Die Abflußöffnung L des Sammelbehälters k ist erfindungsgemäß als regelbare Düse ausgebildet. Der Düsenquerschnitt wird durch einen Regelstift s verändert, der- mittels Gewinde in das Lagergehäuse eingesetzt ist und von außen verstellt werden kann. Der Sammelbehälter k für das geförderte Schmiermittel liegt höher als die zu schmierenden Lagerflächen, und das Schmiermittel wird diesen unter Wirkung seiner eigenen Schwere zugeführt. Zwischen dem Sammelbehälter k für das Schmiermittel und der Fördereinrichtung d kann ferner ein Überlauf angeordnet sein, der ein Zurückfließen des Schmiermittels verhindert. Zu diesem Zweck liegt z.
