Abstract
Description
Ich möchte erreichen, daß der Fahrer, der mit den anhängenden Geräten manipuliert, überhaupt nicht vom Traktor abzusteigen braucht. Dies ist möglich, wenn jedes anzuhängende Werkzeug (Pflug, Mähmaschine, Lader, Anhänger, . . .) dieses Hydrauliksystem eingebaut hat. Der Antrieb würde über einen flexiblen Kardan ausgeübt, das Steuern der Werkzeuge würde von dem Bedienungsfeld aus in der Kabine verrichtet und die Übertragung der Befehle wäre elektromechanisch. Die Werkzeuge würden so angeschlossen, daß drei Hebel durch hydraulischen Antrieb herausgeschoben würden, welche das Werkzeug an drei identischen Punkten/Stellen an jedem anzuhängenden Gerät, greifen würden. Ebenso könnte man die seitlichen Mähmaschinen an beide Seiten des Traktors anschließen. - 2.3. Die Lösung des Problems ist, daß sowohl in jedem
Traktor diese Tafel eingebaut ist (was sowohl
hinten wie auch seitlich möglich ist) und an allen
anzuschließenden Maschinen und Werkzeugen (Pflug,
Egge, Anhänger und Auflader usw.).
Das System funktioniert so, daß jedes anzuschließende Werkzeug oder jede Maschine eine hydraulische Pumpe sowie ein hydraulisches System eingebaut hat, welches über einen flexiblen Kardanantrieb angetrieben wird.
Mit diesem System wird alles elektromechanisch aus der Kabine des Traktors gesteuert.
Die Geräte werden so angeschlossen, daß drei Hebel herausgeschoben werden, welche das Werkzeug an drei identischen Punkten/Stellen an jedem anzuhängenden Gerät greifen, so daß sie diese mit dem Traktor ankoppeln.
