Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rollstuhl-Zubehörelement.The invention relates to a wheelchair accessory.
Trotz der großen Fortschritte bezüglich der Integration von Körperbehinderten durch die immer größere Zahl von technischen Hilfsmitteln müssen auf den Rollstuhl angewiesene Menschen immer noch auf den normalen Standard an Lebensqualität verzichten. So ist es für einen Rollstuhlfahrer immer noch mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden, z.B. im Supermarkt beim Einkaufen einen Einkaufswagen vor sich her zu schieben. Auch muß der RoIlstuhlfahrer bislang darauf verzichten, ohne weitere Einschränkung der ihm verbliebenen Bewegungsfreiheit bei Ausfahrten sein Kleinkind mitzunehmen, wie es unbehinderte Menschen mittels Kinderwagen oder Kindersitzen am Fahrrad können.Despite the great progress made in the integration of the physically disabled thanks to the ever-increasing number of technical aids, people who rely on wheelchairs still have to forego the normal standard of quality of life. Der Rollstuhlfahrer ist somit immer darauf angewiesen, daß eine dritte Person die eingekauften Waren in den hinter ihm befindlichen Korb legt. Noch schwieriger ist es für ihn ein Kleinkind mitzunehmen. Die einzige Möglichkeit besteht darin, dieses auf den Schoß zu nehmen, was die verbliebene Bewegungsfreiheit noch weiter einschränkt, da das Kleinkind mit einer Hand festgehalten werden muß, wodurch die Manövrierfähigkeit entscheidend vermindert wird. Darüber hinaus ist diese Art des Kindertransports vom Sicherheitsgesichtspunkt sehr bedenklich. In der Fig. 1 ist ein Rollstuhl in Seitenansicht dargestellt, und allgemein mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 versehen. Das Rollstuhlgestell ist allgemein mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 versehen. Es besteht aus zusammengeschweißten Rohren, wobei von der Sitzhöhe 3 beidseitig neben dem Sitz jeweils ein Gestellrohr 5 schräg nach unten verläuft und dort zu einer Fußstütze 4 führt.
