Die Erfindung betrifft Entstaubungsvorrichtungen an Dreschmaschinen u. dgl., bei denen ein Sauggebläse die mit Staub beladene Luft durch ein Sieb, das sich auf die ganze Breite des Schüttelkastens erstreckt, aus diesem absaugt. Gemäß der Erfindung sind in dem Saugkasten über dem dessen Boden bildenden Sieb, dessen Durchlässigkeit der gewünschten Luftgeschwindigkeit entspricht, geneigte Luftleitflächen angeordnet, die vcn dem dem Sauggebläse benachbarten Ende des Saugkastens nach dem entgegengesetzten Ende hin ansteigen und mit einer Reihe von nach dem Gebläse hin gleichmäßig abnehmenden, also ebenfalls der gewünschten Luftgeschwindigkeit an den betreffenden Stellen entsprechenden öffnungen und einer Reihe von sich an diese anschließenden Jalousieleisten versehen sind, die eine der Neigung der Leitflächen entgegengesetzte Neigung haben. Das letztere ist auf einem inneren Rahmen 5 aufgespannt, der in einem an den Seitenwänden des Kastens 3 befestigten äußeren Rahmen 6 ^so liegt und mit demselben an der einen Längsseite durch Scharniere 7 und an der anderen Längsseite durch Riegel 8 verbunden ist. Die Breite der Schlitze 14 und der Leisten 13 in der Längsrichtung des Saugkastens 3 nimmt mit dem Abstand von dem Gebläse 9 zu, so daß der Zug durch alle Schlitze gleich stark ist.
