Drahtheftvorricht'ung für Mörmige Klammern Die Erfindung betrifft
eine Verbesserung -Lmd weitere Ausgestaltung der Drahtheftvorrichtung für U-förmige
Klammern mit Umbiegung der durch das Heftgut hindurchgetriebenen Klammerschenkelteile
durch in der beweglichen Heftgutauflage schwenkbar gelagerte Backen, die bei einer
durch den Heftdruck verursachten Bewegung der Auflage durch einen Gegendruckkörper
zur Wirkung gebracht werden, nachdem eine die vorzeitige Bewegung !der Auflage verhindernde
Sperrung aufgehoben ist, gemäß Patent 646864 und besteht darin, daß die Sperrung
der beweglichen Heftguta:uflage durch Anstoß eines beliebigen -, mit der Heftklammer
zusammen sich bewegenden Anschlagteiles an einen Teil des Sperrgestänges aüfgehoben
Z> ZD wird, wobei zweckmäßig einer von beiden Teilen mit einem besonderen
einstellbaren Anschlagteil, z.B. einer Stellschraube, versehen ist. Die Entsperrung
der beweglichen fIeftgutauflage kann z.B. dadurch bewerkstelligt werden, daß ein
Teil der Stößelantriebsvorrichtung gegen einen am Heftkopf oder seiner Vorderplatte
angelenkten Winkelhebel des Entsperrungsgestänges wirkt. Die Stellschraube kann
sowohl an dem anschlagenden als auch an dem angeschlagenen Teil angebracht sein.
Gegenüber der E,ntsperrung der Heftgutauflage durch den Klammersteg hat die vorher
-ekeimzei#Iinete Art der Be-ZD tätigung des Entsperrungsgestänges den Vorzug einer
genauen Regelbarkeit der Entsperrung und eines größeren Anschlaghubes für die Auslösung
der Heftgutauflage. Ferner werden der Stößel und die Klammer von der Arbeit der
Entsperrung der Heftgutauflage entlastet, was aus dem Grunde vorteilhaft ist, weil
trotz guter Führung der Heftklammer im Stößelkanal eine gewisse Beweglichkeit des
Klammersteges im Kanal unvermeidbar ist und die Gefahr einer Verbiegung der Klammer
durch den Widerstand des Entsperrungsgestänges gegen die Bewegung durch den Druck
des Klammersteges auf die Schrägfläche der an dem Körper der Heftvorrichtung geführten

Der Unterschied von der Ausführung nach dem Hauptpatent besteht allein
darin, daß die an dem einen Ende mit dem Sperraxm 14 verbundene Stange
13 am anderen Ende durch einen bei 20 an dem Körper der Heftvorrichtung
8 angelenkten zweiarmigen
Hebel 21 mit einer Stange 22 verbunden
ist, die sich seitlich am Heftapparatkörper entlang erstreckt. Das vordere
