Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Hydraulikflüssigkeiten auf der Basis öliger Triglyceride von Fettsäuren.
- Bei herkömmlich verwendeten Hydraulikflüssigkeiten auf Mineralölbasis handelt es sich um gesättigte oder ungesättigte, geradkettige, verzweigte oder ringartige Kohlenwasserstoffe.
- Hydraulische Flüssigkeiten auf Mineralölbasis tragen jedoch zu einer Reihe von Umwelt- und Gesundheitsrisiken bei. Kohlenwasserstoffe können bei fortwährendem Hautkontakt ein Krebsrisiko hervorrufen, ebenso besteht das Risiko, daß die Lungen Schaden nehmen, wenn diese zusammen mit Luft eingeatmet werden. Darüber hinaus bewirkt Öl, selbst in kleinen Mengen, wenn es in die Umwelt entweicht, eine Verschmutzung des Bodens und des Grundwassers. Es ist darüber hinaus toxisch für das aquatische Leben in Flüssen, Seen etc..
- Zum Obengesagten kommt hinzu, daß Kohlenwasserstofföle als solche tatsächlich eine ziemlich begrenzte Anwendbarkeit für hydraulische Zwecke aufweisen, wofür die hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten, die auf solchen Ölen basieren, verschiedene Zusätze in beträchtlichen Mengen enthalten. Mineralöl ist darüber hinaus ein nicht erneuerbarer und daher begrenzter natürlicher Rohstoff.
- Es gibt daher offensichtlich einen Bedarf an Flüssigkeiten für hydraulische Zwecke, die auf erneuerbaren natürlichen Rohstoffen basieren und die gleichzeitig umweltverträglich sind. Eine derartige natürliche Grundkomponente für hydraulische Flüssigkeiten sind ölige Triglyceride, wie in der Patentschrift GB 2 134 923 vorgeschlagen.
- Bei den in der besagten Beschreibung GB 2 134 923 beschriebenen Triglyceriden handelt es sich um Glycolester von Fettsäuren, wobei die chemische Struktur dieser Ester mittels der folgenden Formel definiert werden kann:
- wobei R&sub1;, R&sub2; und R&sub3; gleich oder verschiedenartig sein können und aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus gesättigten und ungesättigten, geradkettigen Alkyl-, Alken- und Alkadienylketten, üblicherweise bestehend aus 9 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, bestehen.
- Das Triglycerid kann entsprechend der Lehre der Beschreibung aus GB 2 134 923 eine kleine Menge an Alkatrienylsäureresten enthalten, aber eine größere Menge ist abträglich, weil sie die Oxidation des Triglyceridöles begünstigt. Bestimmte Triglyceride, sogenannte Trocknungsöle, enthalten beträchtliche Mengen an Alkatrienyl- und Alkadienylgruppen und sie bilden feste Filme unter dem Einfluß des Luftsauerstoffs. Derartige Öle mit einer Jodzahl von normalerweise mehr als 130, die als Bestandteile spezieller Beschichtungen verwendet werden, kommen für die Verwendung in hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten nicht in Betracht.
- Wie in der Beschreibung GB 2 134 923 angegeben, sind andere ölige Triglyceride mit einer Jodzahl von wenigstens 50 und nicht mehr als 128 für diesen Zweck geeignet. Besonders geeignet sind Triglyceride vom Ölsäure-Linolsäuretyp, die nicht mehr als 20 Gew% veresterter, gesättigter Fettsäuren enthalten, bezogen auf eine Menge an veresterten Fettsäuren. Diese Öle sind bei 15 bis 20ºC Flüssigkeiten und ihre wichtigsten Fettsäurereste stammen von folgenden ungesättigten Säuren: Ölsäure, 9-Octadecansäure, Linolsäure, 9,12-Octa-decadiensäure. Als die bevorzugtesten unter diesen Triglyceriden von pflanzlicher Herkunft, bei Verwendung unter normalen Temperaturen, werden diejenigen angesehen, die veresterte Ölsäure in einer Menge von mehr als 50 Gew% der Gesamtmenge an Fettsäuren enthalten (Tabelle 1). - Es ist ein Kennzeichen all dieser öligen Triglyceride, daß sich ihre Viskositäten bei Temperaturveränderungen in einem kleineren Ausmaß ändern, als die Viskositäten der Ausgangskohlenwasserstofföle. Die Viskositäts-Temperaturkennlinie jedes Öls kann mittels des empirischen Viskositätsindex (VI), einem numerischen Wert, die umso höher ist, je weniger sich die Viskosität der betreffenden Öle mit einer Temperaturänderung ändert, gekennzeichnet werden. Die Viskositätsindizes von Triglyceriden sind deutlich höher, als diejenigen von Kohlenwasserstoffölen ohne Zusätze, so daß Triglyceride von Natur her sogenannte Mehrbereichsöle sind. Dies ist besonders wichtig unter Bedingungen, bei denen die Betriebstemperatur innerhalb bestimmter Grenzen variiert. Die Viskositäten und die Viskositätsindizes sind in Tabelle 2 wiedergegeben. - Der Verdampfungspunkt von Triglyceriden liegt über 200ºC und der Flammpunkt liegt über 300ºC (beide Bestimmungen nach AOCS Ce 9a-48 oder ASTM D 1310). Die Flammpunkte von Kohlenwasserstoffausgangsölen liegen in der Regel deutlich niedriger.
- Die Triglyceridöle unterscheiden sich von den unpolaren Kohlenwasserstoffen völlig in der Hinsicht, daß sie polarer Natur sind. Dies erklärt die ausgezeichnete Fähigkeit von Triglyceriden, als sehr dünne Haftfilme an Metallflächen adsorbiert zu werden. Eine Untersuchung über die Arbeitsweise von Gleitflächen, die nahe aneinanderliegen, wobei Druck und Temperatur als die grundlegenden Größen zur Beeinflussung der Schmierung erachtet wurden, zeigt, daß die Filmbildungseigenschaften von Triglyceriden besonders vorteilhaft in hydraulischen Systemen sind.
- Darüber hinaus kann Wasser einen Triglyceridölfilm nicht so leicht von einer Metallfläche verdrängen, wie ein Kohlenwasserstoffilm.
- Rapsöl wurde als ein Beispiel für monomere Triglyceridöle zur Verwendung als hydraulische Flüssigkeit entsprechend der Beschreibung GB 2 134 923 in Betracht gezogen, in welcher Rapssamenöl auch von der Subspezies Brassica campestris gewonnen wird und in welcher Öl, in der heutigen kommerziellen Form wenig oder keine Erucasäure, 13-Docosensäure enthält. Dennoch ist zu beachten, daß sich anwendbare Triglyceridöl von Rapsöl nur hinsichtlich Zusammensetzung der Fettsäuren, die mit Glycerin verestert sind, unterscheiden, wobei sich der Unterschied in unterschiedlichen Fließpunkten und Viskositäten der Öle zeigt. Sogar die Öle, welche von verschiedenen Unterarten des Rapses oder hiervon abgeleiteter Unterarten gewonnen wurden, zeigten Unterschiede in ihren Fließpunkten und Viskositäten, welche, .wie aus Tabelle 3 ersichtlich ist, auf Unterschiede in der Zusammensetzung der Fettsäuren zurückzuführen sind. Die erste (Eruca) der in der Tabelle erwähnten Rapssamenöle, wurde von einer Unterart gewonnen, die einen hohen Gehalt an Erucasäure aufweist (C 22:1). - Die obigen Daten zeigen, daß die besagten Triglyceride vielen Eigenschaften aufweisen, die insbesondere für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten vorteilhaft sind. Wie bereits erwähnt, ist der Viskositätsindex (VI) von Triglyceriden höher im Vergleich zu Mineralölprodukten. Der Viskositätsindex von Triglyceridölen ist offensichtlich auch stabiler gegenüber mechanischen und Hitzeeinflüssen, wie sie in Hydrauliksystemen herrschen, als der Viskositätsindex der Hydraulikflüssigkeiten, welche auf den formulierten Mineralölen beruhen und der polymerische Viskositätsindex verbessert sich. Darüber hinaus ist zu erwarten, daß die Fähigkeit polarer Triglyceridmoleküle, an metallischen Oberflächen zu haften die Schmiereigenschaften dieser Triglyceride verbessert.
- Die einzige Eigenschaft natürlicher Triglyceride, die ihre beabsichtigte Verwendung für hydraulische Zwecke beeinträchtigt, ist ihre Neigung, leicht zu oxidieren.
- Die Oxidation hat negative Einflüsse auf die Eigenschaften einer auf natürlichen Triglyceriden basierenden Hydraulikflüssigkeit, so daß die Flüssigkeit häufiger durch frische Flüssigkeit ausgetauscht werden muß, als dies bei Flüssigkeiten der Fall ist, die auf Kohlenwasserstoffölen basieren.
- Beispielsweise steigt die Viskosität natürlicher Triglyceridhydraulikflüssigkeiten aufgrund der Oxidation. Die Oxidation bewirkt auch ein Schäumen der Flüssigkeit, die Filtrationseigenschaften der Flüssigkeit werden verschlechtert und eine höhere Wasserlöslichkeit verursacht Probleme in den Hydrauliksystemen. Die oxidierten Produkte sind darüber hinaus korrosiv. Um die durch die Oxidation hervorgerufenen Probleme zu vermeiden muß die Arbeitstemperatur des Hydrauliksystems niedriger gehalten werden im Vergleich, wenn kohlenwasserstoffbasierte Öle verwendet werden.
- Es muß dennoch bemerkt werden, daß die Neigung besagter natürlicher Triglyceride, oxidiert zu werden, im wesentlichen auf denselben Grad verringert werden kann, wie den herkömmlicher Hydrauliköle auf der Basis von Kohlenwasserstoffen, indem Zusätze in sehr geringen Mengen verwendet werden, wobei die Zusätze entsprechend der Erfindung ausgewählt wurden. Diese Tatsache ist insbesondere aus den Ergebnissen des folgenden Beispiels 1 ersichtlich.
- In diesem Beispiel wurde die Stabilität von Hydraulikflüssigkeiten gegenüber oxidativer Zersetzung getestet. Die Flüssigkeiten wurden mit einer Vorrichtung entsprechend dem Testverfahren ASTM D 525 getestet, indem 100 ml zu testender Flüssigkeit in ein Druckgefäß eingebracht wurden. Das Gefäß wurde geschlossen und in kochendes Wasser gestellt. Während des Tests wurde der Sauerstoffpartialdruck im Gefäß ermittelt. Getestete Öle: Ölzahl Raffiniertes Rapssamenöl: Zusätze in Gew% Irgalube Irganox Reomet 39 Anglamol 75 EN 1235 Hitec 4735 Additin 10 Vanlube AZ Tinuvin 770 Zusätze insgesamt Shell Tellus T32 Esso Univis HP-32
- Die verwendeten Zusätze waren: Irgalube 349, Aminophosphatderivate, Ciba-Geigy; Irganox L 130, Mischung von tertiären Butylphenolderivaten, Ciba-Geigy; Reomet 39, Triazolederivate; Ciba-Geigy; Anglamol 75, Zinkdialkyldithiophosphat, Lubrizol; EN 1235, Kortsäure T-Derivate, Akzo Chemie; Hitec 4735, Mischung von tertiären Butylphenolderivaten, Ethyl Petroleum Additives Ltd.; Irganox PS 800, Dilaurylthiodipropionat, Ciba-Geigy; Irganox L 180, Triarylphosphit, Ciba-Geigy; Irganox L 57, gemischtes Alkyldiphenylamin, Ciba-Geigy; Irganalube TPPT, Triphenylphosphorothionat, Ciba-Geigy; Tinuvin 770, bis (2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)sebacat, Ciba- Geigy; Vanlube AZ, Zinkdiamyldithiocarbamat, R.T. Vanderbilt; Additin 10, 2,6-Di-tertiäres-butyl-4-mathylphenol, Rhein-Chemie.
- Die Ergebnisse dieses Tests sind in Tabelle 5 dargestellt. Tabelle 5 Öl Zeit, Std. Druck, psi
- Wie den Ergebnissen aus Tabelle 5 entnommen werden kann, sind die Zusammensetzungen 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 und 14 klar vergleichbar mit den herkömmlichen Hydraulikölen auf Mineralölbasis 15 und 16, welche zum Zwecke des Vergleichs in diesem Beispiel verwendet wurden. Die Zusammensetzungen 2 und 9 enthalten Oxidationsschutzmittel, welche ensprechend der Erfindung ausgewählt wurden, aber die verwendeten Gehalte waren nicht ausreichend. Aus den Daten in Tabelle 5 kann entnommen werden, daß ein Triglycerid, das die Definitionen, die am Anfang dieser Beschreibung dargestellt worden waren, entspricht und einen bestimmten Gehalt an sorgfältig ausgewählten Oxidationsschutzmitteln enthält, eine Basis für eine Flüssigkeitszusammensetzung zur Verwendung für Hydraulikzwecke bildet.
- Entsprechend der Erfindung bildet der Oxidationsschutzmittelanteil in der Zusammensetzung 2,0 bis 4,5 Gew% der Zusammensetzung und das Oxidationsschutzmittel wird so ausgewählt, daß wenigstens eine Komponente aus der Gruppe (1) der verhinderten Phenoplaste und der aromatischen Amine und die verbleibende n-Komponente/n das Gegengewicht in der Zusammensetzung bilden und von einer Gruppe (2) zu der Metallsalze der Dithionsäuren, Phosphite und Sulfide, oder aus einer Gruppe (3) der Amide, der nicht-aromatischen Amine, der Hydrazide und der Triazole ausgewählt ist.
- Beispiele von Komponenten, welche zu den obenbezeichneten Gruppen gehören, sind namentlich folgende:
- 1) 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol; 2'2-Methyl-enebi-(4- methyl-6-tert-butylphenol); N,N'-Disecbutyl-p-phenyldiamin; alkisiertes Diphenylamin; alkalisiertes Phenyl- alfa-naphtylamin
- 2) Zincdialkyldithiophosphate; Tri (nonylphenyl) phosphit; Dilaurylthiodipropionat
- 3) N,N'-Diäthyl-N,N'-diphenyloxamid; N,N'-Disalicyliden-1,2-propenylendiamin; N,N'-Bi (beta-3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl-propion) hydrazid
- Ein Hinweis auf einen Widerstand der Öle gegenüber Oxidation ist auch ihre Fähigkeit, die Schmierfähigkeit bei höheren Temperaturen zu halten. Diese Fähigkeit wurde im folgenden zweiten Beispiel getestet.
- In den Tests wurde ein Cameron Plint Tester (Hochfrequenzreibungsmaschine TE. 77) verwendet. Bei dieser Versuchsanordnung wird die Reibung zwischen einem beweglichen und einem stationären Element bei steigenden Temperaturen ermittelt. Als bewegliches Element wurde eine Stahlkugel mit einem Durchmesser von 6 mm verwendet, wobei das stationäre Element aus einer Stahlplatte bestand. Das zu testende Schmiermittel wurde auf der Platte verteilt und dem umgebenden Luftsauerstoff während der Tests ausgesetzt. Bei der Testdurchführung wurde die Kugel gegen die Platte mit einer Kraft von 40 N während ihrer Hin- und Herbewegung gedrückt, wobei die Amplitude der Bewegung 5 mm und die Frequenz 20 Hz betrug. Die Temperatur am Anfang jedes Tests wurde auf 40ºC eingestellt und danach mit 2ºC pro Minute gesteigert. Die Temperatur, bei der die Reibung begann, stark anzusteigen, wurde registriert und sie wurde als ein Anzeichen für das Reißen des Schmierfilms zwischen der Kugel und der Platte verwendet. Die Temperatur, bei der der Schmierfilm reißt, ist ein Maß für die Widerstandsfähigkeit des Öles gegen Oxidation.

- Aus den Ergebnissen der Tabelle 6 (Tests 2 und 3 kann entnommen werden, daß, falls das Öl Oxidationsschutzmittel enthält, die als verhinderte Phenoplaste (Hitec 4735) oder als aromatische Amine (Irganox L 57) klassifiziert werden können, ist die Filmrißtemperatur höher als bei Verwendung von purem Rapssamenöl. Der Test 3 hat jedoch gezeigt, daß der Prozentgehalt an Oxidationsschutzmitteln nicht hoch genug war. Das Ergebnis ist deutlich besser, wenn das Öl auch einen geringen Gehalt an anderen Oxidationsschutzmitteln enthält (Irgalube 349, Aminophosphatderivate, Test 5). Höhere Prozentgehalte an Oxidationsschutzmitteln führen zu Ergebnissen, die besser als die Ergebnisse sind, welche mit Hydraulikölen auf der Grundlage kommerzieller Kohlenwasserstoffe erzielt wurden.
- Die Fähigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Hydraulikflüssigkeiten wurde auch in einem Test über den Gesamtbereich getestet, welcher im folgenden Beispiel 3 beschrieben ist.
- Eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit basierend auf pflanzlichem Öl wurde getestet, wobei als Referenz eine Hydraulikflüssigkeit basierend auf kommerziellem Mineralöl verwendet wurde. In dem Test wurden zwei neue identische hydraulisch betriebene Bergbauladevorrichtungen verwendet. Während des Tests wurden die Drücke in den Hydraulikkreisläufen von 0 bis 165 bar variiert und die Hydraulikflüssigkeitstemperatur wurde von 60 bis 80ºC variiert. Der Hydraulikdruck wurde mittels Zahnradpumpen erzeugt und die Kraft hierfür wurde mittels Zylinder-Kolbenvorrichtungen zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Die getesteten Hydraulikflüssigkeiten waren:
- 1. Pflanzenöl
- - raffiniertes Rapssamenöl, 98,5 Gew%
- - Zusatz Anglamol 75, 1,5 Gew%
- 2. Pflanzenöl
- - raffiniertes Rapssamenöl, 96,5 Gew%
- - Zusatz 1, Anglamol 75, 1,5 Gew%
- - Zusatz 2, Hitec 4735, 2,0 Gew%
- 3. Hydraulikflüssigkeit basierend auf Mineralöl, Teboil OK 14 - 46
- Die folgende Tabelle 7 gibt die Viskosität der Öle nach einer längeren Betriebszeit wieder. Tabelle 7 Viskosität, mm²/s / 40ºC Flüssigkeit Zeit, Std.
- In demselben Test wurde auch die volumetrische Wirksamkeit der hydraulischen Systeme 2 und 3 während des Testvorgangs erfaßt und die Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle 8 dargestellt. Tabelle 8 ηv / ηref Zeit, Std. ηv bedeutet ermittelte Wirksamkeit ηref bedeutet Wirksamkeit bei Testbeginn
- Die Wirksamkeitstests wurden bei einem Flüssigkeitsdruck von 165 bar und einer Temperatur von 65ºC durchgeführt.
- Die Ergebnisse aus Tabelle 7 zeigen, daß die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Scherspannungen von Flüssigkeit auf der Grundlage von Pflanzenöl besser war als die von Flüssigkeit auf der Grundlage von Mineralöl.
- Die Testergebnisse aus Tabelle 8 zeigen, daß die Wirksamkeit des Systems, welches Flüssigkeit auf der Basis von Pflanzenöl enthält, sich langsamer verschlechtert als die von Flüssigkeit auf der Basis von Mineralöl.
- Die Schmiereigenschaften von hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten auf der Grundlage der erfindungsgemäßen Triglyceridzusammensetzung wurden unter Verwendung der in dem folgenden Beispiel 4 beschriebenen Testmethode getestet.
- Die Eignung von Rapssamenöl als Hydraulikflüssigkeit wurde in einem Vierkugeltester entsprechend der Testmethode IP 239 getestet, wobei die Testdauer 1 Std. und die Last 1 kg betrug, und entsprechend der Standardtestmethode STD No 791/6503,1, bei der die Last schrittweise während der Testdauer von 10 Sekunden gesteigert wird. Die getesteten Öle sind in Tabelle 9 dargestellt. - Alle getesteten Öle gehören zur Viskositätskategorie ISO VG 32 entsprechend der Testmethode ASTM D 2422.
- Die Ergebnisse dieser Tests sind in Tabelle 10 dargestellt. Tabelle 10 IP 239, 1 h / 50 kg Abnutzung, mm STD No 791/6503,1 Belastung gegenüber der Schweißnaht der Kugeln
- Die Schmiereigenschaften wurden auch unter Verwendung eines Getriebesystems verglichen, wobei dieser Test im folgenden Beispiel 5 beschrieben ist.
- Die Schutzwirkung dreier Hydraulikflüssigkeiten auf Getriebesystem gegenüber Abriebe wurde unter Verwendung der FZG-Methode, entsprechend dem Standard DIN 51354 E (FZG Getriebeausrüstungstestmaschine).
- Die verwendeten Öle waren: Öl Nr. Raffiniertes Rapssamenöl Anglamol 75 Hitec 4735 Irgalube 349 Additin 10 Reomet 39 Sarkosyl 0 Mobil DTE 25
- - Sarkosyl 0 ist N-acyl-sarcosin, Hersteller Ciba-Geigy
- Die Ergebnisse dieser Tests sind in der folgenden Tabelle 11 dargestellt. Tabelle 11 Öl Last beim Schaden Spezifischer Abrieb, mg/Pferdestärke/Std.
- Zusätzlich zur Grundzusammensetzung der Hydraulikflüssigkeit entsprechend der Erfindung kann diese darüber hinaus andere Bestandteile umfassen, wie z.B.:
- - Notlaufadditive, wie
- Metalldialkyldithiophosphate;
- Metalldiaryldithiophosphate;
- Metalldialkyldithiocarbamate;
- Alkylphosphate;
- phosphorisierte Fette und Olefine; sulfurisierte Fette und Fettderivate; chlorierte Fette und Fettderivate
- - Korrosionsverhinderer, wir z.B. Metallsulfonate; sauere Phosphatester, Amine, Alkylsuccinsäuren
- - VI (Viskositätsindex) Verbesserer, wie z.B. Polymethacrylate; Styrenbutadiencopolymere; Polyisobutylene;
- - Fließpunkterniedriger, wie z.B. chlorierte Polymere; alkylierte Phenolpolymere; Polymethacrylate
- - Schaumunterdrücker, wie z.B. Polysiloxane; Polyacrylate
- - Lösungsvermittler, wie z.B. Schwermetallseifen; Ca und Mg-Sulfonate
- Von der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgangszusammensetzung können Hydraulikflüssigkeiten für verschiedene Zwecke hergestellt werden, indem deren Viskosität eingestellt wird. Die folgende Tabelle 12 gibt ein Beispiel für Einstellmöglichkeiten wieder. Tabelle 12 Ausgehend von einer erfindungsgemäßen Ausgangszusammensetzung wurden hydraulische Flüssigkeiten für verschiedene Viskositätsklassen (ASTM D 2422) hergestellt. Claims (6)
1. Basismischung für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten, bestehend
aus:
- einem oder mehreren Triglyceriden, die Ester von
geradkettigen C&sub1;&sub0; bis C&sub2;&sub2; fettigen Säuren und Glycerol
sind, wobei dieses Triglycerid eine Jodzahl von
mindestens 50 und höchstens 128 hat sowie
- einen oder mehrere Oxidationsschutzadditive,
- dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß der Anteil des Oxidationsschutzadditivs
mindestens 1,5 Prozent Gewichtsanteil des Gemischs ausmacht,
- daß der Anteil des Oxidationsschutzadditivs eine oder
mehrere Verbindungen aus den folgenden Gruppen enthält:
- (I) verhinderte Phenoplaste und aromatische Amine,
- und dadurch, daß mindestens zu
Oxidationsschutzanteilen von 1,5 bis 2,0 % der Oxidationsschutzanteil ein
oder meherere weitere Oxidationschutzmittel enthält,
die aus einer oder beiden der flgenden Gruppen stammen:
- (II) Metallsalze von Dithiosäuren, Phosphiten und
Sulfiden;
- (III) Amiden, nicht-aromatischen Aminen, Hydraziden
und Triazolen.
2. Basismischung für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten nach
Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des
Oxidationsschutzadditivs 1,5 bis 4,5 Prozent
Gewichtsanteil des Gemischs ausmacht.
3. Basismischung für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten nach
Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Oxidationsschutzmittel aus Gruppe I 1,0 bis 3,0
Prozent Gewichtsanteil des Gemischs ausmachen.
4. Basismischung für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten nach
Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Triglycerid von der Art der Ölsäure-Linolsäure ist und
höchstens 20 % Gewichtsanteil gesättigte Fettsäuren
enthält, berechnet nach der Menge mit Glycerol
veresterter Fettsäuren.
5. Basismischung für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten nach
Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Triglycerid
aus Rapssamenöl besteht.
6. Hydraulikflüssigkeit hergestellt aus einer
Basismischung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1
bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit
zusätzlich mindestens einen Bestandteil enthält, der aus
einer der folgenden Gruppen stammt:
Grenzschmieradditive, Korrosionsverhinderer, VI-Verbesserer,
Stockpunkterniedriger, Schaumzerfallsmittel, Demulgatoren.
