Description

  • Plattenförmiger Bauteil aus Faltpappe Die Erfindung betrifft einen plattenförmigen Bauteil aus Faltpappe, der aus zwei im Abstand parallel zueinander angeordneten ebenen Deckbahnen besteht, zwischen denen eine geknickte Versteifungseinlage aus Faltpappe liegt.
  • Diese bekannten Bauteile sind für viele Bauzwecke ungeeignet, da sie infolge der Faltung der Versteifungseinlage keine genügend große Festigkeit aufweisen. I: m solche Bauteile für die verschiedensten Zwecke nutzbar zu machen, bedarf es einer besonderen Faltung der Versteifungseinlage.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß die Versteifungseinlage fortlaufend so gefaltet ist, daß sie zunächst an der Deckbahn anliegt, dann von dieser schräg weg und hierauf wieder rechtwinklig auf die Deckbahn zugeht, wobei die Faltungen der beiden Versteifungseinlagen gegeneinander versetzt sind..
  • Zur weiteren Versteifung ist ferner beim Erfindungsgegenstand zwischen den Faltungen der Versteifungseinlage eine fortlaufend rechtwinklig zueinander geknickte Pappbahn eingelegt.
  • In Abb. i und a der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
  • Nach Abb. i besteht der Bauteil aus zwei parallel zueinander liegenden Deckbahnen v, iv. Zwischen diesen sind durch fortlaufende Faltung gebildete Versteifungseinlagen angeordnet, die gegeneinander versetzt sind. Eine derartige Versteifungseinlage ist so gefaltet, daß sie zunächst an der Deckbahn anliegt (Teil s, g), dann von dieser schräg weggeht (Teil u, f) und hierauf wieder rechtwinklig auf die Deckbahn zuläuft (Teil r, p).
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Abb. 2 ist zwischen die in Abb. i dargestellten Versteifungseinlagen (r, s, u bzw: p, g, t) eine weitere fortlaufend rechtwinklig zueinander geknickte Pappbahn mit den Faltungen m, ii, i, eingelegt.

  1. PATENTANSPRÜCHE. i. Plattenförmiger Bauteil aus Faltpappe, bestehend aus zwei im Abstand parallel zueinander angeordneten ebenen Deckbahnen und dazwischen liegender geknickter Versteifungseinlage aus Faltpappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versteifungseinlage fortlaufend so gefaltet ist, daß sie zunächst an der Deckbahn anliegt, dann von dieser schräg weg und hierauf wieder rechtwinklig auf die Deckbahn zugeht, wobei die Faltungen der beiden Versteifungseinlagen gegeneinander versetzt sind. z. Plattenförmiger Bauteil aus Faltpappe nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Faltungen der Versteifungseinlage eine weitere, fortlaufend recht«znklig zueinander geknickte Pappbahn eingelegt ist.
