Description

Process for processing fine waste Practice has shown that by processing fine waste according to patent 518 906, products can be achieved which, particularly in the interests of cities, can be used for building, civil engineering and primarily road construction. However, since the economic efficiency of the processing plant depends on the operating time, which must be carried out for months if possible with daily 24-hour operation, the processing of fine waste is primarily limited to cities in whose households mainly lignite briquettes are burned and in which accordingly large quantities are burned Fine waste are available. These cities are in particular Cologne, Berlin and Leipzig.

But also the smaller cities, where the amount of fine waste is significant is lower and in which, if only fine waste is to be processed, a continuous one Kiln operation is not possible, have an interest in getting through the recovery and processing the garbage as required in their building or road construction operations To create products in order to be able to pass over to waste recycling as well. Especially those from: the natural raw material basis -like z. B. Hardstone quarries etc. - distant cities direct their aspirations there, through transformation their garbage to the previously discussed replacement products to their garbage disposal problem solve, which at the same time also results in a great saving in freight.

It has now been established through experiments that smaller amounts Fine waste by adding any earth, combustion residues; Rock splinters or the like can be stretched to the extent that the processing allows these substances to make the processing plants economically viable. It is a prerequisite that these additional materials have a chemical composition the composition of the fine waste, in particular with regard to the silica content, Clay and lime, are similar. But it is also possible through a percentage admixture the additives to fine waste to get back the composition that the spreading a flawless end product guaranteed, e.g. B. in the form of a hard sintered Slag of a consistency similar to that of natural basalt, or a slag molten slag, didann, poured into molds and tempered, also similar to basalt Castings, such as B. paving stones, supplies. As already mentioned, sees the economic advantage of this invention is that now also the small towns in their own operations by transforming and processing the garbage themselves can produce the necessary building materials, thereby simultaneously raising the issue of Removal of the garbage can be solved.
