Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von chemo-thermomechanisch
gebleichten Zellstoffen, das eine Behandlung der Holzcellulose mit Sulfit bei einer
Temperatur gleich oder größer 1000C unter Sattdampf-Druck
und einen Bleichvorgang mittels Wasserstoffperoxid in einem alkalischen-Milieu
umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die festen oder flüssigen Bestandteile des Zellstoffs von
Beginn der beschriebenen Behandlung bis zum Ende des genannten Bleichvorgangs nicht entfernt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sulfitmenge zwischen 0,5 % und 3 %, ausgedrückt
in Schwefeldioxid, liegt.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein elektronegativeres
Agens als das Sulfit-Ion gleichzeitig mit ihm während der Behandlung vorhanden ist.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektronegativere Agens als das Sulfit-Ion
unter Thioharnstoffdioxid, Natriumborhydrid oder Natriumdithionit ausgewählt ist.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Thioharnstoffdioxid- oder die Natriumdithionitmenge
zwischen 0,1 % und 5 % liegt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Natriumborhydridmenge zwischen 0,01 %
und 0,5 % liegt.

7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Behandlung der Ausgangs-pH-Wert zwischen 6 und 12,5 liegt.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserstoffperoxidmenge
des Bleichvorgangs zwischen 3 % und liegt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserstoffperoxidmenge zwischen 4 % und
6 % liegt.
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holzzellstoff direkt
nach dem Bleichvorgang ohne die Entfernung von festen oder flüssigen Bestandteilen des Zellstoffbreis
vom Ende des Bleichvorgangs an bis zum Ende der Behandlung im Holländer aufbereitet wird.
