Abstract

The invention relates to a coupling device for coaxial plug-in connectors, comprising a plug-in side end (16) for connecting to a coaxial plug-in connector (20), an end facing away from the plug-in side end, especially for connecting to a coaxial cable, a contact sleeve (10), which is configured in the form of a collet chuck (18) at the plug-in end, and an axially moveable locking sleeve (14) that overlaps the collet chuck (18). Said locking sleeve has an unlocking position in which the collet chuck (18) can be expanded and the coaxial plug-in connector (20) can be inserted into the coupling device until the collet chuck (18) snaps into a groove (22) on the coupling device side; and a locking position in which the collet chuck (18) cannot be expanded and the coaxial plug-in connector (20) cannot be detached from the coupling device. According to the invention, the arrangement is such that an end (28) of the locking sleeve (14) facing away from the plug-in side end of the coupling device has at least one radially elastic resilient section (30), which is configured in such a way that it interacts with a surface of the coupling device in such a way that when the locking sleeve (14) is pivoted out of the locking position, the radial pivoting movement of the elastically resilient section (30) of the locking sleeve (14) causes a restoring force to the locking position to be produced.

Claims (13)

1. Kuppler für einen Koaxialsteckverbinder mit einem steckseitigen Ende (16) zum Verbinden mit einem Koaxialstecker (20), einem dem steckseitigen Ende abgewandten Ende, insbesondere zum Verbinden mit einem Koaxial­ kabel, einer Kontakthülse (10), welche steckseitig als Spannzange (18) ausgebildet ist, und mit einer die Spannzange (18) übergreifenden und axial beweglichen Verriegelungshülse (14), welche eine Entriegelungsstellung, in der die Spannzange (18) aufweitbar und damit der Koaxialstecker (20) in den Kuppler bis zum Einrasten der Spannzange (18) in eine kupplerseitige Nut (22) einsteckbar ist, und ferner eine Verriegelungsstellung aufweist, in der die Spannzange (18) nicht aufweitbar und damit der Koaxialstecker (20) vom Kuppler nicht lösbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein dem steckseitigen Ende des Kuppler abgewandtes Ende (28) der Verriegelungshülse (14) wenigstens einen radial elastisch federnden Ab­ schnitt (30) aufweist, welcher derart ausgebildet ist, daß er mit einer Ober­ fläche des Kupplers derart zusammenwirkt, daß sich bei Auslenkung der Verriegelungshülse (14) aus der Verriegelungsstellung durch radiales Aus­ lenken des elastisch federnden Abschnittes (30) der Verriegelungshülse (14) eine in die Verriegelungsstellung rückstellende Kraft ergibt.1.
