Abstract

Diese Tasche 7 ist teils im Hosenteil 4, teils im zugehörigen Beinteil 6 angeordnet. Die Hose 3 sollte den menschlichen Körper eng umschließen, damit das Polster 8 beim Anziehen der Hose automatisch an der zu schü tzenden Stelle zu liegen kommt und der gereizte, entzündete Be zirk wirksam vor Druckeinwirkungen geschützt wird. Die Größe der Tasche und des Polsters ist zweckmäßig so gewählt, daß nicht nur der Trochanter major und die daran angrenzenden Muskelansätze, sondern auch die diese umgebenden Bereiche, insbesondere die nach kopf- bzw. fußwärts verlaufende Muskulatur abgepolstert wird, da normalerweise nicht nur die Muskelansätze entzündet, sondern da durch auch die angrenzende Muskulatur empfindlich ist. Außerdem sollte die mittlere Größe der Tasche 7 und des Polsters 8 so ge wählt sein, daß auch bei leichtem Verrutschen der Hose nachts ge währleistet ist, daß die empfindlichen Bezirke abgedeckt werden. Dadurch ergibt sich eine Größe von wenigstens etwa 12-15 cm in der Breite (Maß a in Fig. 2) und von ca. 30-35 cm in der Länge (Maß b in Fig. 2).
