Description
Claims (10)
- a) in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt ein erstes Gas oder Gas gemisch mit mindestens einer Komponente aus der Gruppe N2, H2 oder NH3 zur Entpassivierung in die Prozeßkammer (1) ein gelassen wird, und wobei
- b) in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt eine zweites Gas oder Gas gemisch mit mindestens einer Komponente aus der Gruppe N-, C- oder B-haltiger Gase zur thermochemischen Oberflächen behandlung in die Prozeßkammer (1, 2) eingelassen wird,
