Description
The invention relates to a device for Disposal and recycling of environmentally hazardous Substances from refrigeration systems according to the generic term of Claim 1.
Among these substances, the group of the Frigene, like Frigen R12, R22, R512, F11 etc., a very large one Proportion of. These halogenated hydrocarbons, in particular Chlorofluorocarbons are one in the free state of the main causes of ozone depletion in the atmosphere. These pollutants are u. a. also at Use of spray bottles released or at the Manufacture of plastics.
According to the latest surveys, 2.3 million Household refrigerators and freezers on the trash, in Landfills and to scrap dealers. Usually will the cooling circuit destroyed, so that about annually 350 t of refrigerant from the above Kind of in the atmosphere escape and contribute to the destruction of the ozone layer. In addition, around 900,000 liters of waste oil seep away every year from the refrigeration compressors in the ground. But others too Plants such as B. large refrigeration systems or heat pumps, thus contribute to environmental pollution.
So sollen z. Therefore, efforts are underway to dispose of to legally regulate such systems and devices. So should z. B. the refrigerators are collected separately. Before the final dismantling or scrapping, this should be done Refrigerant and the used oil are collected and after processed for a new use will.
In a generic device according to the US-PS 3,699,781 is in the pressure line of the Condenser, in which contaminated with the oil from the compressor and the oil contained in it CFCs contaminated with dirt particles liquefied and over several lines to one unspecified Storage container is pressed. Based on these This liquefied mixture is not contaminated reusable.
From this closest prior art starting, the invention has for its object a Device of the type mentioned above to further develop that the recovered refrigerant without additional preparation directly for a new use can be supplied.
This task is in conjunction with the beginning solved generic term according to the invention solved by that the refrigerant-oil mixture in a between Inlet connection and pipe heating in the suction line built-in container is guided, in which the Suction line ends just above the bottom of the tank and in the Equipment for heating, circulating and spraying the oils accumulated on the bottom of the container are arranged, the evaporating refrigerant above the Oil level collects and through the just below the Container lid arranged continuation of the suction line in the oil separator designed as a heatable oil filter, from there into the water separator and the dirt filter is absorbent, and that in the pressure line behind the Compressor one heatable oil filter, one after the other cooled water filter, an activated carbon filter and the Disposal containers are arranged. By installing the Container with its heating means, Circulating and spraying on the bottom of the container accumulating oil on the suction side of the compressor therefore not only the flow rate at negative pressure of CFC gas, but also in energy-saving Way the oil settled under gravity in the container. Through permanent circulation, heating and spraying the residence time of the refrigerant-oil mixture is extended and thus with lower and thus energy-saving CFCs are expelled intensively. The process the suction continues until in Refrigeration cycle a negative pressure of 0.5 bar has arisen. Then it is guaranteed that almost the entire Frigen filling (about 95%) from the refrigerant circuit has been removed.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
Details and advantages of the invention are described in following illustrated with the drawings and closer explained.

In FIG. 1, a basic illustration of an apparatus for recovering and processing is shown of refrigerant from a not shown cooling system. It is housed in a housing, not shown. An inlet connection 1 protrudes from the housing, to which a line can be connected which connects the inlet connection 1 to the outlet connection of the refrigerator to be disposed of. If such an outlet connection is not available in the refrigerator, the refrigerant circuit is tapped using a branch valve. A line 2 leads from the inlet connection 1 to a compressor 3 . A further line 4 leads from the compressor 3 via a condenser 5 to an outlet connection 6 . A disposal container 7 , which rests on a weighing device 8, is connected to the outlet nozzle 6 . Line 2 is called the suction line below and line 4 is called the pressure line below. A pipe heater 9 , a solenoid valve 10 , a pressure gauge 11 for measuring the negative pressure to be achieved in the suction line 2 , a sight glass 12 , an oil filter 13 , and a water filter 14 are arranged one after the other in the line course of the suction line 2 in the direction of the compressor 3 behind the inlet connection 1 and an activated carbon filter 15 is arranged. In the pressure pipe 4, a pressure gauge 16 are arranged for measuring to reach positive pressure, an oil filter 17, a water filter 18, and another activated carbon filter 19 and a further inspection glass 20 and a solenoid valve 21 downstream of the compressor 3 in the direction of the outlet 6 in succession. To cool the compressor 3 , a fan 22 is provided, which is controlled by a sensor 23 with a temperature switch, the sensor 23 measuring the temperature of the compressor 3 . For further cooling of the compressor 3 , the suction line 2 is wound around it. The heat generated during compression is thus transferred via the compressor wall to the suction line 2 and the gaseous refrigerant located therein, as a result of which the refrigerant is heated and premature liquefaction of the refrigerant is prevented. Both the manometer 11 and the manometer 16 are equipped with a pressure switch, with the aid of which the system is switched off in the first case when the intended negative pressure is reached and in the other case also when the desired positive pressure is reached. The pressure switches are provided with the reference numerals 24 and 25 . The oil filter 13 as well as the oil filter 17 have a heater and an outlet 26 which can be opened or closed by means of a solenoid valve 27 . The water filter 14 or 18 has a cooling 28 . This cooling 28 consists of a line piece 29 which branches off from the suction line 2 and is wound in a spiral around the water filter. The other end 30 of the winding is connected to the pressure line 4 . The lines 29 can be shut off with the aid of a valve 31 . The water filters 14 , 18 also have a drain port 32 which can be shut off by means of a solenoid valve 33 . All electrical valves, heaters, control switches, the fan and the weighing device are switched by an electronic control.
In a preferred embodiment, a probe (not shown in more detail) for measuring the refrigerant content in the cooling circuit is located between the inlet nozzle 1 and the pipe heater 9 .
The device works as follows: after the inlet connection 1 has been connected to the outlet of the cooling system, the compressor 3 is started. With a slight delay, e.g. B. three seconds, then open the solenoid valves 10 and 21 . Now the refrigerant is sucked out of the cooling circuit and first heated in the pipe heater, so that the refrigerant flows through the suction line 2 in the gaseous phase. On the way to the compressor 3 , the gaseous refrigerant first passes through the oil filter 13 . The separated oil is discharged through the solenoid valve 27 and the outlet port 26 into a separate vessel. Beforehand, residual oil still present in the oil is expelled by the oil filter heater and is returned to the suction line 2 . The refrigerant freed from the oil now flows through the water filter 14 . The moisture contained in the refrigerant is removed. As a result of the cooling by the cooling 28 , the water cuts off and is also passed into a separate container via the solenoid valve 33 and the outlet connection 32 . Now there are only dirt particles in the refrigerant, which are separated out in the activated carbon filter 15 , so that relatively pure refrigerant gets into the compressor 3 . In the compressor 3 , the refrigerant is compressed to an overpressure of up to 20 bar and fed via the pressure line 4 to the second oil filter 17 , the water filter and the second activated carbon filter 19 , so that oil residues from the compressor 3 as well as dirt and moisture absorbed there from the refrigerant subtracted from. The refrigerant heated during compression is passed through the condenser 5 , whereby the refrigerant cools down again and remains liquid. Through the opened solenoid valve 21 , the liquid and cleaned refrigerant flows into the disposal container 7 . The electronically adjustable scale 8 is set so that only the net weight of the filled refrigerant is displayed. If the permitted amount of refrigerant in the disposal container 7 is reached, the disposal system is switched off and a beep sounds. However, it is also conceivable to connect a T-piece to the outlet nozzle 6 , so that two disposal containers 7 are connected to the system next to one another. If one of the disposal containers is filled, the system is then not switched off, but switched over to the empty disposal container. The pressure gauge 11 shows the negative pressure which is established in the suction line 2 . If a vacuum of about 0.5 bar is reached, the system is switched off with the vacuum switch 24 , ie the compressor 3 is stopped and the solenoid valves 10 and 21 are closed. The pressure gauge 16 monitors the pressure side. If the required pressure is exceeded, e.g. B. if the filters are clogged, the system is also switched off via the pressure switch 25 . By connecting the outlet ports 26 and 32 of the oil filter or water filter to a vacuum tank, these are freed of residual contamination. The activated carbon filters 15 and 19 are replaced from time to time.
The recovered in this way Refrigerant has a degree of purity that is one allows immediate reuse.
For safety reasons there is a on the device Emergency stop switch integrated into the circuit so that immediate shutdown of all electrical systems is guaranteed. A control lamp for one existing grounding is also provided; that secures the system and the operator against static charges and rollovers from charging.
The efficiency of the system is approx. 95% the refrigerant to be extracted. The engine oil can up to 100% taken from the system.
Fig. 2 illustrates an oil-collecting container, which has in its cover region by a threaded opening 58. The fitting 59 is screwed into this threaded opening 58 . The valve 59 consists essentially of a suction line 2 coming from the cooling device to be disposed of, which can be shut off by means of an electrovalve 60 . The incoming line 2 ends just above the bottom 52 of the container 51 . Furthermore, the armature 59 consists of a piece of the suction line 2 leading from the container 51 , the suction-side opening of which is arranged just below the container lid. Furthermore, a manometer 61 and an electrical level meter 56 are arranged on the fitting. The incoming oil-refrigerant mixture is introduced via line 2 into the tank 51 , where the oil settles on the tank bottom 52 , while the volatile refrigerant components collect on the lid side of the tank 51 . The freezing is then sucked off via the suction line 2 leading out of the container. In order to now also remove the last remaining frigen from the oil, the oil accumulated on the bottom is heated with the aid of a heater 53 , continuously circulated with the help of a circulation pump and sprayed in the container 51 via a spray arm 55 . The heated and finely divided oil then evaporates the residual refrigerant, which also collects in the upper region of the container 51 and is sucked off with the aid of the suction line 2 . In order to free the oil from other foreign substances, an oil dirt filter 62 is arranged between the circulation pump 54 and the spray arm 55 . The cleaned oil can then be removed from the container via the oil drain port 63 . The on / off switch 64 for the heating and the circulation pump and the pressure gauge is located on a side wall of the container 51 .
