Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system for combined mechanical-biological treatment of waste water, be standing out of two cylindrical containers with one interior divided into three separate zones.
In known, especially for concentrated Ab certain wastewater treatment plants, for example wise for liquid pig excrement, is often the not required quality of water purification achieved, often their operation is not stable. As a result, investment and techno high demands. In such wastewater cleaning systems will either not or receive an unsatisfactory mechanical pre-cleaning In some cases, the Various coagulants (calcium hydroxide Ca (OH) ₂, iron (III) chloride FeCl₃, optionally aluminum niumsulfate Al₂ (SO₄) ₃ used, although one large amount of a so-called chemical sludge ent stands. This complicates the operation. In the biological cleaning will eliminate stick fabric with the help of a highly effective denitrification either not provided or denitrification will not work properly in cleaning technology incorporated. That is especially true when Liquid excrement can be cleaned in a mess sufficient stability of the activation process and in a poor separation effect of the activated Noticeable mud. Often there are also cleaning agents lay with rectangular basins in combination with ring shaped equipped, which is difficult in building prepares and the time for the commissioning of the Wastewater treatment plants extended.
The invention avoids the disadvantages of the prior art Technology. It is the object of the invention, a simple one assembled wastewater treatment plant for combined mechanical-biological treatment of waste water after the principle of activation including nitrification and De to create nitrification by simple means very satisfactory levels of water purification enough.
The invention is that the system after Principle of activation including nitrification and denitri fication works that the inner zone of the first loading a sedimentation zone that the inner Zone of the second container is a post-cleaning zone represents that both are conical and with a mud are provided that the central zones of both Be deeper denitrification zones and the outer zones Nitrification zones represent the outer zones provided with a ventilation device and a pump are, and that both together with a lei treatment for the pre-cleaned water, a pipe for the Activation mixture and a line for the activated Mud are connected.
The waste water is cleaned in the Er system finding after a previous pre-cleaning of gro ben impurities, for example by filtration over a protective rake and a fall strainer. The sewage become removable during the cleaning process Substances, organic contaminants, nitrogen and exempted phosphorus-containing compounds. The cleaning runs practically parallel in both containers. It will using a so-called one-sludge process, where the activated sludge alternately anoxic (anaerobic) in the denitrification zones and oxic (aerobic) conditions in the nitrification zones will. By changing the zones and by exploiting them the organic contained primarily in the waste water Substances for the denitrification process will be reduced achieved operating costs, the stability of the loading drive and the quality of the purified wastewater increased. The choice of ge also contributes to the quality of the cleaning suitable volume proportions of individual zones and their possible internal structure at. The deductible, in substances in the sedimentation zone are classified as Sludge for further processing (by dewatering) derived, they can also be used for fertilization. The excess activated mud (from the inner Zone of the second container) also becomes another Processing derived.

The system consists of two cylindrical containers 1, 2 with an interior divided into three independent concentric zones. The inner zone 11 of the first loading container 1 serves as a sedimentation zone and is provided with a sludge outlet 111 for the raw sludge. The inner zone of the second container 2 serves as an after cleaning zone 21 and is provided with a sludge outlet 211 for the activated sludge. Both inner zen 11, 12 are conical. The middle zones 12, 22 of both containers 1, 2 serve as denitrification zones. The outer zones 13, 23 of both containers 1, 2 serve as nitrification zones. The outer zones 13, 23 are provided with ventilation devices 131 , 132 and pumps 132, 232 . Both containers 1, 2 are connected to one another by a line 3 for the pre-cleaned water, a line 4 for the activation mixture and a line 5 for the activated sludge.
The wastewater - liquid excrement - are fed after removal of coarser impurities in the inner sedimentation zone 11 of the container 1 , where the sedimentation runs. The pre-cleaned of sedimented water is withdrawn from the surface of the inner sedimentation zone 11 and partly in the middle denification zone 12 of the container 2 and partly, through the line 3 of the pre-cleaned water, in the middle zone 22 of the container 2 . The settled substances are drawn off as raw sludge from the bottom of the inner zone 11 and discharged through the sludge outlet 111 and discharged for further processing or direct use. In the middle denitrification zone 12 of the container 1 , the activation mixture is pumped simultaneously from the outer nitrification zone 13 into the middle de-nitrification zone 12 with the pump 132 and with the line 5 for the activated sludge the recirculated activated sludge from the bottom of the inner re-cleaning is therein supply zone 21 of the container 2 supplied. In the middle denitrification zone 12 runs denitrification and sorption of organic substances on the flakes of the activated sludge. Similarly, 22 of Be is hälters 2 pumped by the pump 232, the activation mixture from the outer Nitrifizierungszone 23 in the middle Denitrifizierungszone. By pumping the activation mixture in both middle denitrification zones 12, 22 the mixing of the activation mixture with the supplied pre-cleaned water is ensured and there is no undesired sedimentation of the activated sludge in these rooms. The wastewater freed from the oxidized forms of nitrogen overflows with the activated sludge or is pumped into the outer nitrification zones 13, 23 provided with a ventilation device (submerged aeration elements), where the oxidation of organic substances and ammonia by the action of microorganisms activated sludge. The activation mixture is also fed through line 4 of the activation mixture from the outer nitrification zone 13 of the container 1 into the middle de-nitrification zone 22 of the container 2 , where the oxidized forms of nitrogen and part of the organic substances supplied together with the waste water are removed . From the central denitrification zone 22 of the container 2 , the activation mixture is passed into the outer nitrification zone 23 of this container, where in turn the oxidation of organic impurities and ammonia takes place. From the outer nitrification zone 23 , the activation mixture is derived into the inner post-cleaning zone 21 of the container 2 , where the separation of the activated sludge from the purified water, which is discharged from the system. The deposited activated sludge is discharged through the line 5 of the activated sludge into the central deni trification zone 18 of the container 1 . The liquid activated sludge is discharged through the outlet 211 for further processing.
