Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Länge des mittels Greifers eingetragenen
Schußfadens für Webstühle mit feststehenden Schußspulen Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft
einen Webstuhl mit feststehenden Schußspulen, bei welchem das Eintragen des Schußfadens
mittels Greifer erfolgt und wobei die Länge des# Fadens von dem Greifer -egehen
und immer gleichmäßig lang ist. Da die Greifer in der Mitte übereinandergehen, ist
der Schußfaden etwas länger, als er in Wirklichkeit sein muß" auch spielt die Dehnbarkeit
der verschiedenen Materialien eine große Rolle; also muß die Schußfadenlänge nach
der Eintragung durch die Greifer bis zur Mitte geregelt werden. Dies geschieht dadurch,
daß der Schußfaden, nachdem er abgeschnitten und dem anderen Greifer in der Fachmitte
übergeben, etwas zurückgezogen wird, und zwar so viel, daß das abgeschnittene Ende
innerhalb der Kante zu liegen kommt und nicht über diese hinaushängt. Im nachstehenden
wird der Erfindungsgegenstand näher beschrieben und durch Zeichnungen dargestellt,
und zwar zeigt Abb. i eine Vorderansicht der Regelungsvorrichtung, Abb. 2 einen
Schnitt nach Linie A-B der Abb. 3,

Wird der Scliußfaden i vom Greifer bis in die Mitte des Faches 2 getragen
und vom zweiten Greifer ausgezogen, so würde, dex, Scliußfaden i etwa 2
CM über die Kante 3 hinausreichen (Stellung i, Abb. 3). Um
nun den Schußfaden auf die richtige Länge zu bekommen, wird er durch Hebel 4, zurückgezogen,
und zwar auf folgende Weise: Der Faden läuft unter Hebel 5 sowie durch öse

und 7 und die öse 8 im Hebel 4 hindurch. Von der Welle
9 wird ein Exzenter io in Bewegung gesetzt, welcher auf den Bolzen i i an
dem Hebel 12 wirkt. Bei der Drehung des Exzenters io hebt sich Hebel- 12 durch Einwirkung
der Feder 13, wenn die Rolle i i an die Einkerbung 14 kommt, in die Hölle
und dadurch auch der durch Stange 16 mit dem Hebel i-- verbundene Hebel 4.
Dadurch, daß der Schußfaden durch die feststehenden ösen 6 und
7 geht und die öse 8 sich hebt, bekommt der Schußfaden eine Knickung
und wird zurückgezogen. Stellung II zeigt die Lage des Schußfadens bei offenem Fach,
wobei er vom Hebel 5 festgehalten wird. Am Hebel 4 ist eine Stellschraube
15 vorgesellen, mittels welcher das AusscIlwingen des 'Hebels 4 und damit das Zurückziehen
