Gear arrangement for measuring devices, in particular for nanometers.
The invention relates to a gear arrangement for measuring devices, such as manometers,
Thermometer and the like. In the previous versions of the 'gear arrangements for
Measuring devices, the gear box usually consists of two metal plates that
be held at a suitable distance from each other by spacer bolts and between
which the pointer and segment shaft are mounted. This arrangement has the disadvantage
that the lengths of the shafts for pointer and segment as well as -the spacer bolts exactly
must be equal to each other, namely the spacer bolts must be a little longer
than the length of the pointer and segment shaft. These exact dimensions alone
are difficult to achieve in practice, and reworking is usually necessary
the lengths required. Furthermore, the distance between the centers of the pointer shaft
and the segment shaft must also be very precise, so that a correct Ungritff the
Teeth can take place. For if the distance between the midst of the women is too small,
so the transmission does not have enough tooth clearance and. will jam. Is she against it?
too large, the result is inaccuracy in the display. Since now both the segment toothing
as well as the drive teeth never turn out exactly the same, but on the other hand the
Plate of the storage box always drilled with the same gauge and therefore one below the other
be the same, the meshing will almost never be perfectly accurate.
All these disadvantages are to be addressed with the embodiment according to the invention
be eliminated. For this purpose, the storage box is divided into two independent ones
Bearing blocks dissolved, one of which carries the pointer shaft while the other
serves as a bearing for the segment shaft. Because the position of the bearing block for the pointer shaft
is given by the middle of the manometer, where the pointer must be located
.this bearing block is fixed, d. H. unadjustable, to be arranged. The second bearing block
for the segment shaft
however, it is adjustable according to the invention
made, and expediently such that it can be adjusted in two directions
can. In this way it is possible to adjust the tooth gag between
To regulate the segment and the pointer shaft toothing so precisely that everything works properly
Pressure gauges can be made without any special reworking of the individual parts. the
Bearing blocks are expediently designed as an angle, so that the regulation of the
Distance according to the length of the shaft to be stored easily and without
Editing is possible.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a gear arrangement according to the invention is shown, namely: Fig. I a plan and Fig.2 a section through the adjustable bearing block along line 2-2 in Fig. I. As can be seen from Fig. I, two bearings and brackets are provided, one of which supports the pointer shaft c, while the other bearing bracket b has the shaft d for segment e. This bearing block b consists of two parts, namely a lower plate bx and an angle b2. The plate bi is attached to the tanometer housing by two screws / 'and f2, one of which, i ß, engages through a transverse slot g. In the plate bi. In this way the plate can be swiveled around the screw / '»as a pivot point. The angle b2 on the plate b1 is fixed with this and the housing by the screw / '. At this point it is provided with a longitudinal slot so that it can be brought into the correct position by moving it and also by turning it. in such a way that the segment is at the correct distance from the pointer shaft c.
In some cases it will also be sufficient to adjust the plate
omit b1 by means of the slot g and only an adjustment of the angle b2
by shifting and turning using the slot h.
