoff oder eine geradkettige oder verzweigte C&sub1;- bis C&sub2;&sub8;-, üblicher C&sub1;- bis C&sub1;&sub7;- und vorzugsweise eine C&sub1;- bis C&sub8;- Alkylgruppe ist, oder R&sup5; eine -COOR&sup8; Gruppe ist, wobei R&sup8; wie zuvor beschrieben, aber nicht Wasserstoff ist, und R&sup7; Wasserstoff oder -COOR&sup8; wie zuvor definiert ist.
- Das Monomer schließt, wenn R&sup6; und R&sup7; Wasserstoff sind und R&sup5;
- -0ºOR ist, Vinylalkoholester von C&sub1;- bis C&sub2;&sub9;-, üblicherweise C&sub1;- bis C&sub5;-Monocarbonsäuren und vorzugsweise C&sub2;- bis C&sub2;&sub9;-, üblicher C&sub1;- bis C&sub5;-Monocarbonsäuren und vorzugsweise C&sub2;- bis C&sub5;-Monocarbonsäuren ein. Beispiele für Vinylester, die mit Ethylen copolymerisiert werden können, schließen Vinylacetat, Vinylpropionat und Vinylbutyrat oder -isobutyrat ein, wobei Vinylacetat bevorzugt ist. Es ist bevorzugt, daß diese Copolymere ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel), gemessen durch Dampfphasenosmometrie, von 1 000 bis 10 000, vorzugsweise 1 000 bis 5 000 haben. Gewünschtenfalls kann das Copolymer von zusätzlichen Comonomeren abgeleitet sein, z. B. kann es ein Terpolymer oder Tetrapolymer oder höher sein, beispielsweise wenn das zusätzliche Comonomer ein Isoolefin wie Dusobutylen ist.
- Beispiele umfassen eine oder mehrere der folgenden Verbindungen (a) bis (c).
- (a) Ein Aminsalz und/oder Amid, das durch Umsetzung von mindestens einem molaren Anteil eines kohlenwasserstoffsubstituierten Amins mit einem molaren Anteil einer Kohlenwasserstoffsäure mit 1 bis 4 Carbonsäuregruppen oder deren Anhydrid gebildet ist.
- Es können Ester/Amide verwendet werden, die insgesamt 30 bis 300, vorzugsweise 50 bis 150 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten. Diese Stickstoffverbindungen sind in US-A-4 211 534 beschrieben. Geeignete Amine sind üblicherweise langkettige primäre, sekundäre, tertiäre oder quartäre C&sub1;&sub2;- bis C&sub4;&sub0;- Amine, jedoch können auch kürzerkettige Amine verwendet werden, vorausgesetzt, daß die resultierende Stickstoffverbindung öllöslich ist, und sie enthält daher normalerweise insgesamt etwa 30 bis 300 Kohlenstoffatome. Die Stickstoffverbindung enthält vorzugsweise mindestens ein geradkettiges C&sub8;- bis C&sub4;&sub0;-, vorzugsweise C&sub1;&sub4;- bis C&sub2;&sub4;-Alkylsegment.
- Geeignete Amine schließen primäre, sekundäre, tertiäre oder quartäre Amine ein, aber sekundäre Amine sind bevorzugt. Tertiäre und quartäre Amine können nur Aminsalze bilden. Beispiele für Amine schließen Tetradecylamin, Cocosamin und hydriertes Talgamin ein. Beispiele für sekundäre Amine schließen Dioctadecylamin und Methylbehenylamin ein. Aminmischungen sind auch geeignet, wie solche, die aus natürlichen Materialien stammen. Ein bevorzugtes Amin ist ein sekundäres hydriertes Talgamin mit der Formel HNR R, wobei R¹ und R² Alkylgruppen sind, die aus hydriertem Talgfett stammen, das aus ungefähr 4 % C&sub1;&sub4;, 31 % C&sub1;&sub6; und 59 % C&sub1;&sub8; zusammengesetzt ist.
- Beispiele für geeignete Carbonsäuren und deren Anhydride zur Herstellung der Stickstoffverbindungen schließen Cyclohexan-1,2-dic arbonsäure, Cyclohexen-1,2-dic arbons äure, Cyclopentan-1,2-dicarbonsäure und Naphthalindicarbonsäure ein. Allgemein haben diese Säuren etwa 5 bis 13 Kohlenstoffatome in dem cyclischen Anteil. Erfindungsgemäß brauchbare bevorzugte Säuren sind die Benzoldicarbonsäuren wie Phthalsäure, Isophthalsäure und Terephthalsäure Phthalsäure oder deren Anhydrid ist besonders bevorzugt. Die besonders bevorzugte Verbindung ist das Amid/Aminsalz, das durch Umsetzung von einem molaren Anteil Phthalsäureanhydrid mit 2 molaren Anteilen di(hydriertem Talg)amin gebildet ist. Eine weitere bevorzugte Verbindung ist das Diamid, das durch Dehydratisieren dieses Amid/Aminsalzes gebildet wird.
- Weitere Beispiele sind Kondensate, wie in EP-A-327 423 beschrieben.
- (b) Eine chemische Verbindung, die ein cyclisches Ringsystem umfaßt oder einschließt, wobei die Verbindung mindestens zwei Substituenten mit der folgenden allgemeinen Formel (I)
- -A-NR¹R² (I) an dem Ringsystem trägt, wobei A eine aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe ist, die gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Heteroatome unterbrochen ist und geradkettig oder verzweigt ist, und R¹ und R² gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und jeweils unabhängig eine Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 9 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, die gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Heteroatome unterbrochen sind, wobei die Substituenten gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und die Verbindung gegebenenfalls in Form ihres Salzes vorliegt.
- Vorzugsweise enthält A 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome und ist vorzugsweise eine Methylen- oder Polymethylengruppe.
- "Kohlenwasserstoff" bedeutet in dieser Anmeldung einen organischen Anteil, der aus Wasserstoff und Kohlenstoff zusammengesetzt ist, und, wenn im Kontext nicht anders angegeben ist, aliphatisch einschließlich alicyclisch, aromatisch oder eine beliebige Kombination daraus sein kann. Er kann substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes Alkyl, Aryl oder Aralkyl sein und gegebenenfalls Ungesättigtheit enthalten. Beispiele für substituierte Anteile sind Oxy-, Halogen- und Hydroxykohlenwasserstoff.
- Das cyclische Ringsystem kann homocyclische, heterocyclische oder kondensierte polycyclische Gruppen einschließen, oder ein System, in dem zwei oder mehr solcher cyclischen Gruppen miteinander verbunden sind und in denen die cyclischen Gruppen gleich oder unterschiedlich sein können. Wenn es zwei oder mehr solcher cyclischen Gruppen gibt, können die Substituenten der allgemeinen Formel (I) an der gleichen Gruppe oder an unterschiedlichen Gruppen sein, vorzugsweise an der gleichen Gruppe. Vorzugsweise ist die oder jede cyclische Gruppe aromatisch, insbesondere ein Benzolring. Insbesondere ist das cyclische Ringsystem ein einziger Benzolring, wenn es bevorzugt ist, daß die Substituenten in ortho- oder meta-Positionen sind, wobei der Benzolring gegebenenfalls weiter substituiert sein kann.
- Die Ringatome in der cyclischen Gruppe oder den cyclischen Gruppen sind vorzugsweise Kohlenstoffatome, können aber beispielsweise einen oder mehrere N-, S- oder O-Atome im Ring einschließen, wobei die Verbindung in diesem Fall eine heterocyclische Verbindung ist.
- Beispiele für solche polycyclischen Gruppen schließen ein
- kondensierte Benzolstrukturen wie Naphthalin, Anthracen, Phenanthren und Pyren;
- kondensierte Ringstrukturen, bei denen keiner der Ringe oder nicht alle der Ringe Benzol sind, wie Azulen, Inden, Hydromden, Fluoren und Diphenylen;
- Schwanz-Schwanz-verknüpfte Ringe, wie Diphenyl;
- heterocyclische Verbindungen wie Chinolin, Indol, 2,3- Dihydromdol, Benzofuran, Cumarin, Isocumarin, Benzothiophen, Carbazol und Thiodiphenylamin;
- nicht aromatische oder teilweise gesättigte Ringsysteme wie Decalin (d. h. Decahydronaphthalin), α-Pinen, Cardinen und Bornylen; und
- dreidimensionale Strukturen wie Norbornen, Bicycloheptan (d. h. Norbornan), Bicyclooctan und Bicycloocten.
- Jede Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe, die in der Erfindung R¹ und R² bildet (Formel I), kann beispielsweise eine Alkyl- oder Alkylengruppe oder eine Mono- oder Polyalkoxyalkylgruppe sein. Vorzugsweise ist jede Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe eine geradkettige Alkylgruppe. Die Anzahl der Kohlenstoffatome in jeder Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe ist vorzugsweise 16 bis 40, insbesondere 16 bis 24.
- Es ist auch bevorzugt, daß das cyclische System mit nur zwei Substituenten der allgemeinen Formel (I) substituiert ist und daß A eine Methylengruppe ist.
- Beispiele für Salze der chemischen Verbindungen sind das Acetat und das Hydrochlorid.
- Die Verbindungen können zweckmäßigerweise hergestellt werden, indem das entsprechende Amid reduziert wird, welches durch Umsetzung eines sekundären Amins mit dem geeigneten Säurechlorid hergestellt werden kann.
- (c) ein Kondensat aus einem langkettigen primären oder sekundären Amin mit einem Carbonsäure enthaltenden Polymer.
- Spezielle Beispiele schließen Polymere ein, wie sie in GB- A-2 121 807, FR-A-2 592 387 und DE-A-3 941 561 beschrieben sind, und auch Ester von Telomersäure und Alkanolaminen, wie in US-A-4 639 256 beschrieben sind, und das Reaktionsprodukt von einem Amin, das einen verzweigten Carbonsäureester enthält, einem Epoxid und einem Monocarbonsäure-polyester, wie in US-A-4 631 071 beschrieben. Kohlenwasserstoffdolymere Beispiele sind jene mit der folgenden allgemeinen Formel
- in der T = H oder R¹,
- U = H, T oder Aryl,
- v = 1,0 bis 0,0 (Molverhältnis)
- w 0,0 bis 1,0 (Molverhältnis)
- ist, wobei R¹ Alkyl ist.
- Diese Polymere können direkt aus ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren oder indirekt durch Hydrieren des aus Monomeren wie Isopren, Butadien, etc. hergestellten Polymers hergestellt werden.
- Ein besonders bevorzugtes Kohlenwasserstoffpolymer ist ein Copolymer aus Ethylen und Propylen mit einem Ethylengehalt, der vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 60 % (Gew./Gew.) liegt, das üblicherweise mit homogenen Katalysatoren hergestellt wird.
- Beispiele für Kohlenwasserstoffpolymere sind in WO-A- 9111488 beschrieben. Schwefelcarboxyverbindungen Beispiele sind jene, die in EP-A-0 261 957 beschrieben sind, das die Verwendung von Verbindungen mit der allgemeinen Formel
- beschreibt, in der -Y-R² -SO&supmin;&spplus;NR³&sub3;R², -SO&sub3;&supmin;&spplus;HNR³&sub2;R², -SO&sub3;&supmin;&spplus;H&sub2;NR³R², -SO&sub3;&supmin;&spplus;H&sub3;NR², -SO&sub2;NR³R² oder -SO&sub3;R² ist,
- -X-R¹ -Y-R² oder -CONR³R¹, -CO&sub2;&supmin;&spplus;NR³&sub3;R, -CO&sub2;&supmin;&spplus;HNR³&sub2;R¹, -R&sup4;-COOR¹, -NR³COR¹, -R&sup4;-COOR¹, -NR³COR¹, -R&sup4;OR¹, -R&sup4;OCOR¹, -R&sup4;-R¹, -N(COR³)R¹ oder Z&supmin;&spplus;NR³&sub3;R¹ ist und -Z&supmin; SO&sub3;&supmin; oder -CO&sub2;&supmin; ist;
- R¹ und R² Alkyl, Alkoxyalkyl oder Polyalkoxyalkyl mit mindestens 10 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Hauptkette sind;
- R³ Kohlenwasserstoff ist und jedes R³ gleich oder unterschiedlich sein kann und R&sup4; nichts oder C&sub1;- bis C&sub5;-Alkylen ist und in die Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindung (C-C) entweder a) ethylenisch ungesättigt ist, wenn A und B Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffgruppen sein können, oder b) Teil einer cyclischen Struktur ist, die aromatisch, aromatisch mit mehreren Kernen oder cycloaliphatisch sein kann, wobei bevorzugt ist, daß zwischen X-R¹ und Y-R² mindestens drei Alkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl- oder Polyalkoxyalkylgruppen enthalten sind.
- Es können Mehrkomponentenadditivsysteme verwendet werden und die Verhältnisse der zu verwendenden Additive hängen von dem zu behandelnden Öl ab.
- Das Öl kann ein Rohöl sein, d. h. ein Öl, wie es aus der Bohrung erhalten wird und vor der Raffinierung, wobei die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung als Fließverbesserer oder Entparaffinierungshilfsmittel verwendet werden kann.
- Das Öl kann ein Schmieröl sein, das ein tierisches, pflanzliches oder mineralisches Öl sein kann, beispielsweise Erdölfraktionen im Bereich von Naphthas oder Spindelöl bis zu Schmierölqualitäten, Castoröl, Fischöle oder oxidiertes Mineralöl. Die erfindungsgemäße Additivzusammensetzung kann als Fließverbesserer, Stockpunktsenkungsmittel oder Entparaffinierungshilfsmittel in Schmierölen verwendet werden. Es können weitere Additive in einem fertigen Schmieröl vorhanden sein, wobei Beispiele Viskositätsindexverbesserer wie Ethylen/Propylen-Copolymere, Dispergiermittel auf Bemsteinsäurebasis, metallhaltige Dispergiermitteladditive und Zinkdialkyldithiophosphat-Antiverschleißadditive sind.
- Beispiele für Brennstofföle sind Mitteldestillatbrennstofföle, d. h. Brennstoffe, die bei der Raffinierung von Rohöl als Fraktion zwischen der leichteren Kerosin- und Düsenkraftstofffraktion und der schweren Brennstoffölfraktion erhalten werden Beispiele sind Dieselkraftstoff, Kraftstoff für die Luftfahrt, Kerosin, Brennstofföl, Düsenkraftstoff und Heizöl, etc. Allgemein sind geeignete Destillatbrennstoffe jene, die im Bereich von 120 bis 500ºC (ASTM D1160) sieden, vorzugsweise jene, die im Bereich von 150ºC bis 400ºC sieden, beispielsweise solche mit einem relativ hohen Endsiedepunkt (FBP) von über 360ºC. Das Brennstofföl kann ein tierisches, pflanzliches oder Mineralöl sein. Das Brennstofföl kann auch andere Additive enthalten, wie Stabilisatoren, Dispergiermittel, Antioxidantien, Korrosionsschutzmittel und/oder Demulgatoren.
- Heizöle können aus einer Mischung aus Erstdestillat, z. B. Gasöl, Naphtha, etc., und gecrackten Destillaten, z. B. Material aus dem Katalysecyclus, hergestellt sein&sub0; Eine repräsentative Spezifikation für einen Dieselkraftstoff schließt einen Minimumflammpunkt von 38ºC und einen 90 % Destillationspunkt zwischen 282 und 338ºC ein (Siehe ASTM Bezeichnungen D-396 und D-975).
- Die Gesamtmenge an Additivzusammensetzung, die in dem erfindungsgemäßen Brennstoff geliefert wird, beträgt vorzugsweise 0,0001 bis 5,0 Gew.%, beispielsweise 0,001 bis 0,5 Gew.% (aktiver Bestandteil), bezogen auf das Gewicht des Brennstoffs.
- Wenn die Erfindung ein Konzentrat ist, kann die Additivzusammensetzung 20 bis 90, z. B. 30 bis 80 Gew.% davon bilden. Beispiele für flüssige Träger zur Verwendung in einem Konzentrat sind Lösungsmittel wie Kerosin, aromatische Naphthas und Mineralschmieröle.
- Die Erfindung wird nun nur durch die Beispiele wie folgt näher beschrieben. Die Beispiele schließen zusätzlich zu erfindungsgemäßen Beispielen Vergleichsbeispiele ein, wie gezeigt werden wird. Mn bedeutet durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel), gemessen durch GPC relativ zu Polystyrolstandards.
- Die verwendeten Additive waren wie folgt und sind durch die angegebenen Codebuchstaben bezeichnet:
- A: Für den Test mit den Brennstoffen 1 und II (siehe nachfolgend) war A eine Mischung aus zwei Ethylen/Vinylacetat-Copolymeren: einem Copolymer mit einem Mn von 2500, das 36,5 Gew.% Vinylacetat enthält und 3 bis 4 Methylgruppen auf 100 Methylengruppen enthielt, und einem Copolymer mit einem Mn von 5000, das 13,5 Gew.% Vinylacetat enthält und 6 Methylgruppen auf 100 Methylengruppen enthielt, wobei das Verhältnis der beiden Copolymere 93:7 (Gew.:Gew.) betrug. Bei den Tests mit den restlichen Brennstoffen (siehe nachfolgend) war A ein Ethylen/Vinylacetat-Copolymer mit einem Mn von 3000, das 29,0 Gew.% Vinylacetat enthielt und 4 Methylgruppen auf 100 Methylengruppen enthielt.
- B: Das Reaktionsprodukt von einem Mol Phthalsäureanhydrid mit 2 Mol Di-(hydriertem Talg)amin zur Bildung eines Halb-Amid/Halb-Aminsalzes
- D: Homopolymer aus einem Ester der Itaconsäure, dessen lineare Alkylgruppen 16 Kohlenstoffatome hatten und das durch Polymerisieren des Monomers unter Verwendung eines freiradikalischen Katalysators hergestellt war, wobei das Homopolymer ein Mn von 3500 hat.
- G - K: Eine Gruppe von Styrol/Fumarat-Copolymeren, deren Alkylgruppen die folgende Anzahl von Kohlenstoffatomen und ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) von 15 000 bis 30 000 hatten.
- Die verwendeten Testbrennstoffe waren die Brennstoffe 1 bis VI, deren Charakteristika in Diagramm 1 unten aufgeführt sind, wobei alle Temperaturen in ºC angegeben sind. Diagamm 1
- IBP = Anfangssiedepunkt, FBP = Endsiedepunkt
- Ein Additiv (was eine Kombination von individuellen Additivkomponenten einschließt, wie durch Nebeneinanderstellen von Additivcodebuchstaben in den nachfolgenden Resultaten gezeigt wird) wurde mit einer Additivkonzentration von 200 ppm (aktiver Bestandteil) A, 200 ppm (aktiver Bestandteil) B und 200 ppm (aktiver Bestandteil) für jede der anderen Additivkomponenten, falls verwendet, zu einem Testdieselkraftstoff (I bis VI) gegeben. Die folgenden Tests wurden dann mit dem so behandelten Brennstoff durchgeführt. Verstopfung des Filters infolge von Kälte (oder CFPP-Test) Der Test, der nach dem Verfahren durchgeführt wird, das im "Journal of the Institute of Petroleum", Band 52, Nummer 510, Juni 1966, Seiten 173 bis 185, detailliert beschrieben ist, soll mit dem Kaltfließverhalten eines Mitteldestillats in Dieselkraftfahrzeugen korrelieren.
- Kurz gesagt wird eine 40 ml Probe des zu untersuchenden Öls in einem Bad abgekühlt, das auf etwa -34ºC gehalten wird, um ein nicht lineares Abkühlen mit etwa 1ºC/Min zu ergeben. Periodisch (bei dem Grad C Absinken der Temperatur ausgehend von über dem Trübungspunkt) wird das abgekühlte Öl auf seine Fähigkeit untersucht, in einem vorgeschriebenen Zeitraum durch ein feines Sieb zu fließen, wobei eine Testvorrichtung verwendet wird, die eine Pipette ist, an deren unterem Ende sich ein ungekehrter Trichter befindet, der unter der Oberfläche des zu testenden Öls angeordnet ist. Über die Trichteröffnung ist ein 350 mesh Sieb mit einer Fläche von etwa 12 mm Durchmesser gespannt. Die periodischen Tests werden jeweils durch Anlagen eines Vakuums an das obere Ende der Pipette eingeleitet, wodurch Öl durch das Sieb nach oben in die Pipette bis zu einer Markierung gesogen wird, die 20 ml Öl anzeigt. Nach jedem erfolgreichen Durchlauf wird das Öl sofort in das CFPP-Röhrchen zurückgegeben. Der Test wird bei jedem Grad Temperaturabfall wiederholt, bis das Öl die Pipette nicht mehr innerhalb von 60 Sekunden füllen kann. Die Temperatur, bei der das Versagen stattfindet, wird als die CFPP- Temperatur angegeben.
- Das Ausmaß der abgesetzten Schicht (WAS) wurde visuell gemessen als Prozentsatz des gesamten Brennstoffvolumens, indem der behandelte Brennstoff in einem Meßkolben gelassen wurde. Umfangreiches Absetzen von Paraffin wird durch eine niedrige Zahl angezeigt, während ein nicht abgesetzter flüssiger Brennstoff durch 100 % angezeigt würde. Schlechte Proben aus geliertem Brennstoff mit großen Paraffinkristallen zeigen fast immer hohe Werte, solche Resultate werden daher als "Gel" angegeben, wenn sie auftreten
- Die mittlere Teilchengröße der Paraffinkristalle wurde gemessen, indem eine lichtmikroskopische Aufnahme einer Brennstoffprobe analysiert wurde und die längste Achse von bis zu 50 Kristallen über einem festgelegten Gitter gemessen wurde.
- Additive oder Kombinationen davon wurden in jedem der Brennstoffe I bis VI untersucht. Die Ergebnisse für CFPP, WAS und Kristallgröße sind in jeder der folgenden drei Tabellen mit den Bezeichnungen Tabelle 1, 2 beziehungsweise 3 gezeigt, wobei die folgenden Erklärungen beachtet werden sollen:
- Tabelle 1 (CFPP): Alle Ergebnisse sind in ºC unter 0ºC, d. h. negative Werte.
- Tabelle 2 (WAS): Alle Ergebnisse sind Prozentsatz dispergiertes Material, 100 ist vollständig dispergiert und die Beobachtungen wurden nach 2 bis 3 h bei Testtemperatur gemacht.
- Tabelle 3 (Kristallgröße): Die Werte liegen auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10, wobei
- Die folgenden allgemeinen Schlüsse können aus den Ergebnissen gezogen werden, die in den Tabelle 1 bis 3 gezeigt sind:
- Additiv AB (Vergleichsbeispiel) ergab insgesamt eine gute CFPP-Leistung, aber inkonsistente WAS- und Kristallgrößenleistung.
- Additiv ABD (Vergleichsbeispiel) ergab gute WAS- und Kristallgrößenleistung, aber eine Verminderung der CFPP-Leistung
- Die obige Verringerung wurde mindestens teilweise durch jedes der Additive G bis K in Kombination mit ABD geheilt. Tabelle 1 (CFPP) Tabelle 2 (WAS) Tabelle 3 (Kristallgröße)
Claims (14)
1. Additivzusammensetzung, die in Kombination
(i) ein Polymer mit den Einheiten
oderwobei x eine ganze Zahl und y 0 oder eine ganze Zahl
ist und die Summe aus x und y in dem Polymer mindestens
2 beträgt und das Verhältnis der Einheiten (II) zu den
Einheiten (I) zwischen 0 und 2 liegt und das Verhältnis
der Einheiten (II) zu (III) zwischen 0 und 2 liegt,
wobei
R¹ und R² gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und eine
C&sub1;&sub0;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe wiedergeben,
R³ H, -OOCR&sup6;, C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkyl, -COOR&sup6;, -OR&sup6;, eine
Aryl- oder Aralkylgruppe oder Halogen wiedergibt,
R&sup4; H oder Methyl wiedergibt,
R&sup5; H, C&sub1;- bis C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkyl oder -COOR&sup6; wiedergibt,
R&sup6; C&sub1;- bis C&sub2;&sub2;-Alkyl wiedergibt,
wobei gegebenenfalls jede der Gruppen R¹, R², R³, R&sup4;, R&sup5;
und R&sup6; inert substituiert sein kann, und
(ii) ein Copolymer aus den Monomeren (a) und (b) umfaßt,
wobei
(a) ein Ester ist, der ein Mono- oder Dialkylfumarat
oder -maleat ist, in dem die Alkylgruppe 8 bis 23
Kohlenstoffatome aufweist, und
(b) ein aromatisch substituiertes Olefin mit 8 bis 40
Kohlenstoffatomen pro Molekül ist,
mit der Maßgabe, daß (a) kein Maleat ist, wenn (b)
Styrol ist.
2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, in der das aromatisch
substituierte Olefin die Formel Ar-CH=CH&sub2; hat, wobei Ar der
aromatische Substituent ist und vorzugsweise ein
Phenylsubstituent ist.
3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, bei der das Polymer ein
Styrol/Fumarat-Copolymer ist.
4. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 3, bei der das Fumarat
Alkylgruppen mit 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist.
5. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
der die Zusammensetzung in Kombination einen weiteren
Tieftemperaturfließverbesserer für Destillatbrennstoffe enthält.
6. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
der das in (i) definierte Polymer ein Homopolymer aus einem
Dialkylitaconat oder einem Dialkylcitraconat oder ein
Copolymer aus einem Dialkylitaconat oder einem Dialkylcitraconat
mit einem aliphatischen Olefin, einem Vinylether, einem
Vinylester einer Alkancarbonsäure, einem Alkylester einer
ungesättigten Säure, einem aromatischen Olefin, einem
Vinylhalogenid, einem Dialkylfumarat oder einem Dialkylmaleat ist.
7. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
der eines oder beide der in (i) und (ii) definierten
Polymere ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) im
Bereich von 1000 bis 50 000 hat bzw. haben.
8. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Bereich 1000
bis 20 000 beträgt.
9. Rohöl-, Schmieröl- oder Brennstoffölzusammensetzung, die
einen größeren Gewichtsanteil eines Rohöls, Schmieröls oder
Brennstofföls und einen geringeren Gewichtsanteil einer
Additivzusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche umfaßt.
10. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 9, die eine
Brennstoffölzusammensetzung ist.
11. Additivkonzentrat, das eine Mischung aus einer
Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt, die in einem
flüssigen Medium dispergiert ist, welches mit einem Rohöl,
Schmieröl oder Brennstofföl verträglich ist.
12. Verwendung einer Additivzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Fließverbesserer in einem Rohöl,
Schmieröl oder Brennstofföl.
13. Verwendung einer Additivzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Fließverbesserer in einem Brennstofföl.
14. Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Fließeigenschaften eines
Rohöls, Schmieröls oder Brennstofföls oder zur Unterstützung
der Entparaffinierung eines Schmieröls, bei dem in das Öl
eine Additivzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
8 eingebracht wird.
