Diese Erfindung hat den Zweck, dem Publikum Auskunft, z. B. Zeitangaben über die Ankunft und Abfahrt von Posten, Zügen, Pferdebahnen, Dampfern und anderen Beförderungsmitteln zu ertheilen. Die Vorrichtung wird in einem aufrechtstehenden, kastenartigen Gehäuse untergebracht, das an Strafsen, Erholungsplätzen oder an anderen Stellen aufgestellt wird. Durch Niederdrücken eines Knopfes wird die gewünschte Angabe veranlafst, wenn gleichzeitig ein Handgriff der Vorrichtung gedreht wird.
