Verfahren zum Bewegen von Fördergut, insbesondere des Abraumes bei
Tagebauen, durch Kabelbagger. Es ist bekannt, den Abbau des Deckgebirges bei Tagebauen
durch Hoch- oder Tiefbagger vorzunehmen und das gewonnene Material mittels Gleisbahnen,
Bandförderer oder R ähnlicher Transporteinrichtungen nach der Ablagerungsstelle,
z. B. dem abgebauten Tagebau, zu fördern, woselbst es entweder von Hand oder ebenfalls
durch ein Transpartmittel verteilt wird. Diese Betriebsweise ist i an sich sehr
teuer und erfordert außerdem sehr viel Arbeitskräfte. j Zweck der Erfindung ist
die Schaffung eines Verfahrens, Fördergut, insbesondere den Abraum bei Tagebauen,
ohne besondere Arbeitskräfte durch einen oder mehrere an sich bekannte Kabelbagger
aufzunehmen, ohne Umladung nach dem Ablagerungsraam zu fördern und über diesen zu

Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel in

e aufgehängt ist. Die Kabelbaggeranlage wird über den Tagebau und das abzubauende
Kohlenfeld gespannt. Dabei wird der Zweck verfolgt, das abgeschürfte Abravmgut,
ohne es umladen zu müssen, nach dem abgebauten Tagebau zu fördern, wo es abgestürzt

Der Arbeitsgang ist folgender: Der Baggerführer stellt die Höhenlage

das abzubauende Abraumgelände, z. B. bei x (Abb. i) anlegt. Durch Einschalten der
Zugseiltrommeln im Gerüst b wird der Schürfkübel d herangezogen, wobei
er sich füllt. Die Weglänge. wird durch Indikator festgestellt. Durch Einschalten
des zweiten Zugseiles wird die Katze e in Richtung des Turmes b gezogen,
bis infolge Anstoß an einen Anschlag, der an der Laufbahn a verschiebbar befestigt
ist, das Entleeren des Kübels, und zwar über dem abgebauten Tagebau, erfolgt. Die
Katze wird sodann zurückgefahren, worauf sich das Spiel wiederholt. Der Baggerführer
verfährt dabei die Anlage um ein kurzes Stück seitlich, damit der Schürfkübel immer
Material vorfindet. Ist ein Geländestreifen abgebaut, so wird die Höhenlage der
Kabel a entsprechend tiefer eingestellt, damit der Kübel d sich wieder an das Abraummaterial
