Description
Heißwasser- und Dampferzeuger mit Feuerbüchse. Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung des Heißwasser- und Dampferzeugers nach Patent 318o66. In Abb. 1 ist der Kessel in senkrechtem, in Abb. 2 in wagerechtem Schnitt dargestellt. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß der außerachsig in einem Abschnitt der Feuerbüchse c angeordnete Sieder a bis zur Feuerbuchsdecke f emporgeführt,und mit dieser verbunden ist, er mündet somit außer seitlich, auch oben in den Wasserraum des Kessels, während er den Feuerbuchsraum c gegen den durch den Sieder a gebildeten Heizgasabzug abschließt. Weiter besteht die Neuerung darin, daß oben auf der Feuerbuchsdecke f ein Rohr h angeordnet ist, das die Feuerbüchse mit dem über dem Heizgasabzug angeordneten Überhitzerschacht e verbindet. Durch dieses Rohr ziehen die Heizgase aus der Feuerbüchse c zum überhitzerschacht e, bestreichen den darin angeordneten Überhitzer b von oben nach unten und ziehen im Gegenstrom zum Wasser durch den Heizgasabzug des Sieders a zum Schornstein. Im weiteren dient das Rohr lz, das schräg angebracht ist, als Verankerung der Feuerbuchsdecke f gegen Druckbelastung, wodurch sich eine besondere Verankerung erübrigt. Dadurch, daß die Feuerbüchse- c durch den Sieder a seitlich vollkomfnen abgeschlossen ist und die Heizgase durch das Rohr k abziehen, wird eine bessere Ausnutzung der Heizgase erzielt, da diese einen längeren Weg zum Heizgasabzug zurückzulegen haben. Ferner wird der Überhitzer b auch im Überhitzerschacht e von oben an von den Heizgasen bestrichen, wodurch eine erhöhte Wärmeübertragung stattfindet und die Überhitzerheizfläche kleiner genommen werden kann.Hot water and steam generator with fire box.
