Claims (4)

20 25 Jens Villadsens Fabriker Patentansprüche
1. Bituminöses Platten- oder Faserlagen-Beschichtungsmatierial, das auf einer Seite mit einer wärmeaktivierbaren, gc[f. mit einer Kunststoffolie belegten Klebeschicht versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeschicht mit einem Mustjer paralleler Rillen und dazwischenliegender ununterbrocherjer
Rippen versehen ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen benachbarten

2. Beschichtungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Rillen zwischen 1 und 5 mm liegt.

Beschichtungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Rippen, gemessen von djem Boden der Rillen, 0,5 und 6 mm und vorzugsweise 1 bis 3
beträgt.

4. Beschichtungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurjch
gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen sich in Längsrichtung des Plat- :enmaterials erstrecken.
J5. Beschichtungsmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffolie eine )icke von 3 bis 30 um hat.

Verfahren zum Herstellen einer bituminösen Beschichtung auf einem Träger, wobei ein mit einem wärmeaktivierbaren, mit einer Kunststoffolie belegten Klebeschicht versehenes Plattenoder Faserlagen-Beschichtungsmaterial erwärmt wird, um die I'lastikfolie zu zersetzen und die Klebeschicht zu aktivieren i.nd wobei die aktivierte Klebeschicht gegen den Träger gedrückt wird, gekennzeichnet, durch die Verwendung eines Beachichtungsplattenmaterials, bei dem die Klebeschicht mit einem Muster paralleler Rillen und dazwischenliegender ununterbrochener Rippen versehen ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Rillen 10 mm nicht übersteigt.

7i. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Rillen 1 bis 5 mm beträgt.
8|. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, gekennzeichnet durch djie Verwendung einer flammenlosen Heißluftströmung zum Erwärmien der Kunststoffolie und der Klebeschicht.
