Description

Fenster, Türen, verglaste Fassadenelemente, Sonnenkollektoren oder dergleichen haben einen Rahmen mit einem Glasfalz, in wel­ chem z. B. eine Isolierglasscheibe eingesetzt ist. Die Scheibe wird durch Klötze innerhalb des Rahmens zentriert. Bei Fenstern übernimmt die Scheibe über die Klötze die Diagonalversteifung des Rahmens. Die Scheibe wird am Rand innen und außen über­ deckt, auf der Innenseite mit einer Glashalteleiste. Zwischen Überdeckung und Glas wird mit Gummiprofilen abgedichtet.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verbesserung der inneren Abdichtung zwischen Glas, Glashalteleiste und Falzgrund. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale der Ansprüche gelöst. Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert.
Darin zeigt
Fig. 1 und 2 je einen Querschnitt durch eine erfindungs­ gemäße Dichtung bei unterschiedlicher Scheibendicke,
Fig. 3 das eine Dichtungsprofil der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch eine zweite Ausfüh­ rungsform, und
Fig. 5 eine dritte Ausführungsform.
In Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein Teil-Querschnitt durch einen Fen­ sterrahmen 1 mit eingesetzter Isolierglasscheibe 2 dargestellt, und zwar nur die die innere Dichtung 3 umgebenden Teile. Der Fensterrahmen 1 besteht aus einem Aluminium-Verbundprofil 4, von welchem nur ein Teil des inneren Aluminiumprofils 5 und ei­ ner der beiden eingerollten Verbindungsstege 6 aus Kunststoff gezeigt wird, sowie einer ins Profil 5 eingeschnappten Glashal­ teleiste 7. Die Isolierglasscheibe 2 ist im Rahmen 1 mit mehre­ ren Klötzen 8 zentriert. Das Profil 4 kann auch aus anderem Metall (Cr-Stahl), Holzmetall oder Kunststoff bestehen.
Die Dichtung 3 besteht aus einem elastomeren Lippendichtungs­ profil 15, das mittels der Leiste 7 gegen die Scheibe 2 ange­ preßt ist und einem weiteren Dichtungsprofil 16. Vorzugsweise sind beide Profile 15, 16, zumindest jedoch das Profil 16 zu einem Rahmen zusammenvulkanisiert. Das Profil 15 kann gegebe­ nenfalls auch zu einem Rahmen geklebt sein. Die Profile 15, 16 berühren sich gegenseitig. Das Profil 15 hat zwei Lippen 17, 18, die am äußeren Glas 19 der Scheibe 2 anliegen sowie eine dritte Lippe 20, die durch den Druck der Leiste 7 gegen die Lippe 18 angepreßt ist. Eine weitere Lippe 21 dichtet gegen die Leiste 7 ab.
Das Profil 16 ist in Fig. 3 vergrößert in uneingebauter Lage dargestellt. Es hat einen annähernd quaderförmigen Fuß 25. Dieser hat seitlich versetzt zur Mittelebene einen Vorsprung 26 mit zwei widerhakenartigen Ansätzen 27 zum Einstecken in eine Nut 28 des Profils 5. Zweckmäßig haben die Seitenwände der Nut 28 Hinterschneidungen 29, in welche die Ansätze 27 einrasten. Der Fuß 25 hat längsverlaufende Rippen 30, die bei eingesetz­ tem Profil 16 gegen Flächen 31, 32 des Profils 5 angepreßt sind und für eine gute Abdichtung sorgen.
Am Fuß 25 ist auf der dem Vorsprung 26 diametral gegenüberlie­ genden Seite ein Steg 33 angeformt. Eine Längsnut 34 unmittel­ bar benachbart dem Fuß 25 bildet eine Soll-Biegestelle des Steges 33. Der Steg 33 verbindet den Fuß 25 mit einem schlauchförmigen Profilteil 35, das in der montierten Dichtung (Fig. 1 und 2) am Profil 15, am Glas 19 und an der Leiste 7 anliegt.
Die Variante nach Fig. 2 unterscheidet sich von jener nach Fig. 1 nur durch die größere Dicke der Scheibe 2 und dement­ sprechend andere Ausbildung der Glashalteleiste 7. Wie ersicht­ lich, ermöglicht die Verbindung des Steges 33 die Anpassung der Dichtung 3 an unterschiedliche Scheibendicken.
Die dargestellte Dichtung ergibt eine hervorragende Dichtigkeit bezüglich Dampfaustritt nach außen und Wassereintritt nach in­ nen. Die Verklotzung beeinträchtigt die Dichtigkeit nicht.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 sind analoge Teile mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen, so daß sich eine detaillierte Beschreibung dieser Teile erübrigt. Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 sind die beiden Dichtungsprofile 15, 16 ineinander eingeschnappt. Am Fuß 25 ist hier anstelle des Steges 33 von Fig. 3 ein breites Band 40 angeformt, das am Ende eine Ver­ dickung 41 mit einer hinterschnittenen Nut 42 trägt. Das Profil 15 hat einen entsprechend der Nut 42 geformten hakenartigen Vorsprung 43. Der Vorsprung 43 und die Verdickung 41 sind aus einem härteren Material koextrudiert, damit die Schnappverbin­ dung dauerhaft ist. Dies ist in Fig. 4 durch eine andere Schraffur dieser Bereiche angedeutet.
Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 5 unterscheidet sich hauptsäch­ lich dadurch von jener nach Fig. 1-3, daß die Lippen 18, 20 des Profils 15 miteinander verbunden sind und die Lippe 17 in entgegengesetzter Richtung zur Lippe 18 vom Profil 15 absteht. Ferner ist die Nut 28 etwas anders ausgebildet.

Claims (10)

1. Glasfalzdichtung, insbesondere für Fenster oder Tü­ ren, umfassend ein zwischen einer Glashalteleiste (7) und einem Glas (19) eingesetztes, elastomeres erstes Dichtungsprofil (15), gekennzeichnet durch ein in eine Nut (28) eines Rahmen­ profils (5) eingesetztes, das erste Dichtungsprofil (15) berüh­ rendes, elastomeres zweites Dichtungsprofil (16).
2. Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens das zwei­ te Dichtungsprofil (16) zu einem Rahmen zusammenvulkanisiert ist.
3. Dichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der das erste Dichtungsprofil (15) berührende Profilteil (35) des zweiten Dichtungsprofils (16) schlauchförmig ausgebildet ist.
4. Dichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der schlauchförmige Profilteil (35) über einen einzigen Steg (33) mit dem in die Nut (28) des Rahmenprofils (5) eingesetzten weiteren Profilteil (25) verbunden ist.
5. Dichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Steg (33) be­ nachbart dem weiteren Profilteil (25) eine Längsnut (34) als Soll-Biegestelle hat.
6. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, wobei das eine der beiden Dichtungsprofile (16) eine hinterschnittene Nut (42) hat, in welche das andere Dichtungsprofil (15) einge­ schnappt ist.
7. Dichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei mindestens eines der beiden ineinander eingeschnappten Teile (41, 43) der beiden Dichtungsprofile (15, 16) aus einem härteren Material besteht als der Rest dieses Profils.
8. Dichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei der aus einem härte­ ren Material bestehende Teil (41, 43) mit dem Rest des Profils (15, 16) koextrudiert ist.
9. Elastomeres Dichtungsprofil (16) für eine Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, bestehend aus einem mit einem Vorsprung (26) mit Rückhaltemitteln (27) versehenen ersten Pro­ filteil (25) zum Einstecken in eine Nut (28) eines Rahmenpro­ fils (5) und einem mit dem ersten Profilteil (25) einstückig verbundenen, schlauchförmigen weiteren Profilteil (35).
10. Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 9, wobei die beiden Profilteile (25, 35) über einen einzigen Steg (33) miteinander verbunden sind.
