Claims (6)
1. Sxparidierbares intraluminales vaskulares Implantat (Graft)
(70,707) bestehend aus:
einer Vielzahl dünnwandiger rohrförmiger Glieder (71) , deren jedes erste und zweite Enden (72,73) und eine Wandfläche (74)
zwischen den ersten und zweiten Enden (72,73) aufweist, wobei die Wandfläche (74) eine im wesentlichen gleichförmige Dicke
und eine Vielzahl darin eingeformter Schlitze (82) aufweist, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse jedes rohrförmigen
Gliedes (71) angeordnet sind, und aus
einem einzigen Verbindungsglied (100), das zwischen benachbarten rohrförmigen Gliedern (71) angeordnet ist, um die
benachbarten rohrförmigen Glieder (71) flexibel miteinander zu verbinden, wobei das einzige Verbindungsglied (100) im
wesentlichen in paralleler Relation bezüglich der Längsachse der rohrförmigen Glieder (71) und koplanar mit jedem
rohrförmigen Glied (71) angeordnet ist,
wobei jedes rohrförmige Glied (71) einen ersten Durchmesser besitzt, der das intraluminale Einführen des rohrförmigen
Gliedes (71) in einem ein Lumen aufweisenden Durchgang (30) des Körpers ermöglicht, und
wobei jedes rohrförmige Glied (71) einen zweiten nach der
Applikation einer radialen und nach außen gerichteten Kraft vom Inneren des rohrförmigen Glieds (71) expandierten und
deformierten Durchmesser aufweist, der variabel ist und von dem Ausmaß der Kraft abhängt, die auf das rohrförmige Glied
ausgeübt wurde, so daß die rohrförmigen Glieder (71) zum Expandieren des Lumens des Durchgangs (80) im Körper
expandierbar und deformierbar sind.
2. Expandiert«res intraluminales Implantat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzige Verbindungsglied (100)
ein dünnwandiges, längliches Stabglied ist, das mit den benachbarten rohrförmigen Gliedern (71) koplanar ist.
3. Expandierbares intraluminales Implantat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem zweiten Ende (73) eines ersten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) und dem ersten Ende
(72) eines zweiten rohrförmigen Gliedes ein erstes Verbindungsglied (100) angeordnet ist, daß zwischen dem
zweiten Ende (73) des zweiten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) und dem ersten Ende (72) eines dritten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71)
ein zweites Verbindungsglied (100) angeordnet ist, und daß die ersten und zweiten Verbindungsglieder (100) in Bezug auf die
Längsachse der rohrförmigen Glieder (71) winkelmäßig zueinander versetzt sind.
4. Expandierbare Prothese (70,70') für einen Durchgang (80) im
Körper, bestehend aus
einer Vielzahl dünnwandiger rohrförmiger Glieder (71), deren
jedes erste und zweite Enden (72,73) sowie eine Wandfläche (74) zwischen den ersten und zweiten Enden (72) aufweist,
wobei die Wandfläche im wesentlichen gleichförmige Dicke und eine Vielzahl von eingeformten Schlitzen (82) aufweist, die. irn
wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse jedes rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) liegen, und aus

einem einzigen Verbindungsglied (100) zwischen benachbarten
rohrförmigen Gliedern (71) zum flexiblen Verbinden der benachbarter, rohrförmigen Glieder (71) , wobei das einzige
Verbindungsglied (100) in annähernd paralleler Relation bezüglich der Längsachse der rohrförmigen Glieder (71) und
koplanar mit jedem rohrförmigen Glied (71) angeordnet ist,
wobei jedes rohrförmige Glied (71) einen ersten Durchmesser
besitzt, der das intraluminale Einführen der rohrförmigen Glieder (71) in einen ein Lumen aufweisenden Durchgang (80)
des Körpers zuläßt, und
wobei die rohrförmigen Glieder (71) jeweils einen zweiten durch Applikation einer radialen, nach außen gerichteten Kraft
vom Inneren des rohrförmigen Gliedes expandierten und deformierten Durchmesser besitzen, der variabel ist und von
dem Ausmaß der Kraft abhängt, die auf das rohrförmige Glied ausgeübt wurde, um durch Expandieren und Deformieren des
rohrförmigen Glieds (71) das Lumen des Durchgangs (80) im Körper zu expandieren.
5. Expandierbare Prothese gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsglied (100) ein
dünnwandiges, längliches Stabgiied ist, das mit den benachbarten rohrförmigen Gliedern (71) koplanar ist.
6. Expandierbare Prothese gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem zweiten Ende (73) eines
ersten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) und dem ersten Ende (72) eines zweiten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) ein erstes
Verbindungsglied (100) angeordnet ist, daß zwischen dem zweiten Ende (73) des zweiten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) und
dem ersten Ende (72) eines dritten rohrförmigen Gliedes (71) ein zweites Verbindungsglied (100) angeordnet ist, und daß die
ersten und zweiten Verbindungsglieder (100) in Bezug auf die Längsachse der rohrförmigen Glieder (71) winkeLrnäßig
zueinander versetzt sind.
