Description
Isolation arrangement for the high-voltage parts of electrical Precipitation systems. The invention relates to a 'novel insulating arrangement for the high voltage, leading parts of electrical precipitation systems, with the easily stripped the accumulated precipitates from the insulators can be. For this purpose the isolators are cylindrical or prismatic formed and surrounded with scrapers that adapt to their cross-section and in the axial direction, are displaceable. The drive of the scraper happens - by means of expedient in their rest position outside of the precipitation area lying insulating rods. The cross-section of the insulators is arbitrary; he can be square or round. An elliptical or circular cross-section is expedient. The scraper advantageously surrounds the isolator in a ring shape and. is moved back and forth lengthways by hand or by machine.
Examples of the invention are shown in the figures. In Fig. I is the cylindrical porcelain insulator i of circular cross-section on the ceiling 2 of a smoke duct 3 attached hanging. The insulator carries a metal rod 4, on which a sheet 5 is seated, which in turn contains the wire-shaped high-voltage electrodes 6 carries. The flue gases to be cleaned go perpendicular to the wires of the high-voltage electrodes and between them. The insulator is surrounded by a porcelain ring 7, as can be seen in FIG. This carries on the inside scissors. * Te brushes 8, the serve to remove the impurities. The ring 7 is carried by porcelain rods 9, which are as gas-tight as possible with the help of the seals io through the ceiling 2 of the smoke duct passed to the outside and connected at the top by a cross yoke 1i. To this Cross yoke engages a grounded metal rod 12 which is provided with a handle for moving the scraper up and down. So that the porcelain rods do not are damaged and remain clean permanently to maintain the isolation, they can be under a protective cap 1.3 ängeo, dnet. The plan (Fig. 3) shows like the carrier plate g for the high-voltage electrodes with holes 14 below of the Isölatörs is provided to prevent the scraped off impurities from falling through to allow that are accumulated in the lower part of the Raucbkanales.
The up and down movement of the scratching device 7 can, as shown in Fig. 4 is specified. serve to vibrate the high voltage electrodes to to free these too from the precipitation material adhering to them. To this end -the porcelain rods g 'are extended downwards so that they are on the plate .5 open and this, held by a spring 16 displaceably on the 'rod 4 press down. It is sufficient to pass the plate 5 through the scratching device Strongly push against the vibrations required for the impurities to fall off of the high voltage electrodes. The arrangement can also get-open in this way be that first d: e spring is compressed by the scratching device, so far that the plate 5 by a - not shown in the figure, but on themselves known lock is held in a lower detent position. Is then the scratching device is pulled back up a certain distance, so solves she the lock from Lind now the spring 16 snaps the plate 5 up, until it hits with the stop 17 against a collar iä, which is on the rod q. attached is. With this arrangement one has the guarantee that the vibrations of the high voltage electrodes always takes place with the same force that corresponds to the compression of the spring and no longer depends on the skill of the worker using the scratchers served.
In Fig. "5, a bushing insulator x9 is drawn, which in the Ceiling 2 of the smoke channel is attached. The bushing insulator is used as a capacitor and has the well-known double-cone shape. It is not immediate connected to the ceiling 2, but between it and this ceiling is located a porcelain tube 2o, which is provided with the scratching device 7 on the outside is that through the. both rods g can be moved up and down. If now if the lower part of the insulator becomes dirty, this can result from the Scraper device kept the outer wall of the porcelain tube constantly clean and so that the surface insulation is maintained.
In the examples given, it is assumed that the movement of the Scratching device by hand is carried out by the operator of the system, for example in periods of hours or days depending on. Desire. But it can just as well a motorized drive of a known type for the upward and downward movement of the scraper be used, which either causes the movement in certain time periods or you. permanently maintained.
