Gegenstand der Erfinrlun- ist eine Eti-
(<ettierni<isciiine, bei welcher (lic Etiketten
scll)stt<iti@ von einem Stapel ztiäeführt und
mittels einer drehbaren Trommel niit einer
Gunnnierwalze in Berührung gebracht wer-
den, während die zu etikettierenden Gegcii-
stä nde der Maschine selbsttätig zugeführt und
die gummierten Etiketten durch geeignete
Vorrichtungen in den richtigen Stellungen
auf diese Gegenstände gepreßt «-erden.
Gemäß der Erfindung werden die Etilc;:t-
ten aus (lern Vorratsbehälter auf die Oher-
f3äciie einer hohlen, auf ihrem Umfang in
Ebenen quer zur Drehachse geschlitztua
Trommel ,gebracht und auf (fieser niit der
Gummierwalze in Berührung ,gebracht. Die
Gummierwalze ist mit vorstehenden, in die
Schlitze der Tronitnel eingreifenden Teilen
versehen, während innerhalb der Troniniel
eine mit Nuten versehene Druckrolle aufwärts
und abwärts bewegbar aiheordnet ist, deren
vorspringende Teile durch die Schlitze (ler
Trommel auf eine in der richtigen Stellung
auf dein zu etil:ettierencfen Gegenstand lic-
Oencle guininicrte Etikette treffen und (Liese
fest auf das 1#.nde (los (Jc<enstan(les drücken.

kann auch ein geschlitzter hin und her bewe,T-

crerichteten Teilen durch die Schlitze der

treffen kann, die er auf den zu etil<ctticreil(len
(legenstalitt quer zu dessen Ende und abwärts
gegen eine seiner Seitenwände aufpre(3t.
Ferner kann ein auf und ah schwingbarer
,gabelartiger Druckarili vorgesehen sein, der
jede Etikette auf die ,geschlitzte Trommel
prellt. wenn sie dieser durch die Zuführungs-
vorrichtun- zu(-eführt wird.
Außer lein vorher erwähnten, mit abwärts
,gerichteten Teilen versehenen, äeschlitztc'i
=arm kann ein zweiter mit einem ahiv:irt, ge-
ricliteten Teil versehener hin und her gehen-
der drin vorgesehen sein. (fei- das zweite En(le
der -minnierten Etikette -e-en die andere der
beiden "regenüberliegenden Seiten wände des
zu etikettierenden Gegenstandes preit.

Die IJtiketten können- auch in einem Vor-
ratsbehälter aufgestapelt sein. aus (Icn) sie der

eine drehbare Zuführungsrolle, die finit einem

der Etiketten greift und deren Abgabe an (lic
Trommel im richtigen Zeitpunkt siclicrt.

auf und all relicn(lrsMesser nach Bedarf ah-
geschnitten werden, ,o werden die Etiketten
entgegengesetzt der Drehrichtung der ge-
schlitzten Trommel zugeführt und an ihrer
vorderen Kante durch die vorher erwähnten
Einschnitte aufgehalten unrl eingestellt, wäh-
rend das hintere Ende der Etiketten durch
(las Abschneidniesser eingestellt und #,o die
Lage der Etiketten :,geregelt wird.

Die Zuführungstrommel G wirrt durch ein

satzweise gedreht: In diesem Getriebe be-
wegt eine Kurhelscheihe 7g (ILIrcil eine Kup-
pelstange 82 und Ariiie 83 die Hellet 8o, deren
jeder eine ",perrlcliiike 8i trägt. Es ist er-
sichtlich, (laf diese beiden Sperrklinken all-
wechselnd ein Sperrad 83" auf der Achse 83"

greift in Vertiefungen 8.4 einer kreisförmigen
Platte 83'l, die ain \laschinengestell befestigt
ist und die Achse 531' umgibt. Der Stift 83'
regelt die Stellung der Zuführungstrommel
hei jedem Huh einer Sperrklinke. Diese An-
ordnung ist unter Weglassung der ..Sperr-

Die \Virlcuilgsweise der beschriebenen 7.u-
führungs- und. Gurmniervorrichtung fi=t die

Der Streifen wird durch (lie Drehung der
Zuführttngstrominel G von der -Nabe 2 abge-

Eine Vorrichtung zu dieseln Zwecke ist in
(gen AUh. 1 und 'd. dargestellt.
Oberhalb des \\"eges des Pakets ist eine
Fülllplatte 85 angebracht, die an eineng
Hebel 86 auf der Rückseite (ges Maschinen-
gestells sitzt. Ein Ende dieses Hebels ist
geschlitzt- und greift über eine Welle, die
eine \oekenscheibe 8; trä°l.
Der Hebel 86 wird durch eine Feiler 88
abwärts gezogen. Die \ ockenscheibe 8;
hindert den Hebel an der Bewe-ungwährend
aller Teile der Unidrehung, außer zu der
Zeit, wo sich unter der I#ühlplatte 85 ein
Paket befinden soll. Wenn kein Paket vor-
llanden ist, so tritt eine ain Hebel sitzende
Roller in eine Vertiefung der _,Z ocl:etitscileille
ein, zieht den Hebel 86 nach unten und (.grell(
eine Platte 89 zum Festllaiten der Sperr-
klinken 8r. Die Anschläge go auf der Platte 8(1
bedecken dann -die Fläche (1es Sperrades un,t
verhindern den Eingriff der Sperrklinken S i
in dessen Vertiefungen und damit die l11-
fiihrung einer Etikette für ,las fehlen(le Paket.
Die Platte 89 sitzt auf der Sperradachse: sie
ist in Abh. ida in ihren Linzellieiten darge-
stellt.
Die Maschine kann durch irgendwelche
geeigneten Mittel angetrieben werden, und
es ist zu bemerken, daß die beschriebene
-Maschine- so arbeitet. daß sie eine Etikette
mir auf das Ende eines Pakets aufbringen
kann, da-die Etikette einfach auf-das Ende
aufgedrückt wird und als Verschlul3 fiü- (las
zusammengefaltete Ende eines Pakets der in
Ahh. 2 dargestellten Art dient. Die -Maschine
kann offenbar-auch zur Anbri»-ung voll Eti-
ketten bei Paketen -anderer Form dienen.-
.In den Ahb. 0 bis 13 sowie 15 und 16 ist
eine Maschine beschrieben;Aie zur Behand-
lung von Etiketten dienen soll, die einzeln
von einem Stapel in einem Vorratsbehälter
allgezogen oder, wie vorher beschrieben, von
einem Streifen abgeschnitten werden, und
mittels deren die Etiketten quer über (lein
Ende und auf entgegengesetzten Seiten eines
Pakets nach unten hin angebracht werden.
Die -Maschine ist finit einer Guminier-

Das Saugrohr 5; ist an dem anderen Arm

Schlitze der Etikettentrotnniel eingreifen
kann, und hat abwärts gerichtete Te-ile !,°.
Der Arni o8 wird in wagerechter Dichtung
durch eine Gabel o9 hin und her bewegt, die
hei ; o drehbar gelagert ist und eineng Stift ;1
