Description
The invention relates to a gassing device for Absorbertanks in the wet flue gas desulphurisation, which the Features of the preamble of claim 1 has.
From DE 30 08 718 A1 is a gassing of the beginning known type. At this wet indicated there Flue gas desulfurization converts the flue gas into the absorber tank initiated and it is SO₂ under supply of water to lime bound, and then oxidized under supply of air to gypsum. The Air supply to the suspension takes place here with at least one Tube lance. Furthermore, a Krählwerk is provided which of a single, large agitator is formed at the bottom side the absorber tank is provided. The pipe lances open un depending on the arrangement of the agitator of the Krählwerks in the Suspension in the absorber tank on the suction side of the Krählwerks. The Pipe lances are distributed at regular intervals in the absorber tank arranged, wherein the mouth openings of the pipe lances about lie in a common, horizontal plane, so that one different distances from the mouth opening of the pipe lance and receives the corresponding Rührwerksteilen. In this fumigation Device must be used air blower, which allow relatively high fumigation rates, which relatively high Cost of operation and for a flue gas desulphurisation plant seen as a whole arise. Furthermore, the introduction of air inadequate in the suspension in the area of the agitator. Further For reasons of corrosion, the facilities must be gassing can be made of high quality steel, which gives you very high costs of up to, for example, DM 100,000.
In contrast, the present invention has the object based, a fumigation device of the generic type to provide which in a simplified construction a Energy-saving fumigation with improved blistering gestat tet.
According to the invention, this is characterized by a gassing device with the features of the preamble of claim 1 by the characteristics of his license plate.
In the gassing device according to the invention, the at least arranged a pipe lance on the pressure side of the agitator. This allows a flooding of the propeller of the agitator through the emerging at the mouth opening of the pipe lance Avoid air bubbles to reduce the efficiency of the Stirrer to avoid, which would be caused by the fact that the Stirrer propeller then more or less in a bubble is working. The at least one agitator in the inventive Fumigation device serves both for suspending and for Fumigating, and in particular can be large bubbles at Ein bring the air into the suspension, avoiding the agitator by its shearing forces, the incoming air into small bubbles dissipated. Furthermore, the gassing device according to the inven tion designed such that in conjunction with the at least a stirrer both a uniform Durchrührung the Sus pension as well as the resulting gypsum particles in Suspension are kept as well as the air over the pipe lances in effectively in the suspension to accelerate the Oxidation can be registered. This gives you a more favorable mass transfer factor. Furthermore, can be in the inventive design of the gassing the Reduce blower output for the air supply via the pipe lance, so that you can economical operating conditions while saving receives from energy. Through this combinatorial linkage of Agitator and pipe lance with the double function of the agitator, on the one hand as a suspension device and on the other hand as the Fumigation supporting facility, also simplifies the entire structure of such a gassing device.
From GB 20 33-772 A and GB-PS 15 84 103 can be method and Remove device in connection with fermentation processes. These intended fumigation serves essentially to support the Fermentation process, while a flue gas desulfurization this completely different conditions exist, because there is a suspension must be treated. For the taxable contribution of Oxygen or air to support the fermentation process, it comes in particular, that the air introduced should be discharged through the Container liquid from the bottom to the top rises and then exits from this again. At the flue gas Desulfurization, however, the air to be introduced to Oxidation used by lime to gypsum, with the air to be introduced needed for the oxidation of lime to gypsum and is used.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Claims 2 to 4 reproduced.
Darin zeigen:The invention will be described below with reference to a preferred Embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings explained in more detail. Show:
Fig. 1 und 2 eine Seitenansicht und eine Draufsicht eines Absorbertanks mit einer üblichen als Begasungskreuz ausgelegten Begasungseinrichtung und Fig. 1 and 2, a side view and a plan view of a tank with a conventional absorber designed as Begasungskreuz gassing and
Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view of a Begasungsvor direction with an absorber tank, a stirrer and a pipe lance according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows schematically the lower part of an absorber tank 10 , as it is used for wet flue gas desulfurization.
In this desulfurization, the flue gas is in the absorber tank introduced and the sulfur dioxide at lime, quicklime or hydrated lime under feed bound by water. Then it is by adding air in the lower part of the absorber tank is oxidized via sulfite to calcium sulfate.
This forms in the lower part of the absorber tank 10, a suspension 12 , which consists essentially of water and gypsum particles, wherein the solids content is about 16 wt .-%. The suspension must be constantly stirred, for which agitators 16 are provided, which are installed laterally in the absorber tank 10 in order to suspend the gypsum particles and to prevent sedimentation.
The supply of air via a at the bottom of the absorber tank 10 angeord scribed, so-called Begasungskreuz 14 , which consists of a plurality of interconnected pipes, which are provided with holes through which the gassing cross-fed air leak and enter the suspension 12 a may be to oxidize the bound to lime SO₂ gypsum, which is then withdrawn in a suitable, not shown manner.
For stirring the suspension 12 z. B. three stirrers 16 is used, which, as shown in FIG. 2, arranged at angular intervals of 120 ° and installed near the inner wall of the absorber tank 10 . The axes of the stirrer 16 are, as shown in FIG. 1, inclined at an acute angle down and as shown in FIG. 2, also employed in the circumferential direction at an acute angle, but the arrangement of the stirrer, as already mentioned, not the subject of Invention is.
By the stirrer 16 , the suspension 12 is stirred, wherein the above-mentioned oxidation is effected by the rising from the gassing 14 air bubbles 18 .
The diameter of the absorber tank, for example, between 10 and 20 meters while the level can be up to 5 meters.
The embodiment of Fig. 3 shows a gassing device according to the invention.
B. three stirrers 22 installed and arranged, as shown in Fig. 2. However, only one agitator 22 with a stirring propeller 24 is shown in FIG. 3.
In the absorber tank 20 , a pipe or a pipe lance 26 is inserted from above, whose mouth 28 is located in the region of the agitator 22 .
The stirring propeller 24 conveys in the direction of the arrow P and the pipe lance 26 is preferably arranged on the pressure side of the propeller 24 , as shown in FIG .
The per se also possible arrangement of the pipe lance 26 on the suction side of the stirring propeller 24 can lead to a flooding of the propeller 24 through the emerging from the mouth 28 of the pipe lance 26 air bubbles 38 , which may have the result that the propeller 24 more or less in an air bubble is working, which affects its efficiency. It is therefore preferred to arrange the pipe lance 26 on the pressure side of the propeller 24 .
The distance of the central axis 32 of the pipe lance 26 from the median plane of the propeller 24 is shown in Fig. 3 with h and the diameter of the propeller 24 is denoted by d₂.
Vorteilhafterweise liegt nun das Verhaltnis h/d₂ im Bereich von 0,4-0,5, insbesondere bei 0,46.Advantageously, the ratio h / d₂ is now in the range of 0.4-0.5, especially at 0.46.
The inner diameter of the pipe lance 26 is denoted by d₁ and advantageously, the ratio of d₁ / d₂ in the range of 0.05-0.15, in particular at 0.1.
Die Mündung 28 der Rohrlanze 26 liegt zweckmäßigerweise etwas oberhalb der Mittelachse 30 des Rührwerks 22.The mouth 28 of the pipe lance 26 is suitably located slightly above the central axis 30 of the agitator 22nd
The distance of the mouth 28 from the central axis 30 is denoted by e, wherein when the mouth 28 is oblique to the longitudinal axis 32 of the pipe lance 26 , as shown in Fig. 3, then e is the distance of the center of the mouth 28 from the central axis 30 of the agitator 22 meant.
Vorzugsweise liebt das Verhältnis e/d₂ im Bereich von 0,08-0,18, insbe sondere bei 0,13.Preferably, the ratio e / d₂ in the range of 0.08-0.18, esp especially at 0.13.
The blown through the pipe lance 26 into the suspension 36 air is dispersed by the propeller 24 due to the shear forces occurring in the propeller jet and carry Wegge to form air bubbles 38 from the agitator 22 , 24 .
The system is not coalescing, i. H. the bubbles formed remain small and stable, large bubbles are not formed and thus an over flooding of the stirrer excluded.
By means of the stirrer 22 , therefore, both the air blown in through the tube lances 26 in the region of the shear zones 34 of each individual stirrer are dissected into small bubbles by the shear forces occurring there, and the suspension 36 is stirred and the gypsum particles formed are kept in suspension.
As already mentioned, each stirrer 22 , 24 is assigned at least one tube lance 26 .
By way of example, the known embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 will now be compared with the embodiment of FIG. 3 according to the invention.
The basis for the comparison was the same mass transfer factor k L a of 70 h -1 in both experiments.
Die benutzten Anlagen hatten folgende Abmessungen:The used systems had the following dimensions:
Die Gebläseleistung betrug P = 193 kW.In the case of the experiment with the known gassing cross according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the specific agitator power is lower because the agitators serve only for suspending. Their power consumption was 3 x 8.5 kW = 25.5 kW. The air flow rate of the fumigation cross was Q = 8200 m³ / h. The blower output was P = 193 kW.
The total power of stirrers and blowers is thus in the experiment with the known fumigation cross of FIGS. 1 and 2 at 218.5 kW.
If, on the other hand, according to the invention, tube lances are used instead of the known fumigation cross according to FIGS . 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 3, the specific stirrer power increases to 3 · 18.7 = 56.1 kW because the agitators both for suspending and be used for gassing, ie in addition to the suspension must be brought up by the agitators energy to disperse the injected through the pipe lances 26 air.
In the method according to the invention, however, only an air flow rate of 3100 m³ / h required, which is why the appropriate fan power on 74 kW can be withdrawn. The required when using the invention Total total output is thus 130.1 kW compared to a total output of 218.5 kW when using the conventional system.
This means that both from the investment side and from the Operating costs ago significant savings.
The orifice 28 may optionally be provided with a perforated lid to improve bubble formation.
