The invention relates to a device for Cleaning exhaust gases containing dust and pollutants Exhaust gases initially in a dry stage Cleaning in a mass separator and then in one second stage of electrostatic cleaning in one Electrical separators are subjected, with the exhaust gases in the second stage with one or more fields liquid-wetted, forming gas lanes Precipitation electrodes are passed, according to patent 40 18 488.
In DE-OS 29 07 081 is a device for dry Removing dust from exhaust gas, consisting of a centrifugal separator with numerous Dedusting cells and a downstream, horizontal flowed through dry electrical separator. The one in the above Laid-open teaching described the task based on the centrifugal separator on simple and compact Way to train so that he can easily can be placed directly in front of the electrical separator. The one described in said publication However, the device has the disadvantage that the exhaust gases passed through the device, only dust-free and other pollutants contained in the exhaust gas stay there.
In DE-PS 6 78 470 a device for implementation of the process for cleaning blast furnace gas Dry separation with subsequent washing and cooling described. The exhaust gas to be cleaned is at this Process subjected to a two-stage cleaning process, taking it first through a dry cleaner, then by a washer or cooler and finally by a electric gas cleaner is directed. The washer immediately downstream electric gas cleaners can be placed directly above the washer. With this The aim is to only use dust from the exhaust gas remove, which results in a constant sprinkling the electrodes are not necessary.
In DE-PS 10 39 037 a device for wetting of the electrode plates of electrostatic precipitators described in which there is a distribution of Wetting liquid-serving film, the one has semi-cylindrical section to a horizontal arranged pipe hugs and down into a Electrode plate leading wedge-shaped section merges.
Are dust- and contaminated exhaust gases wetted with liquid Precipitation electrodes are used, so it often happens a crystal formation at the points of the Precipitation electrodes on which the liquid is applied Crystals evenly sprinkle the Precipitation electrodes, which adversely affects the Separation of pollutants affects.
The invention is based, which in the German patent application P 40 18 488.9 proposed Develop device so that at the points of Precipitation electrodes on which the liquid is applied a crystal formation is largely avoided and a even sprinkling of the precipitation electrodes for longer operation is guaranteed.
The object underlying the invention is thereby solved that in addition at the top of each precipitation electrode second stage, a pipe is arranged that directly with the Precipitation electrode is connected that the tube on which the Precipitation electrode facing away in the plane of the Precipitation electrode has holes and that the tube with the Liquid supply is connected.
The tube can, for example by welding, gluing or by a Screw or rivet connection directly with the Precipitation electrode to be connected. It got in Surprisingly shown that the Liquid leakage at the holes does not become one Crystal formation comes, which is an even sprinkling of the Precipitation electrodes hindered. With the invention Device can pass through the thickness of the film of liquid Optimized change in the amount of liquid supplied will. It can also be advantageous during the continuous supply of the liquid the throughput of the Change fluid in a set cycle.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that the diameter of the holes is 8 to 12 mm. By this measure becomes a particularly even distribution the liquid on the respective precipitation electrode achieved.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention the hole spacing of the holes is 20 to 40 mm. Amounts the hole spacing of the holes 20 to 40 mm, so the Thickness of the layer of liquid on the Set the precipitation electrode particularly advantageously because already on the outer surface of the pipe Liquid layer with constant thickness is achieved.
Another preferred embodiment of the invention is that the diameter of the tube is 60 to 140 mm. This has the advantage that when such a tube is used, the usual throughputs for the liquid, which are generally between 40 and 80 m 3 / h, can be applied to the precipitation electrodes without problems. If the tube has a diameter of 60 to 140 mm, it can be used in many ways, so that the costs for the device according to the invention are reduced by series production of the tube.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention is the pipe additionally over at least one in Longitudinal direction of the tube arranged plate with the Precipitation electrode connected. This measure will on the one hand causes the liquid film between the Not drilling the tube and the precipitation electrode tears off, on the other hand the connection between pipe and Precipitation electrode reinforced. Every plate can do it for example by welding, gluing or by a Screw or rivet connection with the pipe and the Precipitation electrode can be connected.
According to a further embodiment of the invention at least one plate connected tangentially to the pipe. This measure ensures a continuous transition of the Film of the liquid between tube and plate is reached.
