Rotary piston-like device for achieving suction and suction of any length
The present invention relates to a rotary piston-like device,
in which a trough roller is formed inside a hollow, with inside
protruding cams provided capsule-like housing is arranged so that the outer
The circumference of the trough roller rolls on the inner circumference of the capsule housing. In order to
the rolling of the two cylindrical outer surfaces takes place exactly, is the trough roller
provided with a ring gear, which is connected to an internal ring gear attached to the capsule housing
intervenes and thus ensures precise rolling. With the in a similar way
working known devices is the drive shaft through the trough roller carrier
passed through, which limits the space for the largest possible trough roller
will; in addition, no arbitrary transmission ratio between the trough roller can then
and the housing, because as a result of the drive shaft carried out
-the trough rollers can be made at most so large that when unrolling
the same on the cylindrical inner wall a translation of at least z: 4 itself
results. Since the device of the present type mainly with fast running
Motors is associated, such a translation leads to speeds,
the inevitable malfunctions in the engines, which are already highly stressed
Cause. In contrast, the trough roller is only half in the exemplary embodiment
as big as the inside of the capsule housing and therefore only rotates twice around its
Axis until it is back at its starting point. In the trough roller is
therefore only a trough attached, which is designed so that it extends over the
both on the inside. periphery of the capsule housing attached cams in constant
Rolling off contact with it. Next is in both voluinetric and in
from a kinematic point of view, the larger bowl roller is preferable to the smaller one.
aufweisen. In the drawing, the device is shown in Fig. R as a cross section and in Fig. 2 as a longitudinal section along the line ab in Fig. R. In one. cylindrical housing r, which is closed with the bearing cover 2 'on one side and with the flange bearing cover 3 on the other side, a troughed roller carrier 4, which is held by the two flanges 5 and 6, is mounted in the bearings 7 and 8. Between the two flanges 5 and 6, the trough roller 9 is supported by the shaft zo at X and Y. With the shaft 1o a gear 1z is firmly connected, which engages in an internal ring gear 12 firmly connected to the housing z, so that by the drive of the troughed roller carrier 4, the troughed roller 9 is rotated in the opposite direction to that of the troughed roller carrier itself. As a result, an exact rolling of the trough roller 9 takes place on the inner circumference of the housing z. Two cams 13 and 14 are attached to the inner cylindrical surface of the housing r at two points offset from one another by 18o ', which cams extend inwards to the cylindrical wall of the troughed roller carrier 4 and thus form the two working chambers 15 and 16. A check valve 17 is provided in the cam 14 and a lateral bore 18 through which the conveyed material compressed in the chamber i5 can reach the drainage support i9. If, for example, the trough roller g and the trough roller carrier q. is driven as shown in the drawing Fig. i by the two directional arrows, the conveyed material in the trough 2o is ejected through the check valve 17: When the troughed roller carrier q continues to rotate. lays the trough roller g against the inner wall of the housing i and on the one hand presses the conveyed goods in front of it in the chamber 16 against the cam 13 and on the other hand sucks in new conveyed goods behind it through the suction nozzle 2i. So that the conveyed material can get out of the chamber 16 via the cam 13 to the drainage connection 19, the latter is provided on its rear side with a drainage channel122, which allows the conveyed material to pass from the chamber. 16 after the chamber 15 permitted. For special purposes, however, an intake and an outlet connection can be attached to the housing i at the point where the cam 13 is seated, in the same way as with the cam 14. Because the trough roller 9 rolls on the inner cylinder surface of the housing i, a better seal is achieved at the point of contact than according to the known type of rotary piston devices, in which dig trough rollers and the cam rollers touch from the outside and therefore only very short sealing surfaces exhibit.
