Abstract

Die Erfindung besteht aus lediglich zwei Teilkoffern 11, 11′, die in besonderer Weise zu einem Gesamtkoffer 10 verbindbar sind. jeder der beiden Teilkoffer 11, 11′ dient zwar zur Aufnahme eines zueinander unterschiedichen Satzes von Werkzeugen 12, doch haben sie einen weitge hend übereinstimmenden Aufbau, weshalb es im Prinzip genügt, lediglich einen der beiden Teilkoffer näher zu beschreiben. Der Schnallenteil 16 erstreckt sich über die obere Schmalseite 18 des jeweili gen Teilkoffers 11, 11′, sitzt einendig klappbeweglich an der Oberschale 14, übergreift die Trennfuge 17 zwischen den Schalen und schnappt in Andrucklage hinter eine an der Oberschale 14 angeformte Rastnase 19. In Fig. 9 ist am Teilkoffer 11′ der Schnallenteil 16 in Freigabelage gezeigt. Beide Schalen 13, 14 der beiden Teilkoffer 11, 11′ nehmen Werkzeuge 12 auf und besitzen dabei im Schaleninneren eingeformte Mulden 20, die jeweils individuell dem zugehörigen Werkzeug 12 angepaßt sind und daher eine Ordnung in die Werkzeug-Ablage bringen. Man könnte zwar auch gesondert hergestellte und nachträglich montierte Kupplungsteile 31, 31′ verwenden, doch ist es wesentlich vorteilhafter, für ihre einstückige Herstellung mit den zugehöri gen Teilkoffern 11, 11′ zu sorgen, was bereits in das Herstellungsverfahren des jeweiligen Koffers integriert ist. Besonders bewährt hat sich folgender Aufbau. Als Patrizenteil wird im vorliegenden Fall eine Schließrippe 31′ verwendet, die von der Berührungsfläche 22′ abragt und hinterschnittene Schließflächen 32′ bildet, die in einem verbreiterten Schließkopf 33′ enden. Dazu verwendet man Schließflächen mit einem Schwalbenschwanz- Fügeprofil 32′. Das ist, im Querschnitt gesehen, ein etwa trapezförmiges Gebilde, dessen lange Trapezseite den Schließkopf 33′ bildet. Diese Schließrippe 31′ erstreckt sich, von Kantenrundungen abgesehen, nahezu über die volle Länge 23′ dieses Teilkoffers 11′, wie aus Fig. 6 hervorgeht. Diese Steckbewegung 24 ist abgeschlossen, wenn die beiden Teilkoffer- Schmalseiten 26, 25′ mit ihren abgefasten Begrenzungskanten 27′, 28 auf der einen Seite ihrer Berührungsflächen 22, 22′ aneinander stoßen und dabei die Schließnuten 31 paarweise mit den zugehörigen Schließrippen 31′ in axialer Verlängerung ausgerichtet sind. Dann folgt die durch den Pfeil 29 verdeutlichte zweite Phase der Einrenkbewegung, nämlich eine dazu senkrecht verlaufende Schließbewegung der beiden Teilkoffer 11, 11′ relativ zueinander. Jetzt fahren, von ihren Schließenden aus, die Schließrippen 31′ in die zugehörigen Schließnuten 31 und werden dort im Vollzug dieser Bewegung 29 längsgeführt, wie Fig. 9 in einer Zwischenphase veranschau licht. Diese beiden Griffteile 41, 41′ grenzen an die Ebene der zugehörigen Berührungsflächen 22, 22′ an und sind Bestandteil der jeweili gen Unterschale 13, während die entsprechende Oberschale an diesem Ort einen entsprechend dimensionierten Randausbruch 42 bzw. 42′ aufweist.
