Abstract

A soft foot-bed for open and closed shoes comprises a shell made of cork/latex mass which has a raised edge, a soft foam-material insert inserted into the shell, and a cover layer arranged above the foam-material insert. The soft foam-material insert is drawn upwards together with the edge of the shell in the region of the inner longitudinal arch of the foot.

Die Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Draufsicht den Umriß eines Weichfußbettes 1. Wie insbesondere aus den Schnittansichten der Fig. 2 bis 4 hervorgeht, besteht das Weichfußbett aus einer äußeren, verhältnismäßig harten, formbeständigen Schale 2 aus Kork-Latex-Masse, die von einem ringsum mehr oder weniger hoch gezogenen Rand 3 umgeben ist. An der Unterseite ist an der Schale 2 eine Juteschicht 4 angeordnet. Innerhalb des hochgezogenen Randes 3 befindet sich in der Schale 2 eine relativ weiche, unten von einer (nicht dargestellten) Schutzschicht, z. B. Texon, abgedeckte Schaumstoffeinlage 5, die bei den darge stellten Ausführungsformen gemäß Fig. 2 bis 4 oben noch von einer Moosschicht 6 überdeckt ist. Die letztere Schicht kann auch entfallen. Bei den Ausführungsformen gemäß Fig. 2 bis 3 folgt auf die Moosschicht 6 eine Deckschicht 7, vorzugsweise aus Leder oder Kunstleder. Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 ist zwischen der Moosschicht 6 und der Deckschicht 7 noch eine vorzugsweise weiche Gelenkstütze 8 an sich bekannter Art angeordnet. Anhand von Fig. 5 und 6 wird die Herstellung eines erfindungs gemäßen Weichfußbettes näher erläutert. In eine Unterform 11 wird zunächst die Juteschicht 4 eingelegt. Hierauf wird eine fließfähige Kork-Latex-Masse zur Ausbildung der Schale 2 in die Unterform 11 eingefüllt, wobei diese Masse, wie aus Fig. 5 er sichtlich, auch den oberen Rand der Unterform 11 überdeckt. An schließend wird ein Verbund-Zuschnitt, der die weiche Schaum stoffschicht 5, die Moosschicht 6 und die Deckschicht 7 umfaßt, auf die Oberfläche der Kork-Latex-Masse aufgelegt. Hierauf wird das Ganze mit Hilfe einer Oberform 12 in Richtung des Pfei les 10 kräftig zusammengepreßt und die Kork-Latex-Masse in an sich bekannter Weise zur Aushärtung gebracht, so daß sich der in Fig. 6 dargestellte Zustand ergibt. Durch das Einpressen der im wesentlichen konvexen Oberform 12 in die im wesentlichen konkave Unterform 11 bildet sich die gewünschte Form an der Oberseite des Fußbettes aus. Die Schaumstoffeinlage 5 und (soweit vorhan den) die Moosschicht 6 werden im Bereich des inneren Fuß-Längs gewölbes zusammen mit dem Rand 3 der Schale 2 nach oben gezogen und vermitteln dort eine weiche Abstützung des Fußes. Durch das Einpressen der Oberform 12 in die Unterform 11 ist überschüssige Kork-Latex-Masse am Rand ausgeflossen. Nach Aushärtung dieser Masse wird die Oberform 12 von der Unterform 11 wieder abgenom men. Anschließend wird das Fußbett im Bereich der ausgeflossenen Kork-Latex-Masse und der Ränder der Deckschicht 7 entsprechend beschnitten, so daß sich die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Kontur des Gesamtfußbettes ergibt.Referring to Fig. 5 and 6 the manufacture of a proper Weichfußbettes Invention is explained in detail.
