3, welcher den Fortsatz q. des Winkelstückes passend umgibt und vorn mit einer den
Bohrer durchlassenden Bohrung versehen ist. Am .oberen rückwärtigen Ende des Kopfteiles
ragt aus demselben ein kleiner Stift 5 hervor, welcher in das Loch 5' des oberen
Teiles 6 der Hülle paßt und so hoch ist, daß er über die Hüllenwand des Teiles 6
nicht hervorsteht. Der die andere Hälfte der Hülle bildende obere Teil 6 (Abb.3)

welche aus einem halbringförmigen, am oberen Hüllenteil 6 scharnierartig befestigten,
federnden Arm io und einem ebenfalls aus dem oberen Teil hervorstehenden kleinen
Stift ii besteht, welcher in eine entsprechende Bohrung des Armes io einschnappt

Ist die Hülle noch mit einem Ringe 8 oder mit einem Befestigungsarm io versehen,
so zieht man den Ring 8 über das untere Ende der Hülle oder schließt den Befestigungsarm
io zu. Soll bei ein und demselben Patienten der Bohrer ausgetauscht werden, so genügt
das Herunternehmen des Teiles 6, während Teil i auf dem Winkelstück verbleiben kann.
Nach der Benutzung nimmt man beide Teile vom Winkelstück herunter und kocht sie
in siedendem Wasser aus. Besteht der Ring 8 aus Metall, so kocht man auch diesen
aus; besteht er aus Gummi, so verwendet man für einem jeden Patienten einen neuen
